Study on spatial temporal model in property management information system

Time is an important dimension for information in the geographical information system. Data, such as the historical state of target property space and related events causing the state to be changed, should be saved as important files. This should be applied to property management. This paper designs and constructs a spatial temporal model, which is suitable to the property data changing management and spatial temporal query by analyzing the basic types and characteristics of property management spatial changing time and date. This model uses current and historical situational layers to organize and set up the relationship between current situation data and historical dates according to spatial temporal topological relations in property entities. By using Map Basic, housing property management and spatial query is realized.

Study on Shanghai residential property management problems and countermeasures

Based on the Shanghai residential property management of Present Situation and Research, pointed out that a comprehensive and systematic residential property management problems existing in the development and analysis of problems to various reasons, which made the countermeasures and suggestions for the existing problems of property management to promote the development of the property management industry. The thesis is divided into four parts： The first part is the profiles of Shanghai residential property management; the second part analyzes the current investigation of residential property management; and the third part is the cause analysis of the residential property management problems; Part IV presents relevant countermeasures.

Analysis on Intellectual Property Management of Construction Enterprises

As the main force of construction enterprises,construction enterprises shoulder the important task of national pillar industries.However,at present,construction enterprises are still labor-intensive enterprises,with low profitability,low overall scientific and technological level,insufficient innovation ability and weak application and protection of intellectual property rights.Based on the current situation of construction enterprises,combined with the author's enterprise,this paper considers the problems existing in the intellectual property management of construction enterprises,and puts forward some countermeasures for the intellectual property management.

This paper, based on the analysis of the background and contents of block system reform, explored the problems of the implementation of the block system reform and the impact of the block system reform on the real estate in China from 3 aspects, the selling points of the high-end communities, future property management and the community elderly care model.

A Stiffness-Tunable Composite with Wide Versatility and Applicability Based on Low-Melting-Point Alloys

Flexible materials are essential in bionic fields such as soft robots.However,the lack of stiffness limits the mechanical performance of soft robots and makes them difficult to develop in many extreme working conditions,such as lifting and excavation operations.To address this issue,we prepared a stiffness-tunable composite by dispersing low-melting-point alloy into thermosetting epoxy resin.A dramatic and rapid change in stiffness was achieved by changing the state of matter at lower temperatures,and accurate control of the composite modulus was achieved by controlling the temperature.When the alloy content is at 30vol%,the tensile modulus changes 41.6 times,while the compressive modulus changes 58.9 times.By applying the composite to a flexible actuator,the initial stiffness of the actuator was improved by 124 times,reaching 332 mN/mm.In addition,the use of stiffness-tunable materials in the wheel allowed for timely changes in the grounding area to improve friction.These flexible materials with manageable mechanical properties have wide applicability in fields including bionics,robotics,and sensing.Our findings provide a new approach to designing and developing flexible materials with improved stiffness and controllability.
