Given the existing integrated scheduling algorithms,all processes are ordered and scheduled overall,and these algorithms ignore the influence of the vertical and horizontal characteristics of the product process tree ...Given the existing integrated scheduling algorithms,all processes are ordered and scheduled overall,and these algorithms ignore the influence of the vertical and horizontal characteristics of the product process tree on the product scheduling effect.This paper presents an integrated scheduling algorithm for the same equipment process sequencing based on the Root-Subtree horizontal and vertical pre-scheduling to solve the above problem.Firstly,the tree decomposition method is used to extract the root node to split the process tree into several Root-Subtrees,and the Root-Subtree priority is set from large to small through the optimal completion time of vertical and horizontal pre-scheduling.All Root-Subtree processes on the same equipment are sorted into the stack according to the equipment process pre-start time,and the stack-top processes are combined with the schedulable process set to schedule and dispatch the stack.The start processing time of each process is determined according to the dynamic start processing time strategy of the equipment process,to complete the fusion operation of the Root-Subtree processes under the constraints of the vertical process tree and the horizontal equipment.Then,the root node is retrieved to form a substantial scheduling scheme,which realizes scheduling optimization by mining the vertical and horizontal characteristics of the process tree.Verification by examples shows that,compared with the traditional integrated scheduling algorithms that sort the scheduling processes as an overall,the integrated scheduling algorithmin this paper is better.The proposed algorithmenhances the process scheduling compactness,reduces the length of the idle time of the processing equipment,and optimizes the production scheduling target,which is of universal significance to solve the integrated scheduling problem.展开更多

This work presents an equipment selection knowledge base system for industrial styrene process(S-ESKBS) based on the ontology technology. This structure includes a low-level knowledge base and a top-level interactive application. As the core part of the S-ESKBS, the low-level knowledge base consists of the equipment selection ontology library, equipment selection rule set and Pellet inference engine. The top-level interactive application is implemented using S-ESKBS, including the parsing storage layer, inference query layer and client application layer. Case studies for the industrial styrene process equipment selection of an analytical column and an alkylation reactor are demonstrated to show the characteristics and implementability of the S-ESKBS.展开更多

The user's personalized operations of the related work were analyzed to conclude the pattern of Goal modification. By the direct drive of Goal modification, the corresponding changes of Process were induced and specified. Then rules for the cooperation between Goal and Process were concluded and the formalization was achieved in Semantic Web Rule Language (SWRL). The changes ...Process equipment placing in industrial premises leads to essential change of room acoustic characteristics: mean length of sound rays’ free runs, reverberation time and mean absorption factor in a room. The changes influence distribution of the reflected sound energy in premise volume. Failure to take account of the given circumstance results in errors at definition of sound pressure levels and an estimation of efficiency of building-acoustic measures of noise abatement. In the paper the results of computer modeling of acoustic processes in premises with the process equipment are considered and influence of the equipment on a sound absorption indoors is analyzed. The computer simulation is carried out on the basis of the ray tracing method with taking into account rays’ energy distribution in a room. It is shown that such approach allows determining objectively the integral acoustic characteristics of industrial premises, takes into account influencing to them the room parameters, the presence and scattering characteristics of the equipment and makes more accurate the equations putting into engineering practice.展开更多
This study systematically reviews and summarizes relocation and revamping project of medium and heavy plate rolling mill in Bayi Steel.After detailed analysis was made on the main deficiency and problems of the origin...This study systematically reviews and summarizes relocation and revamping project of medium and heavy plate rolling mill in Bayi Steel.After detailed analysis was made on the main deficiency and problems of the original production line of Pudong Steel,systematical integration and improvement for the process and equipment were carried out accordingly.Through innovative practice of integration,Baosteel Engineering has greatly improved the technical process and equipment make-up,as well as the grades and quality of the products.The original man-operating line is redesigned into an automatic system controlled by Level 2 computer,reaching the advanced technical level of home-made medium and heavy plate production line in recent years.The project is constructed in two phases;The original product mix of Pudong Steel is maintained as much as possible in Phase I.After 3 500 mm single stand finishing mill is put into operation, capacity of hot- rolling medium and heavy plate reaches 650 000 t/a,with the maximum thickness at 40 mm.Equipment or facilities are reserved for production of pipeline steel and other grades.Pipeline steel, vessel plate,wind power plate and other TMCP and heat treatment products are projected in PhaseⅡ.After 4 200 mm roughing mill and its matched facilities are put into operation,capacity of hot-rolling medium and heavy plate will reach 120 000 t/a,with the maximum thickness at 80 mm.Through the optimization of process equipment and its function,the relocated medium and heavy plate mill production line has reached advanced level among similar domestic mills.The prominent achievements of the project are the revamping of thickness control system of the finishing mill and the newly installed shape control system.Automation control of the whole line is realized.展开更多

