The conventional association rule mining focuses mainly on positive itemsets generated from frequently occurring itemsets (PFIS). However, there has been a significant study focused on infrequent itemsets with utilization of negative association rules to mine interesting frequent itemsets (NFIS) from transactions. In this work, we propose an efficient backward calculating negative frequent itemset algorithm namely EBC-NFIS for computing backward supports that can extract both positive and negative frequent itemsets synchronously from dataset. EBC-NFIS algorithm is based on popular e-NFIS algorithm that computes supports of negative itemsets from the supports of positive itemsets. The proposed algorithm makes use of previously computed supports from memory to minimize the computation time. In addition, association rules, i.e. positive and negative association rules (PNARs) are generated from discovered frequent itemsets using EBC-NFIS algorithm. The efficiency of the proposed algorithm is verified by several experiments and comparing results with e-NFIS algorithm. The experimental results confirm that the proposed algorithm successfully discovers NFIS and PNARs and runs significantly faster than conventional e-NFIS algorithm.展开更多

The purpose was to focus on the rule that color brightness influencedpositive-negative emotional categorization. Results showed that the effect of brightness on clothing color emotion categorization was significant. With the increase of brightness, the variation curve of positive emotion appears to be a “U-shaped”, whereas that of the negative emotion shows an upside down “U-shaped”. Compared with the low brightness colors, the emotion reaction to the high brightness colors was more positive; Most of the colors with different brightness scales were classified as positive emotions and the minors were classified as negative emotions;the positive colors could be done much faster than the negative ones.展开更多

文摘BACKGROUND Sepsis is a serious infectious disease caused by various systemic inflammatory responses and is ultimately life-threatening.Patients usually experience depression and anxiety, which affect their sleep quality and post-traumatic growth levels.AIM To investigate the effects of sepsis,a one-hour bundle(H1B)management was combined with psychological intervention in patients with sepsis.METHODS This retrospective analysis included 300 patients with sepsis who were admitted to Henan Provincial People’s Hospital between June 2022 and June 2023.According to different intervention methods, the participants were divided into a simple group(SG,n=150)and combined group(CG,n=150).H1B management was used in the SG and H1B management combined with psychological intervention was used in the CG.The changes of negative emotion, sleep quality and post-traumatic growth and prognosis were compared between the two groups before(T0)and after(T1)intervention.RESULTS After intervention(T1),the scores of the Hamilton Anxiety scale and Hamilton Depression scale in the CG were significantly lower than those in the SG(P<0.001).Sleep time, sleep quality, sleep efficiency, daytime dysfunction, sleep disturbance dimension score, and the total score in the CG were significantly lower than those in the SG(P<0.001).The appreciation of life, mental changes, relationship with others, personal strength dimension score, and total score of the CG were significantly higher than those of the SG(P<0.001).The scores for mental health, general health status, physiological function, emotional function, physical pain, social function, energy, and physiological function in the CG were significantly higher than those in the SG(P<0.001).The mechanical ventilation time, intensive care unit stay time, and 28-d mortality of the CG were significantly lower than those of the SG(P<0.05).CONCLUSION H1B management combined with psychological intervention can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients with sepsis and increase their quality of sleep and life.
文摘Using the multimodal metaphor theory, this article studies the multimodal metaphor of emotion.Emotions can be divided into positive emotions and negative emotions.Positive emotion metaphors include happiness metaphors and love metaphors, while negative emotion metaphors include anger metaphors, fear metaphors and sadness metaphors. They intuitively represent the source domain through physical signs, sensory effects, orientation dynamics and physical presentation close to the actual life, and the emotional multimodal metaphors in emojis have narrative and social functions.
文摘BACKGROUND Primiparas are usually at high risk of experiencing perinatal depression, which may cause prolonged labor, increased blood loss, and intensified pain, affecting maternal and fetal outcomes. Therefore, interventions are necessary to improve maternal and fetal outcomes and alleviate primiparas’negative emotions(NEs).AIM To discusses the impact of nursing responsibility in midwifery and postural and psychological interventions on maternal and fetal outcomes as well as primiparas’NEs.METHODS As participants,115 primiparas admitted to Quanzhou Maternity and Child Healthcare Hospital between May 2020 and May 2022 were selected.Among them,56 primiparas(control group,Con)were subjected to conventional midwifery and routine nursing. The remaining 59(research group,Res)were subjected to the nursing model of midwifery and postural and psychological interventions. Both groups were comparatively analyzed from the perspectives of delivery mode(cesarean, natural,or forceps-assisted),maternal and fetal outcomes(uterine inertia, postpartum hemorrhage, placental abruption, neonatal pulmonary injury, and neonatal asphyxia),NEs(Hamilton Anxiety/Depressionrating Scale,HAMA/HAMD),labor duration, and nursing satisfaction.RESULTS The Res exhibited a markedly higher natural delivery rate and nursing satisfaction than the Con.Additionally, the Res indicated a lower incidence of adverse events(e.g.,uterine inertia, postpartum hemorrhage, placental abruption, neonatal lung injury, and neonatal asphyxia)and shortened duration of various stages of labor. It also showed statistically lower post-interventional HAMA and HAMD scores than the Con and pre-interventional values.CONCLUSION The nursing model of midwifery and postural and psychological interventions increase the natural delivery rate and reduce the duration of each labor stage. These are also conducive to improving maternal and fetal outcomes and mitigating primiparas’NEs and thus deserve popularity in clinical practice.

