Construction and Practice of a Practical Teaching System for Normal Universities Based on Ability Cultivation

This study aims to explore the effect of project-based teaching methods on improving students’ abilities in normal universities. This study delves into the practice teaching system based on ability training implemented in normal universities, examining the application of this teaching model in teacher education and the potential challenges it may encounter. Our case study reveals that the Project-Based Learning (PBL) approach can effectively transform students from passive recipients of knowledge into active problem solvers, thereby enhancing their critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills. However, challenges do exist, including ensuring active participation from all students, providing equal opportunities for each student to develop and showcase their abilities, and completing complex projects within a limited timeframe. Therefore, teachers may need to adjust their teaching strategies, and schools need to provide more resources and support. These adjustments can help the practice teaching system based on ability training better serve teacher education and offer students a higher-quality educational experience.

In this paper, we conduct analysis on the novel paradigm of the contemporary accounting education based on project teaching method and feedback teaching mode. Along with the deepening of the reform and opening up and further deepening of market economic system reform, especially after the world trade organization （WTO）. In our country made claim for the higher update accounting education career. How to further deepen the reform of the accounting education, further improve the quality of education is the current university education work is facing the urgent task. To deal with the challenges, we propose the novel paradigm and innovative methodology for the task based on the project teaching method and feedback teaching mode. We theoretically analyze the feasibility of the method and will verify the effectiveness in the further research.

With the development of internationalization,English has gradually become the medium of international communication.As English is learned and used as a second language by people from different countries,nationalities and cultures,English teachers pay more and more attention to the communication and interaction of language users around the world,and World English paradigm is noticed in the classroom.This paper introduces the attitudes of different countries towards the learning and use of different English variants in the Three Circle Model,and briefly describes the formation and development of Chinglish in China,and discusses the influence of the application of World English paradigm in English teaching from both positive and negative aspects.The use of World English paradigm in English classroom is conducive to learners'development of their communicative competence and cultural identity.However,using World English paradigm will also affect teachers'ability to distinguish English variants and errors in the sense of SLA.In English classroom,teachers should choose teaching materials from the perspective of multiculturalism and receive corresponding training to avoid the risk of using World English paradigm and effectively improve students'English communication level.

基于“实战化、信息化、规范化”的装备实践教学范式探索

装备实践教学是军队院校人才培养的重要环节,对学员岗位任职能力生成起到关键性的支撑作用。针对当前军队院校装备实践教学存在的问题,提出基于“实战化、信息化、规范化”的装备实践教学高效教学范式,并重点从预先教学准备、直接教学准备、施训组织、施训总结等四个方面进行研究设计。通过打造课例、拍摄制作示教微课、编制指导手册等方式将研究成果固化,帮助青年教员快速提升装备实践教学能力素养,进而提升装备实践教学质效。
