The education and management of college student Party members is the focus of student Party building work in colleges and universities.In the context of students second classroom being conducted in the academy,the man...The education and management of college student Party members is the focus of student Party building work in colleges and universities.In the context of students second classroom being conducted in the academy,the management of student Party members should enhance their Party spirit cultivation through improving their self-management and self-monitoring.After the comprehensive reform of Ningxia University,Runze College targeted the characteristics of agricultural majors and set up functional Party groups to enable student Party members to play a pioneering and exemplary role in the second classroom.Runze College relies on the academy system and breaks through the traditional one-way management mode led by Party branch teachers in the second classroom of college students.It leverages the role of functional Party groups in off campus science and technology academies,and integrates Party building work into daily teaching and research and solving agricultural production technology problems for local villagers,achieving the goal of promoting and integrating Party building and business work,and improving each other.展开更多
The combination of kidney paired donation(KPD) with desensitization represents a promising method of increasing the rate of living donor kidney transplantation(LDKT) in immunologically challenging patients. Patients w...The combination of kidney paired donation(KPD) with desensitization represents a promising method of increasing the rate of living donor kidney transplantation(LDKT) in immunologically challenging patients. Patients who are difficult to match and desensitize due to strong donor specific antibody are may be transplanted by a combination of desensitization and KPD protocol with more immunologically favorable donor. We present our experience of combination of desensitization protocol with three-way KPD which contributed to successful LDKT in highly sensitized end stage renal disease patient. All recipients were discharged with normal and stable allograft function at 24 mo follow up. We believe that this is first report from India where three-way KPD exchange was performed with the combination of KPD and desensitization. The combination of desensitization protocol with KPD improves access and outcomes of LDKT.展开更多

In this paper, a new fair electronic cash system based on group signature scheme by using elliptic curve cryptography is proposed, which satisfies properties of secure group signature scheme (correctness, unforgeability, etc). Moreover, our electronic cash contains group members (users, merchants and banks) and trusted third party which is acted by central bank as group manager.展开更多
In the evolution of modern railway thought,it includes not only the discussion of railway planning,sovereignty,debt,and construction,but also the discussion of spiritual guiding ideology such as“Tao,body and utility...In the evolution of modern railway thought,it includes not only the discussion of railway planning,sovereignty,debt,and construction,but also the discussion of spiritual guiding ideology such as“Tao,body and utility”and“material and spirit”.From the perspective of the relationship between road and equipment,the development of modern railway thought in China has experienced three stages.During the Westernization Movement,Li Hongzhang and other people expounded the benefits brought by railway construction from the angle of“utility”,and believed that there was still a unity of“Tao and style”.After the Sino-Japanese Naval Battle,with the emergence of the theory of railway sovereignty and the theory of dividing China,Kang Youwei and others questioned the thought of Westernization school.The unified Tao body was divided into two parts:China and the West.After the May Fourth Movement,railway,as a product of western material civilization,was compared with Eastern spiritual civilization by Liang Shuming,Li Dazhao,and others.The conflict between material and spirit made the Western“Tao style”evolve into the Europe-American way of pursuing“scientific spirit”and the Soviet-Russian way of exploring the ideas of revolution and transformation.The railway has thus become an important carrier of the“scientific spirit”and socialism.展开更多
