Research on Evaluation of Spatial Vitality and Influencing Factors of Guesthouses Public Areas Based on Rural Tourism Development

In recent years,China has continued to promote the strategy of rural revitalization.The rural tourism industry has developed rapidly in the context of rural revitalization.Now the rural B&B industry has become an important pillar in solving the problem of rural tourism accommodation.Most of the villages in China have begun to carry out the construction of rural lodging,for example,there are residents who use idle houses to carry out construction on their own initiative and projects developed by village collectives,so the rural lodging industry has been vigorously developed.The vitality of supporting industries and landscape resources around the distribution of rural lodging has become a hot spot of rural issues research in recent years.Therefore,we can use the method of data analysis to analyze the industry and function of the public area around the distribution of rural B&B.Through the comparison of data and the interpretation of related cases,the core elements affecting the spatial vitality of B&B public areas can be identified.We will analyze and improve the related elements to find a reasonable way to enhance the spatial vitality value.Finally,the article will put forward suggestions to improve the related spatial vitality as a way to promote the development of rural B&B industry and the progress of rural tourism.

Secure Application-Aware Service Differentiation in Public Area Wireless Networks

We are witnessing the increasing demand for pervasive Internet access from public area wireless networks （PAWNs）. As their popularity grows, the inherent untrusted nature of public places and the diverse service requirements of end users are two key issues that need to be addressed. We have proposed two approaches to address these issues. First, the Home-based Authentication Protocol （HAP） that provides a framework by which to establish trust between a nomadic client and a service provider using a trusted third party （home）. Second, we argue that the best-effort-based service model provided by many access points is not enough to satisfy the end user fairness and to maximize the wireless link utilization for a diverse user population. We have proposed an application-aware service differentiation （AASD） mechanism that takes both application semantics and user requirements into consideration. Our analysis of this framework shows several fruitful results. The total authentication latency increases with the number of clients but at a rate that is much less than linear increasing latency. Also, in comparison with two other bandwidth allocation approaches, the best effort and static access control, our proposed application-aware service differentiation method, outperforms them in terms of the client fairness and wireless bandwidth utilization.

Use of a Public Fishing Area Determined by Vehicle Counters with Verification by Trail Cameras

This study was performed in order to determine visitation at remote areas that would be unaffordable due to logistic reasons. Four TrafxTM vehicle counters, each programmed with different settings, were placed along the lone access road to remotely sense the daily use activities and count accuracy at the New Underwood Lake Public Water Access Area. Use was corroborated during daylight hours with game cameras. Data was stratified between weekdays/weekends due to differences between the two periods. Two counter settings, threshold and delay, were best when set at a value of 8, but a value of 16 for delay provided almost equal results. Overall, there were 38 counts of use per day for a total of 2318 over the 61 day period. This study demonstrated how vehicle counters, in combination with game cameras for verification, can aid managers for determining use in remote access areas. Future work may lead to identifying details for producing a surrogate to traditional angler use surveys.

Demand of Rural Public Goods in Western Ethnic Minority Areas

In the context of Development of the West Regions and the construction of new countryside,on the basis of defining the concept of public goods,this article analyzes the status quo and layers of demand of rural public goods in western ethnic minority areas:the demand of rural public goods in ethnic minority areas shows "pyramid" structure,that is,the most basic layer is production-based rural public goods,followed by life-based rural public goods and democratic-management-based rural public goods.Finally the countermeasures for achieving effective demand of rural public goods are put forward as follows:adhere to customers(farmers)-oriented principle;innovate upon the rural residents' demand expression mechanism of public goods in ethnic minority areas;achieve diversification of supply subject of rural public goods in ethnic minority areas.

Currency Areas: Public Debt, Inflation and Unemployment

Can public debt, inflation and unemployment tell us something about optimal or not optimal currency areas? In this paper, I compare the behavior of these variables in two countries, Mexico and the United States of America (USA), along with the member countries of the Euro Zone (European Monetary Union, or EMU). The main purpose is to know the divergence between public debt, average inflation ﹣0% in the graphs—in the main cities or regions of the first two, and compare them with the countries of the EMU. The period of 2001-2012 is chosen to be the years in which the Euro has been circulating among member countries of the Monetary Union (EMU). We find significant differences that allow us to determine the faults that the criteria of divergence on these variables had on the founding treaty of the European Monetary Union.

