A Contrastive Pragmatic Study on Chinese and American MCs' Prologues at Film Awards Ceremonies

This essay, picking two typical cases and applying several pragmatic principles, makes a contrastive study on the similarities and differences between Chinese and American MCs'prologues, especially conversations at film awards ceremonies. Based upon a summary of the features of the MCs'prologues, then follow some possible reasons for the similarities and differences, which further arouse thoughts on practical implications and suggestions.

西格列汀治疗2型糖尿病合并脑梗死临床疗效

目的观察西格列汀治疗2型糖尿病合并脑梗死的疗效。方法在PROLOGUE试验中诊断为2型糖尿病合并脑梗死患者46例,根据治疗方法不同分为西格列汀治疗组21例和常规治疗组25例。比较2组患者在入组24个月时静脉血相关指标及颈动脉斑块相关指标。结果西格列汀组24个月时斑块灰度中位值低于常规治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组24个月时颈总动脉、颈总动脉分叉处和近端颈内动脉IMT值、斑块面积比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。西格列汀组24个月时总胆固醇低于常规治疗组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平高于常规治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素水平、尿素氮、血肌酐水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对于2型糖尿病合并脑梗死的患者,西格列汀在降糖基础上对于心血管风险具有保护作用,值得临床推广。