The utilization of the basin’s water brings not only substantial benefits to the region ranging from hydropower to navigation, but also negative impacts caused by the unbalanced water using. The essential role of Mekong River requires all member nations to cooperate effectively for the sustainable development of the region. One of the most popular methods in the field of water resource management is a trustable tool called the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP is much appropriate for water resource policymaking. The literature, however, points out that there is no study to both structure the water using hierarchy and employ quantitative (objective) criteria to the AHP model in LMB case. With regard to water resource management, there are no previous studies applying AHP models to evaluating sustainable development of transboundary water resource in LMB case. Oxylane Group designs, manufactures, and sells sports products for sports people worldwide. It offers fitness, dance, gymnastics, and combat sports products; bicycles, equipment, and accessories; team sports products; nautical and water sports products (surf sports, diving, sailing, and kayaking products); swimming products; mountain sports products (for hiking, mountain trailing, camping, skiing, and snow shoe hiking); skiing and snowboarding products (for snowboarders and skiers); and climbing and mountaineering products. The company is now a direct challenger for world sports leaders. Since the end of the 1990's, Decathlon different sports brands have not taken a unique and rational path to success. The calculation formula of the storage power is deduced in theory in different situations of isothermal and adiabatic compression. To address the problem that the static periodic test strategy may cause deficient test or excessive test, a dynamic sequential test strategy (DSTS) for EHM is presented. Considering the situation that equipment health state is not completely observable in reality, a DSTS optimization method based on partially observable semi-Markov decision pro- cess (POSMDP) is proposed. Firstly, an equipment health state degradation model is constructed by Markov process, and the control limit maintenance policy is also introduced. Secondly, POSMDP is formulated in great detail. And then, POSMDP is converted to completely observable belief semi-Markov decision process (BSMDP) through belief state. The optimal equation and the corresponding optimal DSTS, which minimize the long-run ex- pected average cost per unit time, are obtained with BSMDP. The results of application in complex equipment show that the proposed DSTS is feasible and effective.展开更多

Reasonable process plans with suitable configurations of RMT help to improve product quality and r...The production process plan design and configurations of reconfigurable machine tool (RMT) interact with each other. Reasonable process plans with suitable configurations of RMT help to improve product quality and reduce production cost. Therefore, a cooperative strategy is needed to concurrently solve the above issue. In this paper, the cooperative optimization model for RMT configurations and production process plan is presented. Its objectives take into account both impacts of process and configuration. Moreover, a novel genetic algorithm is also developed to provide optimal or near-optimal solutions: firstly, its chromosome is redesigned which is composed of three parts, operations, process plan and configurations of RMTs, respectively; secondly, its new selection, crossover and mutation operators are also developed to deal with the process constraints from operation processes (OP) graph, otherwise these operators could generate illegal solutions violating the limits; eventually the optimal configurations for RMT under optimal process plan design can be obtained. At last, a manufacturing line case is applied which is composed of three RMTs. It is shown from the case that the optimal process plan and configurations of RMT are concurrently obtained, and the production cost decreases 6.28% and nonmonetary performance increases 22%. The proposed method can figure out both RMT configurations and production process, improve production capacity, functions and equipment utilization for RMT.展开更多

An efficient LDPC-coded multi-relay cooperation architecture is proposed based on virtual vertical Bell Labs layered space-time (V-BLAST) processing for uplink communication, where minimum-mean-square-error (MMSE)...An efficient LDPC-coded multi-relay cooperation architecture is proposed based on virtual vertical Bell Labs layered space-time (V-BLAST) processing for uplink communication, where minimum-mean-square-error (MMSE) and BP-based joint iterative decoding based on the introduced muhi-layer Tanner graph are effectively de- signed to detect and decode the corrupted received sequence at the destination. By introducing V-BLAST transmis- sion to the coded multi-relay cooperation, relays send their streams of symbols simultaneously, which increases the data rate and significantly reduces the transmission delay. The theoretical analysis and numerical results show that the new LDPC coded cooperation scheme outperforms the coded non-cooperation under the same code rate, and it also achieves a good trade-off among the performance, signal delay, and the encoding complexity associated with the number of relays. The performance gain can be credited to the proposed V-BLAST processing architecture and BP-based joint iterative decoding by the introduced multi-layer Tanner graph at a receiver-side.展开更多

文摘Compressed air pumped hydro energy storage equipment combines compressed air energy storage technology and pumped storage technology. The water is pumped to a vessel to compress air for energy storage, and the compressed air expanses pushing water to drive the hydro turbine for power generation. The novel storage equipment saves natural gas resources, reduces carbon emission, and improves the controllability and reliability. The principle of compressed air pumped hydro energy storage is introduced and its mathematical model is built. The storage and generation process of the novel equipment is analyzed using the model. The calculation formula of the storage power is deduced in theory in different situations of isothermal and adiabatic compression. The optimal storage scheme is given when the capacity and withstand pressure of the vessel is definitive, and the max available capacity and the equipment utilization efficiency evaluation of the scheme is given.

