Thoughts on the Construction of Beautiful Villages with Poverty Alleviation in the Perspective

Accurate poverty alleviation has become an important task in implementing the rural revitalization strategy.Since the 19th CPC National Congress,Chinese government institutions have been striving to take measures to lift poor rural areas out of poverty.This essay takes Tailai district as the blueprint to start the research on precision poverty alleviation,explores and discusses the construction of beautiful villages,proposes strategies for sustainable development,makes people change concepts to coordinate the relationship between interests and concepts.It also points out the target that using the industry as a guide,using technology to alleviate poverty and make the village vibrant.Therefore,the endogenous power will be derived from the roots,and the agriculture,farmer and rural area will be fed back,in order to provide a reference for the Construction of Beautiful Villages in Heilongjiang.

Development of Inclusive Private Kindergartens in Rural Areas in the Context of "Precision" Poverty Alleviation Policy

As a national policy of benefiting the country and the people, " precision" poverty alleviation has an important strategic position.The core of " precision" poverty alleviation is education poverty alleviation. Based on the background of " precision" poverty alleviation,this study focuses on the analysis of problems of rural inclusive private kindergartens in the province,such as the shortage of rural pre-school resources,the uneven quality of teachers,and lack of financial investment. And in view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward some solutions to better promote the rural inclusive kindergarten development in the province.

A bibliometric analysis of publications on precision poverty alleviation in China

[Background]Since China’s President Xi Jinping proposed the strategy of"precise poverty alleviation(PPA)",it has received increasing attention of many scholars.A bibliometric analysis of publications on PPA may provide a direction of hot topics and future research trends.[Methods]All the papers on PPA published between 2014 and 2018 were scanned in the Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index(CSSCI)database."Precision Poverty Alleviation(精准扶贫)"was used as the keywords to get the relevant publications.VOSviewer was applied to perform the bibliometric analysis of these articles.[Results]The publications on PPA have been growing rapidly.There are relatively few high-productivity authors,so more in-depth study is needed.Journal publishing PPA papers are mainly distributed in the field of humanities and social sciences.From the results of clustering analysis,it can be seen that the research field focuses on the four aspects of PPA:connotation and definition,operation mechanism,realization path and performance evaluation.Therefore,precise identification of the poor population,effective implementation of assistance measures,and clear procedures and criteria for poverty quitting are crucial to the completion of the task of poverty eradication.