文摘Chromium atom photolithography gratings are a promising technology for the development of nanoscale length standard substances due to their high accuracy, uniformity, and consistency. However, the inherent difference between the interaction of positive and negative frequency detuning standing wave field and the atoms can cause a difference in the adjacent peak-to-valley heights of the grating in positive and negative frequency detuning chromium atom lithography, which greatly reduces its accuracy. In this study,we performed a controlled variable growth simulation using the semi-classical theoretical model and Monte Carlo method with trajectory tracking and ballistic deposition methods to investigate the influence of key experimental parameters on the surface growth process of positive and negative frequency detuning atomic lithography gratings. We established a theoretical model based on simulation results and summarized empirical equations to guide the selection of experimental parameters. Our simulations achieved uniform positive and negative frequency detuning atomic lithography gratings with a period of 1/4 of the wavelength corresponding to the atomic transition frequency, and adjacent peak-to-valley heights differing by no more than 2 nm,providing an important theoretical reference for the controllable fabrication of these gratings.
文摘BACKGROUND Patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB)experience various problems, including low psychological flexibility, negative emotions, and poor sleep quality. Therefore, effective nursing interventions are required to reduce adverse events.Acceptance and commitment therapy(ACT)combined with enabling cognitivebehavioral education(ECBE)can improve patients'psychological and sleep. Therefore,we speculate that this may also be effective in patients with CHB.AIM To investigate the effects of different intervention methods on psychological flexibility, negative emotions, and sleep quality in patients with CHB.METHODS This retrospective study examined clinical and evaluation data of 129 patients with CHB.Intervention methods were divided into a conventional group(routine nursing,n=69)and a combination group(ACT combined with ECBE,n=60).We observed changes in psychological flexibility, negative emotions, sleep quality, and self-care ability in both groups.Observation items were evaluated using the Acceptance and Action Questionnaire-2nd Edition(AAQ-II),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),and Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA).RESULTS Compared with the conventional group, the AAQ-II score of the combined group was lower(F_(between-group effect)=8.548;F_(time effects)=25.020;F_(interaction effects)=52.930;all P<0.001),the SAS score(t=5.445)and SDS score(t=7.076)were lower(all P<0.001),as were the PSQI dimensions(tsleep quality=4.581,tfall sleep time=2.826,tsleep time=2.436,tsleep efficiency=5.787,tsleep disorder=5.008,thypnotic drugs=3.786,tdaytime dysfunction=4.812);all P<0.05).The ESCA scores for all dimensions were higher(thealth knowledge level=6.994,t self-concept=5.902,tself-responsibility=19.820,tself-care skills=8.470;all P<0.001).CONCLUSION ACT combined with ECBE in patients with CHB can improve psychological flexibility and sleep quality, alleviate negative emotions, and improve self-care.
文摘Association rules mining is a major data mining field that leads to discovery of associations and correlations among items in today’s big data environment. The experimental results confirm that the proposed algorithm successfully discovers NFIS and PNARs and runs significantly faster than conventional e-NFIS algorithm.

