The 3D inverse design method, which methodology is far superior to the conventional design method that based on geometrical description, is gradually applied in pump blade design. However, no complete description about the method is outlined. Also, there are no general rules available to set the two important input parameters, blade loading distribution and stacking condition. In this sense, the basic theory and the mechanism why the design method can suppress the formation of secondary flow are summarized. And also, several typical pump design cases with different specific speeds ranging from centrifugal pump to axial pump are surveyed. The results indicates that, for centrifugal pump and mixed pump or turbine, the ratio of blade loading on the hub to that on the shroud is more than unit in the fore part of the blade, whereas in the aft part, the ratio is decreased to satisfy the same wrap angle for hub and shroud. And the choice of blade loading type depends on the balancing of efficiency and cavitation. If the cavitation is more weighted, the better choice is aft-loaded, otherwise, the fore-loaded or mid-loaded is preferable to improve the efficiency. The stacking condition, which is an auxiliary to suppress the secondary flow, can have great effect on the jet-wake outflow and the operation range for pump. Ultimately, how to link the design method to modem optimization techniques is illustrated. With the know-how design methodology and the know-how systematic optimization approach, the application of optimization design is promising for engineering. So the thermal design is of vital importance in electronic control unit (ECU) design. By means of circuit simulation, the thermal design of ECU for electronic unit pump (EUP) fuel system is applied. The power dissipation model of each power component in the ECU is created and simulated. According to the analyses of simulation results, the factors which affect the power dissipation of components are analyzed. Then the ways for reducing the power dissipation of power components are carried out. The power dissipation of power components at different engine state is calculated and analyzed. The maximal power dissipation of each power component in all possible engine state is also carried out based on these simulations. A cooling system is designed based on these studies. The tests show that the maximum total power dissipation of ECU drops from 43.2 W to 33.84 W after these simulations and optimizations. These applications of simulations in thermal design of ECU can greatly increase the quality of the design, save the design cost and shorten design time 展开更多

Aiming at the shortages of conceptual design, introducing the theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) into the mechanical product design for producing innovative ideas, and using the advanced computer-aided technique, the intelligent decision support system (IDSS) based on TRIZ (TRIZ-IDSS) has been constructed. The construction method, system structure, conceptual production, decisionmaking and evaluation of the problem solving subsystem are discussed. The innovative conceptual design of pumping units indicates that the system can help the engineers open up a new space of thinking, overcome the thinking inertia, and put forward innovative design concepts. This system also can offer the scientific instructions for the innovative design of mechanical products. 展开更多

To diminish the thermal load, two ways, that is, in-band direct pumping and micro-rod crystal, could be adopted at the same time. The efficiency of LD in-band direct-pumping side surface polished micro-rod Nd:YVO_4 laser is numerically analyzed. By optimizing parameters such as crystal length, laser mode radius, pump beam radius, doping concentration and crystal cross-section size, the overall efficiency can reach over 50%. It is found that with micro-rod crystal implemented in the laser oscillator, high overall efficiency LD in-band direct-pumping Nd:YVO_4 laser could be realized. High efficiency combined with low thermal load makes this laser an outstanding scheme for building high-power Nd:YVO_4 lasers. 展开更多

Pump chambers, normally used as dominant structures in mining engineering to insure the safety and production of un-derground coal mines, become generally deformed under conditions of deep mining. Given the geology and engineering condition of Qishan Coal Mine in Xuzhou, the failure characteristics of pump chambers at the –1000 m level show that the main cause can be attributed to the spatial effect induced by intersectional chambers, where one pump is constructed per well. We developed an opti-mized design of the pump room, in which the pump wells in the traditional design are integrated into one compounding well. We suggest that the new design can limit the spatial effect of intersectional chambers during construction given our relevant numerical simulation. The new design is able to simplify the structure of the pump chamber and reduce the amount of excavation required. Based on a bolt-mesh-anchor with a rigid gap coupling supporting technology, the stability of pump chamber can be improved greatly. 展开更多

