Research on the Practice and Development of Teaching Evaluation in Private Colleges and Universities:Taking Xi’an Mingde Institute of Technology as an Example

With the government’s strong support and investment in higher education,private colleges and universities have become an important part of higher education.Teaching evaluation is an important means of monitoring the quality of teaching in colleges and universities and a crucial way to improve teaching quality.This article takes Xi’an Mingde Institute of Technology as an example to explore the practice and development of teaching evaluation in private colleges and universities.

Analysis on Brand Development of Private Colleges and Universities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Based on the Perspective of Sustainable Development

The special geographical location and political system of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the international background of coexistence of multiple cultures have strong basic strengths and international advantages in education and talents,and have the rigid conditions for the development of education and talents gathering.The rapid development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has brought rare opportunities and challenges to private higher education in Guangdong.This study analyzes the significance of private higher education for the development of the Bay Area from the perspective of sustainable development theory,and proposes corresponding strategies for high-quality development.

Investigation and Analysis on the Postgraduate Entrance Examination for Undergraduate Students from Private Colleges and Universities

Students from private undergraduate universities were included in this study as research subjects.Questionnaires were distributed to the students to collect information in order to keep abreast of students’motivation,preference,preparation and plan,encountered difficulties and adjustments made,demands,as well as other aspects about their postgraduate entrance examination.The results showed that students from private universities have clear motivation for their postgraduate entrance examination,but there are some problems,such as the lack of scientific choices,long preparation time,more challenges,and lack of school support.In view of these problems,this study offers countermeasures and suggestions for these students and relevant schools.

Constructing a Management System for Private Colleges and Universities in China Based on a Comparative Study of Private Colleges and Universities at Home and Abroad

This paper first conducts a comparative study of the management system of private colleges and universities at home and abroad,then analyzes the reference significance of the management system of foreign private colleges and universities for the development of private colleges and universities in China,and finally puts forward corresponding strategies for the construction of a management system for private colleges and universities,so as to effectively promote the rapid development of private colleges and universities in China.At the same time,a smooth-running of private higher education is directly related to national development and the future of the nation.Private colleges and universities shoulder the sacred mission of educating people for the party and the country.Carrying out the party’s national work in the new era is the internal requirement of comprehensively implementing the party’s educational policy,the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people,the mission of the era of developing schools and strengthening the country,as well as achieving satisfactory education.This helps to improve the socialist education system in China.

Improving the Organizational Forms of Private Colleges from the Perspective of the Common Benefit Company System

The“profit-making”attribute of commercial subjects shapes the classification system of legal representatives and the contents of corresponding norms in the Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China.The division of non-profit and non-commercial in the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Promotion of Privately-Run Schools not only conforms to the provisions of General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China,but also lays an institutional foundation for the classified management of private colleges.However,it cannot solve the problem of substantial profit-making behaviors of non-profit private colleges.As an important organizational form of enterprise organizations,the“Common Benefit Company”has changed the rule-making for traditional for-profit companies,so that the organizational form can be applied to both profit and public welfare enterprises.The functional design of the common benefit company system can now be applied to standardize the organizational structures of private colleges in China.Drawing lessons from the legislative experience regarding the common benefit company,we can enhance the organizational structures of our private colleges by implementing the common benefit company.

Methods for Private College Counselors to Carry Out Implicit Ideological and Political Education

With the continuous progress of the society,the new media network has proposed new conditions and provided new means for implicit ideological and political education in private colleges and universities.This article discusses the launching of the e-class platform for private college counselors to develop the feasibility of implicit ideological and political education for private colleges.The involved methods of education are deeply explored,in order to improve the implicit ideological and political education work ability of private college counselors.