Innovation of Adult Education Supply in Rural Areas from the Aspect of Rural Public Goods——A Case Study of Quzhou City,Zhejiang Province,China

Status of rural adult education in Quzhou City is analyzed from three aspects of supply main body,supply method and fund source.Problems in the rural adult education in Quzhou City are pointed out.Firstly,the top-down supply decision model can not fully meet the needs of farmers.Secondly,education resources can not be best allocated.Thirdly,both rural labor force market and employment service are not perfect.In order to promote the development of rural adult education,the education supply mode of rural adults should be established,which is "supplied by the government,coordinated by the government,participated by the society,operated according to market mechanisms".This needs to set up the leading position of government,to establish the pattern of diversified main bodies of adult education supply in rural areas,and to construct the market operation mechanism driven by interests.

The Importance of Environmental English Public Signs to Xiong’an New Area’s Ecological Environment in China

With the establishment and development of Xiong’an New Area in China, more foreign industries and visitors will be attracted to come here. Investigations made in our study show that the environmental English public signs are very important. They can offer directions for foreigners who can’t understand Chinese well because they have these three functions: indication, suggestion and prohibition. In order to help Xiong’an New Area play its “eco card”, the translators are supposed to attach great importance to the translation of environmental English public signs.

Relationship between Urban Noise and the Health of Users of Public Spaces—A Case Study in Vitoria, ES, Brazil

Urban populations today are exposed to high levels of noise, which may cause discomfort and lead to health problems. Most of these noises are traffic-generated;therefore, this study focuses on evaluating the soundscapes of urban open spaces to determine its importance for the health of the citizen, since such spaces can function as noise attenuators. The methodology of this study involved a literature review, computer simulations and interviews with users of the aforementioned open spaces. The case study was conducted in an urban area in the city of Vitória, state of Espírito Santo, Brazil. The results indicate that, in the period of this study, traffic noise dissipated through open spaces but noise levels still exceeded the maximum allowable levels established by regulations. Nevertheless, the population proved to be largely unaware of the noise. It should be pointed out that the areas under study are used predominantly as recreational spaces for health and wellbeing activities. The findings of this study may serve to underpin urban planning policies that encourage the inclusion of open spaces, especially in areas of high urban density where the transport system consists of motor vehicles, in order to help control urban noise.

Ideas and Countermeasures for Perfecting Rural Public Product Supply from the Perspective of Main Beneficiaries

On the basis of defining the concept of rural public product supply, the weaknesses of the supply mechanism of rural public product are analyzed. The shortages of rural public product supply lead to the difficult ties in developing agriculture and rural economy; enriching farmers and narrowing the urban and rural income gap. Problems in rural public product supply are further analyzed. Firstly, the national finance used in agriculture is low. Secondly, farmers are not separated from decision system and the beneficiaries separate from the decision-makers. Thirdly, farmers are not fully treated as civilians. Fourthly, rural areas lack the selection and supervision mechanism of public product. The ideas and countermeasures on perfecting rural public product are put forward from the perspective of main beneficiaries. The supply of rural public product should take intensifying the self development capability of farmers as core; farmers should actively participate in the making the rural public product decision and fight for their right to say. Farmers should unit together through organizations to improve the organizational level. Farmers should actively participate in trainings on them and try to get the updated information from the local government. The village collective should protect the supply of rural public product.

Study on Market Supply of Rural Public Sports Service in China

In the main trend of gradually improving socialist market economy and establishing public service type government,market supply of rural public sports service is necessary. On the basis of unique characteristics of China's rural society and market experience of domestic and foreign public service,market supply methods were discussed about rural public sports service. However,there are certain factors restricting market supply in this process. On the basis of the analysis,it came up with several optimization measures for market supply of rural public sports service.

Idle School Buildings in Rural Areas: Will they Be Useful?

Taking the case of Enshi City,we survey the supply of public services in rural areas from education,health,culture and social security; reveal the relationship between the use of idle school buildings in rural areas and the improvement of public services in rural areas. On the basis of expounding the status quo of idle school buildings and public services in rural areas of Enshi City,the following recommendations are put forward: using the idle school buildings to develop rural public education; using the idle school buildings to develop rural public health and medical services; using the idle school buildings to develop public cultural undertakings in rural areas; using the idle school buildings to develop social security undertakings in rural areas.