高压、高速、高温化使得齿轮泵固有困油问题愈发严重,传统卸荷槽结构已难以满足高性能燃油泵设计要求。为此本文提出一种基于运动法的新型卸荷槽结构设计方法,通过构建困油模型并从整泵全局角度分析齿轮参数对困油各项性能的影响规律,... 高压、高速、高温化使得齿轮泵固有困油问题愈发严重,传统卸荷槽结构已难以满足高性能燃油泵设计要求。为此本文提出一种基于运动法的新型卸荷槽结构设计方法,通过构建困油模型并从整泵全局角度分析齿轮参数对困油各项性能的影响规律,以确定齿轮参数并为卸荷槽设计提供约束条件;其次基于齿轮运动规律和卸荷槽设计原则进行了某型燃油齿轮泵卸荷槽的设计,并进行了多个工况下新型卸荷槽和传统卸荷槽困油特性仿真对比;最后试制了样机并通过试验验证了卸荷槽设计的有效性。研究结果表明:所设计的卸荷槽与传统矩形卸荷槽相比,同工况下最大困油压力降低63.4 MPa,流量脉动率减小33.5%,空化区域更小,工作性能更优,能够显著缓解困油带来的不利影响。采用该结构卸荷槽的齿轮泵具有高的容积效率和长时抗汽蚀能力。 展开更多

滑油泵常需要在高空、低压工况下稳定运转,常会出现供油不足、效率降低等问题。为了得到满足设计要求且具有最佳性能的滑油泵,以某直升机用滑油泵叶轮为研究对象,对其结构进行优化设计。选择高空两个典型工况的效率与扬程作为优化目标,... 滑油泵常需要在高空、低压工况下稳定运转,常会出现供油不足、效率降低等问题。为了得到满足设计要求且具有最佳性能的滑油泵,以某直升机用滑油泵叶轮为研究对象,对其结构进行优化设计。选择高空两个典型工况的效率与扬程作为优化目标,利用NSGA-Ⅱ算法对滑油泵叶轮几何参数进行寻优,对优化前后的滑油泵效率、扬程进行对比分析。采用CFD流体仿真及实验方法对优化结果进行对比验证。结果表明:所选优化参数对滑油泵性能有较大影响,优化后的滑油泵叶片位置附近流动更加平稳,高低压区域过渡平缓,能量损失更小,且降低了汽蚀发生的可能性;优化后的滑油泵设计点扬程提高2.6 m,效率提高2.86%。 展开更多

为了研究离心泵发生汽蚀过程时其内部流动规律和对其汽蚀性能的优化设计,在结合传统优化方法的基础上,提出神经网络与遗传算法结合的智能优化方法。通过Plackett-Burman试验设计从离心泵的叶轮进出口直径、进出口安放角、叶片数、叶片... 为了研究离心泵发生汽蚀过程时其内部流动规律和对其汽蚀性能的优化设计,在结合传统优化方法的基础上,提出神经网络与遗传算法结合的智能优化方法。通过Plackett-Burman试验设计从离心泵的叶轮进出口直径、进出口安放角、叶片数、叶片包角等7个设计参数中筛选出显著影响的3个优化设计变量。叶片出口宽度、叶片包角和叶轮出口直径3个优化设计变量,其影响汽蚀性能的显著性由大到小。运用拉丁超立方抽样方法抽取30组设计方案,分别进行数值模拟计算,得出相应的汽蚀余量值。建立神经网络模型,结合遗传算法在规定范围内进行寻优,得到最优设计变量组合及最优汽蚀余量值。取优化后的参数进行数值模拟计算,优化后的离心泵在相同工况下汽蚀余量降低了43.1%,说明优化后的离心泵抗汽蚀性能显著提高。 展开更多