文摘experience shared by human beings, but it is often expressed in the form of conceptual metaphor which is pervasive in the concrete language.Drawing upon the theory of conceptual metaphor and emotion metaphors, this paper aims to study the translation of positive emotions in David Hawkes’version of The Story of the Stone and the related daily expressions as the corpus.According to the theories, this paper categorizes the positive emotions metaphors into body metaphors, sensory metaphors, entity metaphors, and orientational metaphors to discuss the process of English translation and the metaphorical mechanism, analyzes the similarities and differences between Chinese and English expressions of positive emotions and their cultural, physiological, and psychological motives, and lastly attempts to summarize the translation strategies of emotional expressions. The analysis of metaphorical mechanisms reveals that the common physiological and psychological experiences of human beings and cultural exchanges give rise to similarities, while the unique cultural environments, antecedents, and historical development of each nation give rise to their distinctiveness. This paper concludes that translators need to make full use of their subjectivity, understand the surface and underlying meaning of the text, and establish a high level of mental compatibility between themselves, the readers, and the author.
文摘In current study, behavioral measures were conducted to investigate clothing color. Compared with the low brightness colors, the emotion reaction to the high brightness colors was more positive; Most of the colors with different brightness scales were classified as positive emotions and the minors were classified as negative emotions;the positive colors could be done much faster than the negative ones.
文摘BACKGROUND Cardiovascular disease, particularly myocardial infarction(MI)profound impact on patients'quality of life and places a substantial burden on the healthcare and economy systems.Developments in medical technology have led to the emer-gence of coronary intervention as an essential method for treating MI.AIM To assess the effects of cardiac rehabilitation care on cardiac function recovery and negative emotions in MI after coronary intervention.METHODS This study included a total of 180 patients with MI during the period from June 2022 to July 2023.Selected patients were divided into two groups:An observation group, which receiving cardiac rehabilitation care;a control group, which re-ceiving conventional care.By comparing multiple observation indicators such as cardiac function indicators, blood pressure, exercise tolerance, occurrence of adverse cardiac events, and negative emotion scores between the two groups of patients. All the data were analyzed and compared between two groups.RESULTS There were 44 males and 46 females in the observation group with an average age of 36.26±9.88 yr;there were 43 males and 47 females in the control group, with an average age of 40.87±10.5 yr.After receiving the appropriate postoperative nursing measures, the results of the observation group showed significant improvement in several indicators compared with the control group.Indicators of cardiac function, such as left ventricular end-diastolic internal diameter and left ventricular ejection fraction were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Exercise endurance assessment showed that the 6-minute walking test distance was significantly increased in the patients of the observation group(P<0.01).In addition, the incidence of adverse cardiac events was significantly lower in the observation group, and negative mood scores were significantly reduced(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Cardiac rehabilitation care after coronary intervention has a significant positive impact on functional recovery. This emphasizes the importance of cardiac rehabilitation care to improve patient recovery.
文摘Xianyang Lake is the abbreviation of Weihe River(Xianyang Urban Area Section) Comprehensive Treatment Project, which is to build a partition wall in the middle of the 500 wide Weihe River Valley, then a 270 m wide water storage channel on the north side and a 230 m wide muddy water floodway channel on the south side will be formed. Two rubber dams are constructed in the water storage channels to form a 'Xianyang Lake' with an area of 1.24×106 m2,meanwhile,along both sides of Weihe River in this section, slope protection and flood prevention as well as a series of greening and cultural landscape projects are to be constructed. This project, with flood prevention as the core, aims to improve the living environment and protect ecological environment, and realize the comprehensive treatment of river way flood-proofing,desilting,sewage purification, greening and beautification. The construction of Xianyang Lake greatly improves the image of Xianyang City and generates considerable economic, social and ecological benefits, however,it also has negative effects, such as insufficient lake water supply, original ecology being intervened by human activities, aggravating local fiscal burden, and potential threats to the flood-proofing in the lower reaches of Weihe River. The author puts forwards that 'creating a lake by damming the river' in the process of urbanization and solving the conflicts between sectional interests and integrated interests should follow natural laws and go along the track of sustainable development, which is also the orientation of future work, and the concrete reform scheme is to be further studied.

文摘Objective:In this research,we tried to explore how short-term mindfulness(STM)intervention affects adoles-cents’anxiety,depression,and negative and positive emotion during the COVID-19 pandemic.Design:10 classes were divided into experiment groups(5 classes;n=238)and control(5 classes;n=244)randomly.Hospital Anxi-ety and Depression Scale(HADS)and Positive and Negative Affect Schedule(PANAS)were used to measure par-ticipants’dependent variables. In the experiment group,we conducted STM practice interventions every morning in theirfirst class from March to November 2020.No interventions were conducted in the control group.Methods:Paired-sample t-tests were used to identify if a significant difference exists between every time point of the experimental and control groups.Repeated ANOVA and Growth Mixture Model(GMM)were used to analyze the tendency of positive and negative emotions, anxiety, and depression in the experimental group. Results and Conclusions:(1)With the intervention of STM,there was a significant decrease in negative emotions and an increase in positive emotions in the experimental group, whereas there were non-significant differences in the control group.(2)To explore the heterogeneity trajectories of dependent variables,we built a GMM and found there were two latent growth classes in the trajectories.(3)The results of the models showed their trajec-tories were downward, which meant that the levels of anxiety, depression, and negative emotions of participants decreased during the STM training period.Nonetheless, the score of positive affect showed upward in three loops of intervention, which indicated that the level of the participants’positive affect increased through the STM inter-vention.(4)This research indicated that STM should be given increasing consideration to enhance mental health during the worldwide outbreak of COVID-19.