地铁站台公共区弥散送风系统结构参数研究

地铁站台公共区弥散送风系统(DASS)可以提供舒适的热环境,其结构设计参数会影响DASS送风效果。采用数值模拟方法,研究不同弥散送风板开口率、送风口数量、静压室高度以及下部空间高度等结构参数对站台公共区DASS送风效果的影响。结果表明:站台公共区气流分布均匀性和人员热舒适性随弥散送风板开口率和送风口数量的增加而增加;静压室高度在1.1m左右时的送风效果最好;下部空间高度越高,气流分布越均匀,但冷风感越强,综合初投资和系统送风效果,下部空间最优高度为3m。

Utility Analysis on Supply of Rural Public Policies in North Bay Economic Zone

From analysis on internal and external motive forces of development in North Bay Economic Zone, it indicates that public policies, as basic methods of government intervening against social and economic activities, are fundamental public goods produced by government. Effective supply of public policies brings rural economic growth, environmental protection and sustainable development, which greatly stimulates rural consumption, expands domestic demand and spurs economic growth, showing significant "multiplier effect". In this situation, this paper studies conditions for rural economic development and social transformation of the North Bay Economic Zone. Results show that social and economic development of rural areas of the North Bay Economic Zone needs scientific, reasonable and effective "public policies".

数字赋能农村公共体育服务高质量发展:基本内涵、作用机制与创新路径

推动农村公共体育服务高质量发展是构建更高水平全民健身公共服务体系的重要路径。从数字赋能视角出发,阐释数字赋能农村公共体育服务高质量发展的基本内涵与现实意义,并对数字赋能农村公共体育服务高质量发展的作用机制与现实困境进行分析。研究认为,数字技术从农村公共体育服务机制、技术机制、协同机制、决策机制及监管机制5个方面赋能农村公共体育服务高质量发展,而农村地区数字基础设施建设滞后、基层对数字技术的认识与应用不足、农民数字素养匮乏、数据信息共享通道阻塞及质量管理体系缺失成为阻碍农村公共体育服务高质量发展的现实困境。基于此,提出推进农村公共体育服务数字基础设施建设、加快农村公共体育服务数字化转型、加速弥合城乡数字鸿沟、推动城乡公共体育服务协调发展及构建农村公共体育服务全流程质量管理体系的创新路径。

屏蔽门漏风对地铁站台公共区弥散送风效果的影响研究

弥散送风系统(DASS)能为地铁站台公共区提供舒适的热环境,但地铁实际运行中站台存在屏蔽门漏风,对DASS送风气流的影响需要进一步研究。采用数值模拟方法,对屏蔽门漏风作用下站台公共区DASS的送风效果进行研究,并对DASS送风板开启位置进行了优化。结果表明:不考虑屏蔽门漏风作用时,一侧射流式DASS方案的站台公共区温度分布不均匀,靠近送风口一侧温度高,局部区域高于32℃;列车进站时,送风侧吊顶满布弥散送风板的方案使送风出现短路,部分气流直接从楼扶梯口排出,站台公共区靠近送风口一侧温度高于30℃,温度分布不均匀;楼扶梯附近的吊顶板封闭时,避免了气流短路现象,站台公共区温度在23~30℃范围内,送风效果得到改善;列车离站时,将楼扶梯附近的吊顶板封闭,人员活动区温度在28℃以内,满足热舒适要求。

公共体育服务体系示范区建设促进了体育市场主体发展吗?——基于准自然实验的实证研究

基于2015年的江苏省公共体育服务体系示范区建设的准自然实验,选取2013—2020年全国12个省份149个城市的面板数据,采用双重差分方法探讨公共体育服务体系示范区建设对当地体育市场主体的影响。研究发现,一是公共体育服务体系示范区建设促进了体育市场主体发展,该结论通过平行趋势检验和稳健性检验后依然成立;二是公共体育服务体系示范区建设对体育市场主体发展的促进效应具有可持续特征,公共体育服务体系示范区建设时间越长,对体育市场主体的推动效应越大。公共体育服务体系示范区建设不仅可以促使相关企业对投入体育领域产生更高预期,也能借助政策支持循环累积有利于体育市场主体发展的要素。

“美丽乡村”建设背景下美学视域对乡村公共空间环境设计的启示

在“美丽乡村”建设背景下,作为乡村文明关键场域的乡村公共空间也应该注重其环境的提升。首先描述了我国乡村公共空间的建设背景和现状,探讨了乡村公共空间在空间设计、空间活力、文化氛围、和民众参与方面存在的问题;其次从乡村美学的角度出发,分析了古典美学和现代审美的碰撞,以及二者对乡村公共空间建设的启示和影响;最后从美学视域出发,归纳总结出了美丽乡村公共空间设计的优化路径:科学布局、空间赋能、文化氛围营造以及意见采纳,为乡村公共空间的环境设计提供了参考。
