Research on the Development Path and Mechanism of“Double-Qualified”Teachers in Private Universities Under the Background of Digital Transformation

This article explores the development path and mechanism of“double-qualified”teachers in private universities under digital transformation.Through literature review,theoretical analysis,and other research methods,this study conducts an in-depth analysis of the impact of digital technology on the development of“double-qualified”teachers in private colleges and universities and puts forward corresponding strategies and suggestions.Research shows that digital transformation provides new opportunities and challenges for developing“double-qualified”teachers in private colleges and universities.To adapt to this trend,teachers must continuously improve their digital skills,and schools should establish a complete incentive mechanism and evaluation system,strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and the integration of industry and education to promote the comprehensive development of“double-qualified”teachers,and provide a useful guideline for private universities to promote the development of“double-qualified”teachers in digital transformation.

Challenges and Countermeasures for Private Universities in Providing Education for International Students

Private universities are one of the forces driving the internationalization of higher education in China.Private universities are taking advantage of the trend to provide education for international students,playing an important role in the high-quality development of higher education in China.However,they also face challenges such as insufficient policy support,lack of management experience,and limited enrollment channels.Breakthroughs can be made through methods such as refining content,expanding enrollment channels,and attracting talent.

An Empirical Study on the Job Satisfaction of Guangxi Private Universities Based on Two-Factor Theory

The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the job satisfaction of Guangxi private universities based on two-factor theory.With the rapid development of private colleges and universities,there are also many problems restricting the development of private colleges and universities.Therefore,this study is specially helpful for the private colleges and universities in Guangxi.In order to carry out this study,the population was taken to be those teachers of the private colleges and universities in Guangxi.A sample(N=384)of teachers was taken using simple random sampling from the private colleges and universities in Guangxi.It was hypothesized that work achievement,work itself,work development,duty,compensation and benefit,salary,work environment,organization system,interpersonal relationship,and leadership management had positive influence on customer decision-making.The results were analyzed with the help of SPSS software.Descriptive statistical analysis,Pearson correlation test,and regression analysis were used to test hypothesis.The results showed the overall job satisfaction of teachers in private universities in Guangxi is unsatisfactory;only working environment and interpersonal relationship in five dimensions are satisfactory,while other dimensions are unsatisfactory.It is understood that the existing health care factors in private colleges and universities in Guangxi cannot eliminate the dissatisfaction state of teachers’work,and the incentive factors cannot effectively stimulate the enthusiasm of teachers.

Investigation and Analysis on the Postgraduate Entrance Examination for Undergraduate Students from Private Colleges and Universities

Students from private undergraduate universities were included in this study as research subjects.Questionnaires were distributed to the students to collect information in order to keep abreast of students’motivation,preference,preparation and plan,encountered difficulties and adjustments made,demands,as well as other aspects about their postgraduate entrance examination.The results showed that students from private universities have clear motivation for their postgraduate entrance examination,but there are some problems,such as the lack of scientific choices,long preparation time,more challenges,and lack of school support.In view of these problems,this study offers countermeasures and suggestions for these students and relevant schools.

Improving innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher institutions: the impact of "Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation" education on undergraduates' entrepreneurial intentions

The exploration of the way"mass entrepreneurship and innovation"(MEI)education influences students'aspirations to become entrepreneurs has grown into an important area of analysis in studies related to higher education.This research intends to examine the consequences of MEI education on students'tendency towards entrepreneurship,and to put forward methods for augmenting the teaching of innovation and entrepreneurship in private higher educational establishments.To achieve this objective,questionnaires and semi-structured interviews were employed in the study,which involved a total of 197 students and five education experts.The statistical analysis of the questionnaire data revealed that MEI education was positively related to students'entrepreneurial intentions,and that both entrepreneurial experience and family entrepreneurial background played moderating roles in this relationship.The interview findings indicated that private universities could enhance educational reforms by designing talent training programs,developing diversified curricula,and developing more professional entrepreneurial platforms to encourage students'entrepreneurial intentions.This study offers fresh insights for improving and perfecting the mechanism of innovation and entrepreneurship education in private universities.

Improving the Organizational Forms of Private Colleges from the Perspective of the Common Benefit Company System

The“profit-making”attribute of commercial subjects shapes the classification system of legal representatives and the contents of corresponding norms in the Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China.The division of non-profit and non-commercial in the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Promotion of Privately-Run Schools not only conforms to the provisions of General Principles of the Civil Law of the People’s Republic of China,but also lays an institutional foundation for the classified management of private colleges.However,it cannot solve the problem of substantial profit-making behaviors of non-profit private colleges.As an important organizational form of enterprise organizations,the“Common Benefit Company”has changed the rule-making for traditional for-profit companies,so that the organizational form can be applied to both profit and public welfare enterprises.The functional design of the common benefit company system can now be applied to standardize the organizational structures of private colleges in China.Drawing lessons from the legislative experience regarding the common benefit company,we can enhance the organizational structures of our private colleges by implementing the common benefit company.

A Strategic Assessment and Evaluation of the Major Determinants of Work-Life Balance for University Student Workers in Lebanon

This research aims to explore the major determinants of work-life balance(WLB)for university student workers in Lebanon.The proposed relationships consist of causality between each of the variables of working hours,proximity to employment,proximity to university,workload,study leave,leaving early,work from home,study at work,and flexible working hours on one hand,and work-life balance on the other.Employing a deductive approach,this study presents one main research question and quantitatively tests 11 hypotheses using a sample of 300 workers studying in both Lebanese University and Notre Dame University.The findings show that work-life balance significantly varies according to demographic factors.As for variables,the number of courses was found to have a significant negative causal relation with work-life balance,while the ability to obtain a study leave and leaving early have a significant positive causal relation with work-life balance.This research adds quantitative empirical proof that number of courses,study leave,leaving early significantly affect“work-life balance”of today’s private and public university student workers in Lebanon.Therefore,the findings offer a theoretical enrichment to the topic of work-life balance in general,and open way for new research to expand internationally as well as locally.
