At present,the world is undergoing accelerating changes unseen in a century.With the United States regarding China as a strategic competitor,China-EU relations have become the core of national and global governance.Fo...At present,the world is undergoing accelerating changes unseen in a century.With the United States regarding China as a strategic competitor,China-EU relations have become the core of national and global governance.For this reason,we use the basic theory and tools of Philosophy of Property System to clarify the EU’s characterization of China and accordingly propose the method of judgment and the principle of response.From this,we can get three basic cognitions of“systematic rivalry”,namely mutual exclusion of common cognition(Model A),mutual exclusion and cooperation of personality cognition(Model B),and cooperation of historical cognition(Model C).In order to steadily grasp the nature of“systematic rival”and make it operable,three basic cognitive models(AB,AC,BC,ABC,etc.)are combined,and a comprehensive judgment(ABC+model)is made to adapt to the supranational sovereignty characteristics of the EU.It is believed that the nature of“systematic rivalry”in the“trinity”refers to the main aspects of competition between China and Europe.Therefore,there are three principles for the Philosophy of Property System of“systematic rival”:first,maintain the situation of competition and cooperation;second,there is no fixed mode of competition and cooperation;and third,temporary confrontation and complementarity will lead to new competition and cooperation.展开更多

The results showed that since reform and opening-up, disadvan- tages of collective economy property are always the fundamental cause of reform; rural-urban contradiction produced from rapid urbanization makes the reform much more urgent; shareholding co-operative system is the essence of reform of collective economy property right system. Rural collective economy property right system in Beijing includes stock-assets quantification shareholding co-operative system, share- capitalization of contractual land management right, farmers as shareholders by investment, and resource and capital mode, with advantages and disadvantages respectively. The common character should be noticed is that all modes have share on contractual right of land, indicating the core of the reform of property system lies in asset quantification and stock quota. In improving urban-rural integration and modern market system, as well as endowing more rights to farmers, reform of rural collective economy property right system is of great significance, which provides a transition space and buffer mechanism for urbanization in rural areas.展开更多
The perovskite samples La1-x(Sr1-yKy)xMnO3 (y = 0.0, 0.2, 04, 0.6, 0.8) were prepared by the solid-state reaction method with comparatively low sintering tem- perature and with comparatively short sintering time, ...The perovskite samples La1-x(Sr1-yKy)xMnO3 (y = 0.0, 0.2, 04, 0.6, 0.8) were prepared by the solid-state reaction method with comparatively low sintering tem- perature and with comparatively short sintering time, and the electric transport property and temperature stability of MR of this system were studied. The p-T curves show the abnormal phenomenon that with the increase of K doping amount, resistivity increases, and the insulator-metal transition temperature decreases, which is because the influence of the occupation disorder degree of A-site ions σ2 on the electric transport property of perovskite manga- nites is larger than that of the radius of A-site ions (rA). In the temperature range below 225 K, MR increases contin- uously with the decrease of temperature, which is the characteristic of low-field magnetoresistance; in the com- paratively wide temperature range near 250 K, the MR- T curves of all the samples are comparatively fiat, and the value of MR almost does not change with temperature, which shows the temperature stability of magnetoresis- tance, and can be explained by the competition between the low-field magnetoresistance induced by spin-dependent tunneling of surface phase and the intrinsic magnetoresis- tance of grain phase. The magnetoresistance value of the sample with y = 0.8 keeps at (7.92 ±0.36) % in the very wide temperature range of 225-275 K, and this is a goodreference for the preparation of this kind of sample with practical application value in the future.展开更多

