On “Native Ecological View” of Suzhou Classical Gardens

On the basis of reviewing and concluding relevant data, and construction practices of eco-garden city, origination, theoretic foundation and structural model of "native ecological view" of Suzhou classical gardens were analyzed comprehensively.

Exploring Regional Ecological Cultures in the Upper Reaches of the Yellow River in the Ming and Qing Dynasties from the Perspective of "Top Eight Views"

By studying typical "Top Eight Views" in cities like Xining,Lanzhou and Yinchuan in the upper reaches of the Yellow River,mountain and water landscapes in the study area were analyzed in terms of natural ecology;bridges,canals,ferries,pavilions,mansions,towers,temples,historical sites,production and living landscapes were analyzed in terms of humanistic ecology.On this basis,"Top Eight Views" in the upper reaches of the Yellow River were compared and the following conclusions obtained:mountain landscapes were distributed in the whole region,waterscapes unevenly valued in different cities,bridges,canals and ferries mostly located in Ningxia,temples commonly found in all cities,garden arts introduced into cities,traditional cultures carried forward by historical relics.Then the relationship between "Top Eight Views" and regional eco-cultures was analyzed,and it was proposed that humanistic and cultural connotations of these "Top Eight Views" contributed a lot to beautifying urban environment,satisfying needs of the locals' spiritual life,carrying forward local history and culture,enriching urban cultural connotations,expanding living spaces of local residents and improving integrated functions of cities."Top Eight Views" culture complied with the construction gist of urban ecological cultures,and was of great referential value for the construction of urban ecological cultures in the upper reaches of the Yellow River,and also the healthy,scientific and sustainable development of local cities.

WANG Shi-zhen,the scholar in Ming Dynasty,has been studied by followers of many generations.His remarkable achievements in literature,history,painting and even opera have been much learnt,but his contributions to gardening have been rarely mentioned.Thus Yanshan Garden as the material carrier of WANG's gardening achievements is worthy of further study.Yanshan Garden is the representative of private gardens owned by scholars and officials in Ming Dynasty,enjoying the fame of "City Forest".Either from garden construction,including natural landscapes,architectural landscapes as well as animal and plant landscapes,or from gardening thoughts and theories,Yanshan Garden has its own outstanding and particular features.Through reviewing On Yanshan Garden,this study elaborated the architectural idea of "panoramic view" and "ecological" landscaping consciousness in Yanshan Garden,which supplemented the blank page in this field and provided support for future studies.

A Comparison of Antoinette’s and Rochester’s Incompatible Ecological Views in Wide Sargasso Sea

In recent years,themes about ecology and nature have gained much attention from scholars and critics at home and abroad.These themes can also be reflected in Jean Rhys’s Wide Sargasso Sea.To reveal the theme of ecology and nature in this novel,this thesis manages to explore the differing views Antoinette and Rochester hold and make a comparison between their eco⁃logical views by analyzing the way they treat animals and their standpoints about the relationship between human and nature in the light of Ecolinguistics.It finds out that Antoinette’s positive and harmonious ecological view is incompatible with Rochester’s neg⁃ative and indifferent one.This thesis hopes to provide a new perspective for studying this novel and to dig out the ecological mean⁃ing of it.

目前在北方草原牧区广泛推行实施的生态补偿政策仍延续以往政府主导、自上而下的管理模式。在此政策驱动下,当地居民的主体性、参与性和积极性缺乏有效发挥渠道,客观上影响了基层农牧区经济—社会—环境协调发展。本研究首先立足位于科尔沁沙地西北边缘的西辽河流域环境实践,运用生活环境主义理论,较为全面地剖析生态补偿政策所面临的难题及其社会根源;其次较为深刻地探讨在实现生态修复与乡村振兴双重目标下,通过激活重塑,创建现代共治共享多民族本土知识体系的重要性;最后力求深入探索政府主导、社区主位、村民主体的参与式多维机制构建的内在逻辑及技术路径。

