Methods: Ameroid constrictor ring was placed on the first interval of left anterior descending coronary artery to prepare chronic myocardial ischemia model on Chinese miniature swine. Animals were randomly divided into sham group and model group with 10 animals in each group, respectively. The dynamic symptoms observation of the four diagnostic information was collected from 0 to 12 weeks. Echocardiography was employed to evaluate cardiac function and the degree of myocardial ischemia, 2-DE and matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF-MS) were used to carry out proteomics research on animals. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was applied to identify the relevant differential proteins on chronic myocardial ischemia with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Results: The preliminary study found that at the 12th week, chronic myocardial ischemia with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome model was established stably. Compared with the sham group, there were 8 different proteins down-regulated, 22 proteins up-regulated significantly. After validated by MALDI- TOF-MS/MS, 11 protein spots were identified. Distinct proteins were mainly associated with energy metabolism and myocardial structural injury, including isocitrate dehydrogenase 3 (NAD+) alpha, NADH dehydrogenase (NAD) Fe-S protein 1, chain A (crystal structure of aidose reductase by binding domain reveals a new Nadph), heat shock protein 27 (HSP27), oxidoreductase (NAD-binding protein), antioxidant protein isoform, cardiac troponin T (cTnT), myosin (myosin light polypeptide), cardiac alpha tropomyosin, apolipoprotein A- I and albumin. Conclusion: Down-regulated energy metabolism disorder mediated by NADH respiratory chain and myocardial injury may be the pathogenesis of myocardial ischemia with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. These proteins may be the potential diagnostic marker(s) for qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, finally provided new clues for new therapeutic drug target of Chinese medicine展开更多

The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) believes that Qi deficiency and blood stasis are the cause of CIRI. Therefore, Chinese medicine for tonifying Qi and activating blood is regarded as an important choice for the treatment of CIRI. In recent years, it has been found that many Chinese herbal medical ingredients and compound Chinese medicine(CCM) have significant anti-CIRI effects, and their mechanisms of action mainly include improving brain blood supply, neuroprotection, regulating signal pathways such as TLR4/HO-1/Bcl-2, protecting mitochondrial function, regulating related protein levels, and regulating oxidative molecule levels. This article summarizes and introduces the pharmacological mechanisms of Tonifying-Qi and activating-blood Chinese medicine and CCM which have the function of anti-CIRI. Our goal is to provide effective reference for further researches on the cerebral protection of related TCMs or compounds and their clinical application.展开更多

METHODS: Patients with CS were treated with acupuncture and measured with a pulse acquisition device based on image (PADBI) before the first and after the tenth acupuncture sessions. Changes in PDP from before until after the acupuncture sessions and patient impressions were analyzed to judge the effect of acupuncture treatment for. RESULTS: The PDP values in effective patients were closer to normal values. This indicated that Qi stagnation and blood stasis of the patients was improved. The PDP changes from before to after the first acupuncture treatment were more obvious than those from before to after the tenth acupunc- ture treatment. This result indicates that the speed of symptom improvement decreased significantly after several acupuncture courses. Analysis of correlation between efficacy and PDP showed that the changes in PDP in five patients was abnormal, which mainly manifested as values of hl, u, p, Pp, and tl, and no significant changes or differences were increased with standard values. This indicated that the symptoms of CS were not improved in these patients. CONCLUSION; PADBI can provide evidence for outcome prediction of acupuncture treatment in patients with CS. PADBI can provide evidence for objective evaluation of acupuncture treatment of CS.展开更多

The treatment course of both groups were 6 months. The clinical and pathological effects and the changes in scores of atrophy, intestinal metaplasia (IM) and its subgroups, dysplasia, carcinoembryonic antigen and proliferating cell nuclear antigen expression were observed before and after treatment. Results:The total effective rate was 91% and the effective rate of atrophy, IM, dysplasia in the WSC group were 64%, 67% and 65% respectively, and the respective scores were lowered significantly after treatment. Compared with the WNG group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P <0.01, P <0.05). Immunohistochemical test showed that WSC could inhibit the subgroups of IM, circinoembryonic antigen and proliferating cell nuclear antigen expression significantly ( P <0.01). Conclusions: WSC could significantly improve the clinical and pathological changes in the precancerous lesions of CAG. The mechanism might be related to the inducing and promoting effect of WSC on the differentiation and maturity of IM cells and dysplasia cells. WSC could also inhibit and correct the abnormal proliferation of cells.展开更多

文摘Objective: To inquire the characteristic proteins in chronic myocardial ischemia by testing twodimensional electrophoresis (2-DE) map to explore the possible inherent pathological mechanism and the therapeutic intervention of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. These proteins may be the potential diagnostic marker(s) for qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, finally provided new clues for new therapeutic drug target of Chinese medicine

文摘Cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury(CIRI) refers to a pathological phenomenon that aggravates the injury after the restoration of blood perfusion and oxygen supply to the cerebral ischemia-induced tissues and organs, with a relatively high incidence. Our goal is to provide effective reference for further researches on the cerebral protection of related TCMs or compounds and their clinical application.

文摘OBJECTIVE: To study changes in pulse diagram parameters (PDP) in patients with cervical spondylosis (CS) before and after acupuncture treatment, explore the characteristics of PDP and the relationship between PDP changes and therapeutic effectiveness, and provide evidence for outcome prediction and objective evaluation of CS treatment before and after acupuncture treatment. PADBI can provide evidence for objective evaluation of acupuncture treatment of CS.

文摘For hundreds of years, Ding 1541 is used in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) for the treatment of numerous ailments, including qi and blood stasis-related disorders. It showed good efficacy in relieving irregular menstruation, dysmenorrhea, metrorrhagia, and metrostaxis. Now, Ding 1541 has been widely used in various conditions, including primary dysmenorrhea, menstrual disorder, endometriosis, infertility, premenopausal syndrome, polycystic ovary syndrome, and premature ovarian failure. Compared with western medicine treatment, Ding 1541 has showed some advantages. In this review, we tried to summarize the underlying mechanisms for Ding 1541’s effects. We collected clinical data and briefly analyzed these diseases based on the theories of TCM and the pathology. These data suggested that the underlying mechanisms of Ding 1541 involved increasing uterine blood supply, decreasing menstrual blood prostaglandin F2 a level, improving the immune, and enhancing the function of the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovary, etc.
文摘Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Weishu capsule (WSC, 胃舒胶囊) in treating precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis (CAG).Methods: Seventy five cases of precancerous lesions of CAG were distributed to two groups randomly, the WSC group (45 patients) treated with WSC taken orally and the Weining granule (WNG) group (30 patients) treated with Weining granule orally. WSC could also inhibit and correct the abnormal proliferation of cells.