A weighted least squares(WLS) method is designed to estimate the parameters of plant, which could overcome the data uncertainty problem caused by delays and dropout. The complex was characterized by single-crystal X-ray crystallography, high-resolution mass spectroscopy and thermal analysis. In the crystal structure, an inverted tetrahedron was constructed from Ag4 metal skeleton. The Ag4 cage was stabilized by three diphenyldithiophosphinate ligands and one 1,1,1-tris(triphenylphosphino)methane ligand. 1 exhibits luminescent properties in solid state. A bright yellow-green emission centered at 533 nm has been observed in solid state. Large Stokes' shifts with long range of emissive lifetime indicate that the emission likely originates from a triplet state parentage.展开更多
In order to measure the thermophysical properties of ammoniated salt (CaCl2.mNH3: m = 4, 8) as an energy storage system utilizing natural resources, the measurement unit was developed, and the thermophysical propertie...In order to measure the thermophysical properties of ammoniated salt (CaCl2.mNH3: m = 4, 8) as an energy storage system utilizing natural resources, the measurement unit was developed, and the thermophysical properties (effective thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity) of CaCl2.mNH3 and CaCl2.mNH3 with heat transfer media (Ti: titanium) were measured by the any heating method. The effective thermal conductivities of CaCl2.4NH3 + Ti and CaCl2.8NH3 + Ti were 0.14 - 0.17 and 0.18 - 0.20 W/(m.K) in the measuring temperature range of 290 - 350 K, respectively, and these values were approximately 1.5 - 2.2 times larger than those of CaCl2.4NH3 and CaCl2.8NH3. The effective thermal diffusivities were 0.22 - 0.24 × 10-6 and 0.18 - 0.19 × 10-6 m2/sin the measuring temperature range of 290 - 350 K, respectively, and these values were approximately 1.3 - 1.5 times larger than those of CaCl2.4NH3 and CaCl2.8NH3. The obtained results show that the thermophysical properties have a dependence on the bulk densities and specific heats of CaCl2.mNH3 and CaCl2.mNH3 + Ti. It reveals that the thermophysical properties in this measurement would be the valuable design factors to develop energy and H2 storage systems utilizing natural resources such as solar energy.展开更多

China’s IP judicial system reform should be carried along with the construction of sp...The intellectual property("IP") judicial system comprises two parts: IP judicial organization and IP judicial mechanism. China’s IP judicial system reform should be carried along with the construction of specialized IP courts, aiming to establish a specialized IP judicial system. Such a system contains five elements. First, the nation-wide specialized IP courts are both courts of first instance and of appeal, which is a mode of "first instance + appeal". Meanwhile, a state-level high court or an IP circuit court of the Supreme People’s Court("the Supreme Court") should be established. Second, IP courts should not be set up everywhere, instead, they should be set up in 10-13 central cities, supplemented with detached tribunals. Third, the judicial mechanism in the IP courts should be "3-in-1", in which civil, administrative and criminal suits are heard by one court. Fourth, the manner of reasoning inherited from administrative authority principles of the civil law system should be avoided, and judicial organs should be given the authority to make substantial judgments on the validity of IP. Finally, in technical cases, a multiidentification mechanism for technical facts should be set up, by establishing systems such as technical investigators, expert consultation, expert juries, and judicial appraisal. Thus, an overarching IP judicial system will be formed, which will separate IP trials from others and strengthen the professional traits of IP trails. Such a judicial system is an optimized choice conforming to the construction of an innovative country and is sufficient for China to present a picture of "strong judicial protection" of IP to the world.展开更多

In our experiment, a triple-peak image is effectively transferred trom a coupling beam to a signal beam based on the FIT effect. It is found that the transferred image intensity profile of the signal beam is the same as that of the coupling beam while not in phase. Furthermore, the propagation property of the transferred image is studied. Due to the narrowing effect, the transferred image keeps narrowing and maintains the shape well within a certain distance outside of the medium. Our experimental results are in excellent agreement with the theoretical analysis.展开更多

