Risk-taking path choice behaviors under ATIS in transportation networks with demand uncertainty

A new travel time reliability-based traffic assignment model is proposed to investigate the effects of an advanced transportation information system (ATIS) on drivers' risk-taking path choice behaviours in transportation networks with demand uncertainty. In the model, drivers are divided into two classes. The first class is not equipped with ATIS, while the second class is equipped with ATIS. Different risk-taking path choice behaviours of the two classes are studied, respectively. A corresponding mixed equilibrium traffic assignment model is formulated as a variational inequality problem in terms of path flows, which is solved by a heuristic solution algorithm. Numerical results indicate that the ATIS can influence the drivers' risk-taking path choice behaviours and the total system travel time in transportation networks with demand uncertainty. It is also found that under higher demand levels, the benefits of ATIS for network performance enhancement may be more obvious.

Path Choice of New Countryside Construction in Western Region of China under the Perspective of Ecological Environment

General situation of ecological environment in western region is introduced,as well as its relationship with new countryside construction.Result shows that ecological conditions of western region not only play an important role in the achievement of new countryside construction in western region,but also directly affect the ecological safety of eastern region and the sustainable development of China.Problems in new countryside construction in western region are analyzed under the perspective of ecological environment,which are the weak concept of ecological protection,the ecological environment which needs to be improved,the difficulty in agriculture development,and the backward plan for human settlement.According to these problems,path of new countryside construction in western China is pointed out under the perspective of ecological environment,such as promoting ecological economy,developing competitive industries,speeding up spatial planning,optimizing the living environment,changing the traditional concept into scientific and rational development,and restoring the ecological environment by making use of agricultural support.

Influencing Factors and Path Choice of Rebuilding Rural Financial Supervision System

The necessity of rebuilding Chinese rural financial supervision system is expounded. Rebuilding rural financial supervision system is conducive to normalizing rural financial order and forming the benign competitive situation; to clarifying the role played by rural financial organization and providing better financial services for "three agriculture";to forming safe rural financial environment to promote the development of rural economy and national economy. The restricting factors of rebuilding Chinese rural financial supervision system are analyzed. The major reasons are that rural financial legislation is relatively backward and the supervision department lacks the necessary legal basis. The administrative supervision is insufficient, which lead to the mal-position, administrative offside and vacancy of rural financial supervision;rural financial organization mechanism is unreasonable and the internal supervision mechanism is relatively bad;supervision organization of rural financial industry is imperfect and the function is imperfect; public's supervision awareness is weak and social supervision mechanism develops slowly. The paths for rebuilding Chinese rural financial supervision system are put forward including accelerating rural financial legislation to provide perfect legal evidence for rural financial supervision system; clarifying the position on governmental functions and fully displaying the leading role of rural financial supervision; establishing specialized rural financial supervision organization to perfect its supervision functions; vigorously cultivating people's supervision awareness to promote the development of social supervision mechanism.

The Connotation and Path Choice of Socialist Core Value System

The socialist core value system(scVs)is a multi-layered systematic logical structure:with Marxism as the backbone which determines the fundamental nature of this value system;the common ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the embodiment of its goals;national spirit and the spirit of the times as its spiritual power;and the concept of honor as its moral foundation.SCVS construction focuss on practice,and its implementation includes the following three aspects;focusing on people's livelitood to increase the attractiveness of sCVs;vigorously developing productivity and expanding the material basis of the guiding functions of SCVS;and establishing an effective mechanism for publicity and education.While practicing SCVs,objective laws need to be followed and public enthusiasm need to be mobilized,path choice for development subjects and objective practice need to be highlighted,and policy system need to be improved gradually in practice,so that a linkage mechanism for all people to participate can be formed.

The Path Choice and Method of Chinese Rural Governance Ethics Research

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of Rural Revitalization.Effective governance is the key to rural revitalization.Effective rural governance needs to properly deal with the ethical relationship in the process of governance.The study of rural governance ethics in China includes three kinds of path choices.They are paradigm shift from top-down to bottom-up,organic integration of special and general,and interweaving between tradition and modernity.The paradigm shift from top-down to bottom-up needs to be done by methods,such as the use of the relationship between theory and practice,the change from abstract research to applied research,and the implementation of fieldwork surveys.Special and general organic integration depends on methods,such as the law of contradiction specificity and universality,the cooperation of induction and deduction,the operation of case studies,etc.The interweaving of tradition and modernity requires methods to be realized,such as the negation of negation,moral narrative,and non-intrusive research.