为了提高潜液泵效率并解决潜液泵多部件多参数优化的难题,提出一种基于遗传算法优化的潜液泵效率提升优化设计方法。选取潜液泵效率作为优化的目标函数,以叶轮和诱导轮作为优化的核心部件,以潜液泵叶轮进口角β_(1)、叶轮出口角β_(2)... 为了提高潜液泵效率并解决潜液泵多部件多参数优化的难题,提出一种基于遗传算法优化的潜液泵效率提升优化设计方法。选取潜液泵效率作为优化的目标函数,以叶轮和诱导轮作为优化的核心部件,以潜液泵叶轮进口角β_(1)、叶轮出口角β_(2)、叶片包角ϕ、叶片进口宽度b_(2)、诱导轮进口角β_(3)、诱导轮出口角β_(4)、诱导轮叶片倾角γ作为约束条件,利用遗传算法进行优化,并利用ANSYS Fluent软件进行数值模拟验证。数值模拟结果表明:综合考虑叶轮与诱导轮优化的潜液泵与原泵相比,其工作效率由原来的71.65%提升至80.40%,且增压效果更明显,并且效率提升效果比单一优化叶轮或诱导轮的泵更好。通过遗传算法对LNG潜液泵的叶轮以及诱导轮进行综合优化,显著提高了泵的工作效率。 展开更多

为了实现燃油离心泵汽蚀特性智能优化设计,提出一种基于Kriging的多阶段主动学习加点策略。重点是建立3个阶段的加点策略,并明确各阶段加点策略的切换判据。基于一维函数、多维函数等测试函数,与单加点策略对比以验证多阶段主动学习加... 为了实现燃油离心泵汽蚀特性智能优化设计,提出一种基于Kriging的多阶段主动学习加点策略。重点是建立3个阶段的加点策略,并明确各阶段加点策略的切换判据。基于一维函数、多维函数等测试函数,与单加点策略对比以验证多阶段主动学习加点策略的有效性。进而,以某型燃油离心泵为例,完成所提出加点策略在其汽蚀特性的优化应用。测试函数算例结果表明:多阶段主动学习加点策略达到相同精度所需时间稍长于单MSE策略,优于单EI策略与单CV策略;但相比单MSE策略,全局最优解局部精度更高。离心泵汽蚀特性优化结果表明:优化泵进口处压力损失降低且进口处回流、旋涡等局部流动减弱,蜗壳内压力梯度增大且其出口处旋涡流动减弱;优化泵的汽蚀系数提高30.83%,汽蚀余量下降9.14%,汽蚀比转数下降7.17%,泵内气体含量下降17.27%,所提出的方法有效地提高了离心泵的抗汽蚀性能。 展开更多

针对水泵水轮机“S”特性区域的不稳定性问题,提出使用改型活动导叶翼型进行性能提升.以某水泵水轮机模型为研究对象,采用SST k-ω湍流模型对水泵水轮机全流道进行三维数值计算,通过对活动导叶翼型的改型设计,得出流量-转速模拟曲线,分... 针对水泵水轮机“S”特性区域的不稳定性问题,提出使用改型活动导叶翼型进行性能提升.以某水泵水轮机模型为研究对象,采用SST k-ω湍流模型对水泵水轮机全流道进行三维数值计算,通过对活动导叶翼型的改型设计,得出流量-转速模拟曲线,分析水泵水轮机组“S”特性改善情况.将计算与试验结果进行对比,并对改型活动导叶翼型前后机组的无叶区进行压力脉动分析.结果表明:在保证整体效率依然保持在92%附近的前提下,新的活动导叶翼型对机组的“S”特性依旧具有改善效果;无叶区压力脉动主要是受到活动导叶叶栅区域的分流在此重新聚集影响,并且与转轮叶片的动静相互扰动引起的;改型后的活动导叶降低了无叶区的压力脉动幅值,提升了水泵水轮机运行中的并网稳定性. 展开更多