Switching control is an important method in process control. Therefore, this paper studies the informative property of a data set in a single-input single-output (SISO) closed-loop system with a switching controller. It is proved that this data set is informative if the controller switches among at least two modes (i.e., feedback laws). Our result does not require any assumption on the way of switch and removes the constraints on the switching manner required in some classical literature. Finally, simulation case studies based on a continuous stirred-tank reactor (CSTR) process are given to validate the results.展开更多
Background:Acute improvement in range of motion(ROM)is a widely reported effect of stretching and foam rolling,which is commonly explained by changes in pain threshold and/or musculotendinous stiffness.Interestingly,t...Background:Acute improvement in range of motion(ROM)is a widely reported effect of stretching and foam rolling,which is commonly explained by changes in pain threshold and/or musculotendinous stiffness.Interestingly,these effects were also reported in response to various other active and passive interventions that induce responses such as enhanced muscle temperature.Therefore,we hypothesized that acute ROM enhancements could be induced by a wide variety of interventions other than stretching or foam rolling that promote an increase in muscle temperature.Methods:After a systematic search in PubMed,Web of Science,and SPORTDiscus databases,38 studies comparing the effects of stretching and foam rolling with several other interventions on ROM and passive properties were included.These studies had 1134 participants in total,and the data analysis resulted in 140 effect sizes(ESs).ES calculations were performed using robust variance estimation model with R-package.Results:Study quality of the included studies was classified as fair(PEDro score=4.58)with low to moderate certainty of evidence.Results showed no significant differences in ROM(ES=0.01,p=0.88),stiffness(ES=0.09,p=0.67),or passive peak torque(ES=-0.30,p=0.14)between stretching or foam rolling and the other identified activities.Funnel plots revealed no publication bias.Conclusion:Based on current literature,our results challenge the established view on stretching and foam rolling as a recommended component of warm-up programs.The lack of significant difference between interventions suggests there is no need to emphasize stretching or foam rolling to induce acute ROM,passive peak torque increases,or stiffness reductions.展开更多

The calculated data from the model are in good agreement with the measured results. The testing process can be simultaneously controlled...A new intelligent tester system for measuring multiple mechanical properties of foundry molding sand is introduced and has been patented for the invention in China. The testing process can be simultaneously controlled with a build-in chip microcomputer communicating with a PC through a serial port. The testing system applies dynamic testing technology. During the measurement for compression, relaxation, shearing and tensile processes of sand specimens, the corresponding characteristic curves and eight mechanical property parameters can be obtained in a short time, simply by consecutively testing on four sand specimens. The properties and parameters to be measurable by the tester include compressive strength, elastic modulus, plastic deformation threshold, springback potential, shear strength, shear deformation limit, toughness and tensile strength. These properties and parameters for sand specimens can be defined as the corresponding characteristic curves with precise physical meanings, carried out by the tester, Two of them, namely plastic deformation threshold and springback potential, as well as their testing methods, have been invented for the first time. The testing system applying advanced data measurement technology as well as performing excellent functions is an important breakthrough and creativity in foundry molding sand property testing field. The parameters acquired by the testing system are stable, accurate and reliable. The test data can be instantly displayed or printed out or stored in the PC. As evidence, many experimental data obtained by the tester practically from both laboratory and foundry floor tests indicate that the tester system can be widely applied in foundry industry.展开更多

文摘Embedded systems have numerous applications in everyday life.Petri-net-based representation for embedded systems(PRES+)is an important methodology for the modeling and analysis of these embedded systems.For a large complex embedded system,the state space explosion is a difficult problem for PRES+to model and analyze.The Petri net synthesis method allows one to bypass the state space explosion issue.To solve this problem,as well as model and analyze large complex systems,two synthesis methods for PRES+are presented in this paper.First,the property preservation of the synthesis shared transition set method is investigated.The property preservation of the synthesis shared transition subnet set method is then studied.An abstraction-synthesis-refinement representation method is proposed.Through this representation method,the synthesis shared transition set approach is used to investigate the property preservation of the synthesis shared transition subnet set operation.Under certain conditions,several important properties of these synthetic nets are preserved,namely reachability,timing,functionality,and liveness.An embedded control system model is used as an example to illustrate the effectiveness of these synthesis methods for PRES+.

文摘In this paper, we study the problems related to parameter estimation of a single-input and single-output networked control system, which contains possible network-induced delays and packet dropout in both of sensor-to-controller path and controller-to-actuator path. A weighted least squares(WLS) method is designed to estimate the parameters of plant, which could overcome the data uncertainty problem caused by delays and dropout. This WLS method is proved to be consistent and has a good asymptotic property. Simulation examples are given to validate the results.