On the Choice of the Path to Enhance the Sense of Urgency

Since ancient times,the sense of urgency has been kept endlessly by both Chinese and Western people. To be mindful of potential danger is regarded as a fine tradition of the Chinese nation,while to enhance the sense of urgency is significant political experience of the Communist Party of China. In the process of revolution,construction and reform,generations of the Chinese leaders,with no exception,have attached importance to the sense of urgency in the whole party and prepared for danger in times of safety. But nowadays,the deficiency in the sense of urgency will to some extent delay the pace of national progress and national rejuvenation. In view of this,based on the conversion of the sense of urgency,this paper,from the perspective of the optimization theory of hardship and the grasp of hardships skills,the development of hardships standards and the enhancement of the level of hardships,etc. ,explores an effective way to enhance the sense of unexpected development so as to arouse more attention to the sense of urgency.

构建民营企业带动资金变股金的“铁三角”模型,探讨民营企业、农民与村集体等主体在乡村振兴战略实施过程中的内在关系及其相互作用,分析民营企业入股资金少、贷款入股效果不佳、资金吸引力不强,农民本身没有太多资金、厌恶风险投资、资金投入不稳定,村集体利用扶持资金不充分、资金投资方向和收益难确定等问题,探讨充分发挥民营企业自身“资金变股金”,民营企业带动农民的“资金变股金”、带动村集体的“资金变股金”服务乡村振兴战略的路径。

随着全球范围内大国之间意识形态与价值观的较量日益加剧,推进全人类共同价值的国际传播意义重大,有利于为构建人类命运共同体奠定价值基础,为应对敌对势力的有心污蔑提供价值澄清,为树立中国的大国形象提供价值支撑。当前,全人类共同价值的国际传播主要面临多元文化差异的排挤与互斥、西方价值观的冲突与竞争、话语平台与叙事能力的不足与欠缺等现实困境。为此,要进一步加强跨文化分众传播,深入阐述全人类共同价值的内涵与张力;强化国际议程设置思维,主动围绕全人类共同价值设置议题框架;创建立体化国际传播机制,提升全人类共同价值的传播效果;畅通经济文化交流渠道,彰显全人类共同价值的现实意义。

基于频繁序列挖掘的出租车轨迹特性分析

为进一步厘清不同出租车路径选择行为的差异性,采用频繁序列挖掘方法提取了同一个OD对间的频繁路径,构建路径选择集,分别从静态和动态两个角度分析路径集的相似特性。以西安市出租车的轨迹数据为研究对象,通过栅格划分与路网匹配,获得了不同OD对之间的路径集合。重新定义了频繁路径,采用PrefixSpan演变算法,在得到频繁子序列的基础上引入动态阈值和频繁度指标挖掘频繁路径,提取了最短路径和其他路径,完成了3类有效路径集的构建,并分析了路径集的一般属性。其后,将路径上二维时间序列(轨迹)间的相似度表示为动态相似度,将一维有向序列(路段)间的相似度表示为静态相似度,基于改进的最长公共子序列和动态时间规整算法对3类路径进行了相似性分析。结果表明:频繁路径与最短路径的相似度较高,意味着大多数出租车仍然选择具有最低出行时间的路段,但不一定会选择最短路径;时间和距离仍是出行者选择路径时主要考虑的因素,但出行者并不完全追求时间最短或距离最短;试验得到的动态相似度计算结果显著高于静态相似度计算结果,说明路径上的二维时序相似度高于一维形状相似度;两种方法下频繁路径和最短路径的相似度均最高,最短路径和其他路径的相似度均最低,比较结果的一致性说明可以用动态轨迹的相似度来大致度量静态路径的相似度。文中的频繁路径挖掘算法具有一定的可靠性,可为城市交通管理者进行路径推荐、道路规划等提供支持。

利用地铁进行城市物流配送的路径选择模型

设计了一种基于地铁的城市物流配送网络,以配送时间及配送费用为目标,以货车及地铁的载重限制、货物运输流向及相关变量限制为约束,构建双目标配送路径选择模型,通过改进遗传算法对模型进行求解,得出货物调度时间及费用成本。以厦门市的数值为例进行分析,结果表明,当决策者选择偏好为(0.1,0.9)时,配送总运输时间为11.3 h,配送总运输费用为20206.65元。当物流中心与终端站点距离较近时,采用地铁运输会增加配送节点,导致运输成本增加。表明地铁参与运输对中长距离的货物配送更有利。