生灵、传说与人地关系--北京潭柘寺大青二青传说研究

大青二青是潭柘寺中的灵蛇,其传说主要讲述灵蛇与潭柘寺建寺和当地水源的深厚关联。传说之所以经久流传,是因为“灵蛇”走向了现实生活,成为一种地方自然知识。将其放回当地固有的农业传统,会发现不同版本的传说中建立了人与自然的区域性认同,形成了山川圣地中生态—文化的互动。民众对灵蛇的认识反映了当地山民如何理解自然,尤其是地方经验下人与生灵、水的关系,即“自然观”。在其想象中,生灵具有感知人性的能力,可以链接人与自然。京西山民所理解的人地关系,既有基于环境的“自然—生灵—人”关系,也有基于等级的“天—皇权—民”范畴。更重要的是,它们都以“生态—信仰”为基本结构,这正是潭柘寺山民共享并内涵于生活的自然观。

应对气候变化是人类面临的一项复杂系统性工程,运用立法手段应对气候变化是中国特色社会主义法治体系的时代使命。整体系统观作为一种政治提议,其理论内涵为实现应对气候变化立法从形式体系化走向实质体系化提供了基本方向。应对气候变化立法的实质体系化离不开“立法理念—法律框架—法律制度”的体系化建构。首先,在立法理念上要协同生态环境立法目标,构建应对气候变化立法目的的多元层次,增强其贯通性和适用性。其次,在法律框架上要打造应对气候变化基本法引领、关联法支撑、外围法保障的三维布局。最后,在法律制度上可以将应对气候变化法律制度类型化为风险预防、过程规制、损害救济三大模块。

基于景感生态学的城市视觉感知量化研究——以北京市中心为例

营造舒适、人性化的居住环境对于城市可持续发展十分重要。传统的城市感知研究主要采用现场调研、问卷调查、遥感反演等手段,很难衡量并刻画居民对视觉环境的感知体验。鉴于此,基于景感生态学理论构建了城市视觉感知(物理感知和心理感知)定量测度和耦合分析框架,用于衡量人类视角下对城市建成环境的主观感受。该框架能够补充对城市微观空间格局的分析手段,丰富对人类视角下物理和心理感知空间变化的认识、提升城市感知品质的空间格局识别和细节刻画能力、深入理解不同城市复合生态系统要素与居民感知的影响关联。以北京市中心为例,构建了一套深度学习方法量化人类尺度的物理、心理感知测度方法。通过空间统计模型辨识物理感知以及城市复合生态系统要素对居民心理感知的作用强度。结果表明:1)树木可见度和归一化植被指数对于提升积极心理感知有帮助。2)北京市中心的心理感知指数存在明显的空间聚集现象,在“内-外”圈层和“南-北”城区上呈现明显差异。3)深度学习和机器学习模型能够用于准确刻画城市物理和心理感知的空间格局。研究为城市街区尺度上的景感营造和生态规划提供了有价值的定量参考,并且对可持续城市发展的智能管理具有积极意义,为理解和塑造城市环境和人类福祉提供了新的视角。

城乡融合推动乡村生态振兴的实现路径研究——基于马克思的生态观视角

建立健全国家公园生态补偿机制是推动建设人与自然和谐共生的中国式现代化的重大任务。国家公园生态补偿机制并不是补偿主客体、补偿标准、补偿方式、绩效评估等中心要素的机械组合或简单相加,而是具有一定结构和功能并时刻处于动态发展变化中的有机整体。系统观视域下,国家公园生态补偿机制是以对整个系统起决定性作用的中心要素为突破口,调整优化系统与要素、要素与要素、系统与外部环境之间相互联系、相互作用的内容和方式。着眼于国家公园生态补偿机制存在的制度隐忧,亟需完善系统演化发展的制度保障、分区分类实施差别化补偿标准、因地制宜探索组合型补偿方式、建立并实施综合绩效评估体系。