文摘A tetrahedral silver(I) cluster complex {Ag4[HC(PPh2)3](S2PPh2)3}ClO4(1,HC(PPh2)3 = 1,1,1-tris(triphenylphosphino)methane, S2PPh2 = diphenyldithiophosphinate) was synthesized by assembling silver ion with phosphor and sulphur mixed-ligand system. The complex was characterized by single-crystal X-ray crystallography, high-resolution mass spectroscopy and thermal analysis. In the crystal structure, an inverted tetrahedron was constructed from Ag4 metal skeleton. The Ag4 cage was stabilized by three diphenyldithiophosphinate ligands and one 1,1,1-tris(triphenylphosphino)methane ligand. 1 exhibits luminescent properties in solid state. A bright yellow-green emission centered at 533 nm has been observed in solid state. Large Stokes' shifts with long range of emissive lifetime indicate that the emission likely originates from a triplet state parentage.
文摘In order to measure the thermophysical properties of ammoniated salt (CaCl2.mNH3: m = 4, 8) as an energy storage system utilizing natural resources, the measurement unit was developed, and the thermophysical properties (effective thermal conductivity and thermal diffusivity) of CaCl2.mNH3 and CaCl2.mNH3 with heat transfer media (Ti: titanium) were measured by the any heating method. The effective thermal conductivities of CaCl2.4NH3 + Ti and CaCl2.8NH3 + Ti were 0.14 - 0.17 and 0.18 - 0.20 W/(m.K) in the measuring temperature range of 290 - 350 K, respectively, and these values were approximately 1.5 - 2.2 times larger than those of CaCl2.4NH3 and CaCl2.8NH3. The effective thermal diffusivities were 0.22 - 0.24 × 10-6 and 0.18 - 0.19 × 10-6 m2/sin the measuring temperature range of 290 - 350 K, respectively, and these values were approximately 1.3 - 1.5 times larger than those of CaCl2.4NH3 and CaCl2.8NH3. The obtained results show that the thermophysical properties have a dependence on the bulk densities and specific heats of CaCl2.mNH3 and CaCl2.mNH3 + Ti. It reveals that the thermophysical properties in this measurement would be the valuable design factors to develop energy and H2 storage systems utilizing natural resources such as solar energy.

文摘The intellectual property("IP") judicial system comprises two parts: IP judicial organization and IP judicial mechanism. China’s IP judicial system reform should be carried along with the construction of specialized IP courts, aiming to establish a specialized IP judicial system. Such a system contains five elements. First, the nation-wide specialized IP courts are both courts of first instance and of appeal, which is a mode of "first instance + appeal". Meanwhile, a state-level high court or an IP circuit court of the Supreme People’s Court("the Supreme Court") should be established. Second, IP courts should not be set up everywhere, instead, they should be set up in 10-13 central cities, supplemented with detached tribunals. Third, the judicial mechanism in the IP courts should be "3-in-1", in which civil, administrative and criminal suits are heard by one court. Fourth, the manner of reasoning inherited from administrative authority principles of the civil law system should be avoided, and judicial organs should be given the authority to make substantial judgments on the validity of IP. Finally, in technical cases, a multiidentification mechanism for technical facts should be set up, by establishing systems such as technical investigators, expert consultation, expert juries, and judicial appraisal. Thus, an overarching IP judicial system will be formed, which will separate IP trials from others and strengthen the professional traits of IP trails. Such a judicial system is an optimized choice conforming to the construction of an innovative country and is sufficient for China to present a picture of "strong judicial protection" of IP to the world.

文摘We focus on the study of the transferred image property in an electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT)system. In our experiment, a triple-peak image is effectively transferred trom a coupling beam to a signal beam based on the FIT effect. It is found that the transferred image intensity profile of the signal beam is the same as that of the coupling beam while not in phase. Furthermore, the propagation property of the transferred image is studied. Due to the narrowing effect, the transferred image keeps narrowing and maintains the shape well within a certain distance outside of the medium. Our experimental results are in excellent agreement with the theoretical analysis.