文摘Testing is the premise and foundation of realizing equipment health management (EHM). To address the problem that the static periodic test strategy may cause deficient test or excessive test, a dynamic sequential test strategy (DSTS) for EHM is presented. Considering the situation that equipment health state is not completely observable in reality, a DSTS optimization method based on partially observable semi-Markov decision pro- cess (POSMDP) is proposed. Firstly, an equipment health state degradation model is constructed by Markov process, and the control limit maintenance policy is also introduced. Secondly, POSMDP is formulated in great detail. And then, POSMDP is converted to completely observable belief semi-Markov decision process (BSMDP) through belief state. The optimal equation and the corresponding optimal DSTS, which minimize the long-run ex- pected average cost per unit time, are obtained with BSMDP. The results of application in complex equipment show that the proposed DSTS is feasible and effective.

文摘The production process plan design and configurations of reconfigurable machine tool (RMT) interact with each other. Reasonable process plans with suitable configurations of RMT help to improve product quality and reduce production cost. Therefore, a cooperative strategy is needed to concurrently solve the above issue. In this paper, the cooperative optimization model for RMT configurations and production process plan is presented. Its objectives take into account both impacts of process and configuration. Moreover, a novel genetic algorithm is also developed to provide optimal or near-optimal solutions: firstly, its chromosome is redesigned which is composed of three parts, operations, process plan and configurations of RMTs, respectively; secondly, its new selection, crossover and mutation operators are also developed to deal with the process constraints from operation processes (OP) graph, otherwise these operators could generate illegal solutions violating the limits; eventually the optimal configurations for RMT under optimal process plan design can be obtained. At last, a manufacturing line case is applied which is composed of three RMTs. It is shown from the case that the optimal process plan and configurations of RMT are concurrently obtained, and the production cost decreases 6.28% and nonmonetary performance increases 22%. The proposed method can figure out both RMT configurations and production process, improve production capacity, functions and equipment utilization for RMT.

文摘An integrated monitoring system for running parameters of key mining equipmenton the basis of condition monitoring technology and modern communication networktechnology was developed.The system consists of a client computer with functions ofsignal acquisition and processing, and a host computer in the central control room.Thesignal acquisition module of the client computer can collect the running parameters fromvarious monitoring terminals in real-time.The DSP high-speed data processing system ofthe main control module can quickly achieve the numerical calculation for the collectedsignal.The signal modulation and signal demodulation are completed by the frequencyshift keying circuit and phase-locked loop frequency circuit, respectively.Finally, the signalis sent to the host computer for logic estimation and diagnostic analysis using the networkcommunication technology, which is helpful for technicians and managers to control therunning state of equipment.

文摘An efficient LDPC-coded multi-relay cooperation architecture is proposed based on virtual vertical Bell Labs layered space-time (V-BLAST) processing for uplink communication, where minimum-mean-square-error (MMSE) and BP-based joint iterative decoding based on the introduced muhi-layer Tanner graph are effectively de- signed to detect and decode the corrupted received sequence at the destination. By introducing V-BLAST transmis- sion to the coded multi-relay cooperation, relays send their streams of symbols simultaneously, which increases the data rate and significantly reduces the transmission delay. The theoretical analysis and numerical results show that the new LDPC coded cooperation scheme outperforms the coded non-cooperation under the same code rate, and it also achieves a good trade-off among the performance, signal delay, and the encoding complexity associated with the number of relays. The performance gain can be credited to the proposed V-BLAST processing architecture and BP-based joint iterative decoding by the introduced multi-layer Tanner graph at a receiver-side.

文摘A mobile in-situ testing equipment used to detect geotechnical thermophysical properties was developed. The equipment is composed of a heat pump, frequency pumps, an electric tee joint regulator valve, some sensors, an electric control system, data acquisition and control system, which can do tests under the condition of extracting and storing subsurface heat. Applying the line source and the cylinder source heat transfer model, and combining the parameters estimation, the average thermophysieal property parameters of rock and soil will be calculated, which provides the basis for designing the ground source heat pump systems.