经济基础、收入分配与共同富裕——基于fsQCA的组态分析

基于经济基础、市场分配和政府调控的理论框架,以我国31个省(区、市)为例,运用模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,探讨经济总量、初次分配和再分配对不同地区共同富裕水平的影响。以城乡收入差距为结果条件,相应设置人均GDP、产业化水平、市场发育程度、市场主体规模、地方预算支出和个人所得税等6个二级条件,通过分析共获得4种条件组态,分别解释了典型地区实现共同富裕的不同路径。上海、北京、浙江等省市依靠雄厚的经济基础、完善的市场体系和有力的政府调控实现了较高水平的共同富裕。为此,需要从推动产业优化调整,促进区域经济协调发展;构建高水平市场经济体系,创新企业发展路径;实施政府科学的宏观调控,优化市场治理模式等方面采取具体措施助力共同富裕目标的实现。

数字经济赋能企业绩效的内在机制、经验证据和路径选择

企业绩效的提升是我国经济高质量发展的重要指标之一,数字经济作为一种新兴经济模式,对企业绩效具有重要影响。文章基于2007-2019年上市公司数据,实证分析数字经济对企业绩效的影响及其内在的作用机制,并提出相关数字化治理路径选择。研究发现:第一,数字经济显著提升企业绩效,经过多种稳健性检验,该研究结论依旧成立。第二,异质性分析结果表明,数字经济显著促进东部地区企业和非国有企业绩效的提升,对中西部地区企业和国有企业绩效不具有显著影响。第三,机制分析发现数字经济通过提升企业研发投入,提升了企业绩效,为企业的高质量发展提供了路径选择。文章为数字经济赋能企业发展提供了经验证据,丰富了企业绩效提升和数字化治理效能的相关研究。

高校学生管理数字化转型:价值追求、关键问题和路向选择

在明晰高校学生数字化转型内涵的基础上,采用场域理论对高校学生数字化转型动因进行分析。随着数字技术不断融入,高校学生管理的在场形态由物理空间转向虚实共生,管理结构由条块分割转向多元联动,管理职能由行政为先转向人本服务。在数字化转型过程中,在技术起点上要考虑供需匹配及其中的安全冲突,在运转过程中要考虑协同管理及其中的共治失衡,在效能实现时要考虑技术驱动及其中的价值异化。实现高校学生管理数字颠覆式流程再造,需要夯实数据资产的数字化场景根基,以技术改善提升管理应用规范;聚焦转型中主体协同的责任厘定,创设理性安全的数字化管理环境;构建面向不同层面的系统联动机制,增强适宜人文智慧发展的管理韧性。

乡村振兴背景下乡镇(街道)社工站建设研究

社工站建设本是基层现代化治理进程中的重要产物,也是推动乡村振兴的重要举措。通过长期对众多乡镇(街道)社工站的实地调研和对站内社工的访谈,可以看出,当前社工站建设呈现出“急需求、重建设、弱发展”的基本处境。其中,人才管理和服务机制不完善是乡镇(街道)社工站建设中的重要困境,其在一定程度上弱化了站点建设中的发展性需求。而在本土语境下,为了更好地推动乡镇(街道)社工站建设,保障公共财政制度的经费、通过完善体制机制促进站点的专业化和独立自主性、利用网络信息技术推动乡镇(街道)社工站跨时空发展是未来可行的重要实践面向。同时,从顶层设计、主体定位、内生动力、培养机制等方面展开路径选择,可以在一定程度上推动社工站建设的现代化转型,达到提质增能的效果。

基于出行链的城际旅客多模式出行选择研究

随着我国各种交通方式的快速发展,我国城际旅客的出行方式也变得愈加多样化,同时,由于人民生活水平的不断提升,城际旅客出行更加注重出行的过程,对运输服务质量的要求较高。为了更好地满足城际旅客的出行需求,对城际旅客出行方式选择的影响因素进行调查分析。首先,详细分析城际旅客的出行链构成、分类及城际旅客出行主要交通方式;其次,综合考虑城际旅客自身属性、出行属性及交通运输方式属性等因素,构建基于城际出行链的SEM-Logit选择模型;最后,利用算例分析模型的有效性,结果表明所构建的模型可以真实反映城际旅客出行选择行为。基于出行链的旅客多模式出行选择模型可以方便旅客出行路径的规划,为不同旅客群体提供决策支持。