文摘Closed-loop identification is important and necessary to various model-based advanced process control strategies, whose performance depends greatly on the informative property of the data set. Switching control is an important method in process control. Therefore, this paper studies the informative property of a data set in a single-input single-output (SISO) closed-loop system with a switching controller. It is proved that this data set is informative if the controller switches among at least two modes (i.e., feedback laws). Our result does not require any assumption on the way of switch and removes the constraints on the switching manner required in some classical literature. Finally, simulation case studies based on a continuous stirred-tank reactor (CSTR) process are given to validate the results.
文摘Background:Acute improvement in range of motion(ROM)is a widely reported effect of stretching and foam rolling,which is commonly explained by changes in pain threshold and/or musculotendinous stiffness.Interestingly,these effects were also reported in response to various other active and passive interventions that induce responses such as enhanced muscle temperature.Therefore,we hypothesized that acute ROM enhancements could be induced by a wide variety of interventions other than stretching or foam rolling that promote an increase in muscle temperature.Methods:After a systematic search in PubMed,Web of Science,and SPORTDiscus databases,38 studies comparing the effects of stretching and foam rolling with several other interventions on ROM and passive properties were included.These studies had 1134 participants in total,and the data analysis resulted in 140 effect sizes(ESs).ES calculations were performed using robust variance estimation model with R-package.Results:Study quality of the included studies was classified as fair(PEDro score=4.58)with low to moderate certainty of evidence.Results showed no significant differences in ROM(ES=0.01,p=0.88),stiffness(ES=0.09,p=0.67),or passive peak torque(ES=-0.30,p=0.14)between stretching or foam rolling and the other identified activities.Funnel plots revealed no publication bias.Conclusion:Based on current literature,our results challenge the established view on stretching and foam rolling as a recommended component of warm-up programs.The lack of significant difference between interventions suggests there is no need to emphasize stretching or foam rolling to induce acute ROM,passive peak torque increases,or stiffness reductions.

By using the theory of oscillatory matrix, the signoscillatory property of stiffness matrices of this system was proved, and the necessary and sufficient condition for the system to be positive was obtained completely.
文摘The inexplicit efficiency of environmental property rights lies in its fuzziness. Based on the character of environmental property rights discussed, unit environment shows intra relationship between efficiency and duty of environmental property rights, and constructs a symmetrical system arrangement. Through analyzing the possibility and feasibility of unit environmental property rights, the significance of symmetrical system arrangement to avoid the inexplicit efficiency of environmental property rights is discussed in this dissertation from the aspect of the validity of offering and implementing system.
文摘From the viewpoints of coexistence theory of the slag structure, the investigation on the structural units of MnO-SiO2 system and the chemical reactions between them has been carried out. The relationships between the physical propenies of the slag and the mass action concentrations of its have been set up at certain temperature and slag composition range, which based on the thermodynamic data of the chemtical reactions between the units and the method of linear regression. The calculated data from the model are in good agreement with the measured results. These calculated values are more accurate and systematic than those from other expirical and semi-expirical formulas used at present.
文摘A new intelligent tester system for measuring multiple mechanical properties of foundry molding sand is introduced and has been patented for the invention in China. The testing process can be simultaneously controlled with a build-in chip microcomputer communicating with a PC through a serial port. The testing system applies dynamic testing technology. During the measurement for compression, relaxation, shearing and tensile processes of sand specimens, the corresponding characteristic curves and eight mechanical property parameters can be obtained in a short time, simply by consecutively testing on four sand specimens. The properties and parameters to be measurable by the tester include compressive strength, elastic modulus, plastic deformation threshold, springback potential, shear strength, shear deformation limit, toughness and tensile strength. These properties and parameters for sand specimens can be defined as the corresponding characteristic curves with precise physical meanings, carried out by the tester, Two of them, namely plastic deformation threshold and springback potential, as well as their testing methods, have been invented for the first time. The testing system applying advanced data measurement technology as well as performing excellent functions is an important breakthrough and creativity in foundry molding sand property testing field. The parameters acquired by the testing system are stable, accurate and reliable. The test data can be instantly displayed or printed out or stored in the PC. As evidence, many experimental data obtained by the tester practically from both laboratory and foundry floor tests indicate that the tester system can be widely applied in foundry industry.

This paper designs and constructs a spatial temporal model, which is suitable to the property data changing management and spatial temporal query by analyzing the basic types and characteristics of property management spatial changing time and date. This model uses current and historical situational layers to organize and set up the relationship between current situation data and historical dates according to spatial temporal topological relations in property entities. By using Map Basic, housing property management and spatial query is realized.

文摘The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the connection between the Painlev′e property and the integrability of polynomial dynamical systems. We show that if a polynomial dynamical system has Painlev′e property, then it admits certain class of first integrals. We also present some relationships between the Painlev′e property and the structure of the differential Galois group of the corresponding variational equations along some complex integral curve.
