病情活动性指标ASDAS、RAPID3和BASDAI在判断强直性脊柱炎患者疾病活动度中的比较 被引量:24

目的研究ASDAS和RAPID3对强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)患者疾病活动度的判断价值。方法对82例AS患者进行问卷调查,统计其一般情况、病情活动度指标,抽取静脉血测定红细胞沉降率(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,ESR)和C反... 目的研究ASDAS和RAPID3对强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)患者疾病活动度的判断价值。方法对82例AS患者进行问卷调查,统计其一般情况、病情活动度指标,抽取静脉血测定红细胞沉降率(erythrocyte sedimentation rate,ESR)和C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)水平。通过相关性分析、kappa一致性检验比较传统方法 Bath强直性脊柱炎病情活动性指数(BASDAI)与新型方法ASDAS、RAPID3对疾病活动度的评估价值。结果 ASDAS-CRP与RAPID3具有较好的一致性(kappa值:0.788),而这两者与BASDAI的一致性检验结果不理想(kappa值:0.342,0.367)。BASDAI、ASDAS、RAPID3与医生总体评价(DOCGL)、患者自身评价(PATGL)均具有良好的相关性,其中ASDAS、RAPID3与DOCGL、PATGL的相关性明显强于BASDAI与DOCGL、PATGL的相关性(ASDAS-CRP、ASDAS-ESR、RAPID3、BASDAI与DOCGL的相关性分析r值分别为0.684、0.720、0.642及0.576;与PATGL的相关性分析r值分别为0.822、0.816、0.851及0.725)。结论 ASDAS对AS疾病活动的评估能力优于BASDAI,是理想的评价疾病活动度的新指标,值得推广应用;RAPID3具有方便、简洁、不受实验室检查结果限制的特点,在评价AS活动度时同样具有良好的可靠性及有效性。 展开更多

常用类风湿关节炎缓解标准的比较及临床诊疗中实用性的探讨 被引量:1

目的:了解国内类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床缓解情况,评价各RA缓解标准的优劣和临床实用性。方法:选取门诊或住院的RA患者进行现场问卷调查,使用9种RA缓解标准进行评价,了解各缓解标准达到的缓解率,对相关标准进行比较,评价各标准的相关性、... 目的:了解国内类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床缓解情况,评价各RA缓解标准的优劣和临床实用性。方法:选取门诊或住院的RA患者进行现场问卷调查,使用9种RA缓解标准进行评价,了解各缓解标准达到的缓解率,对相关标准进行比较,评价各标准的相关性、差异性。结果:共完成调查问卷310份。其中240份为有效问卷。ACR标准最严格,缓解率为15.4%,缓解率最高的为DAS28-CRP标准,为47.2%。其余分别:mACR(22.1%)、Clin42(22.6%)、CDAI(23.8%)、Clin28(26%)、SDAI(26.4%)、DAS28(32.1%)、RAPID3(32.4%)。9种缓解标准之间差异有统计学意义(P=0.00)。结论:ACR标准最严格,可以认为达到真正的缓解,DAS28标准相对宽松,部分有残余病情活动。RAPID3标准操作简便,将其作为日常临床诊疗中评价病情缓解的标准值得探讨。 展开更多

Highly sensitive and rapidly responding room-temperature NO2 gas sensors based on W03 nanorods/sulfonated graphene nanocomposites 被引量:4

Metal oxide/graphene nanocomposites are emerging as promising materials for developing room-temperature gas sensors. However, the unsatisfactory performances owing to the relatively low sensitivity, slow response, and recovery kinetics limit their applications. Herein, a highly sensitive and rapidly responding room-temperature NO2 gas sensor based on WO3 nanorods/sulfonated reduced graphene oxide (S-rGO) was prepared via a simple and cost-effective hydrothermal method. The optimal sensor response of the WO3/S-rGO sensor toward 20 ppm NO2 is 149% in 6 s, which is 4.7 times higher and 100 times faster than that of the corresponding WO3/rGO sensors. In addition, the sensor exhibits excellent reproducibility, selectivity, and extremely fast recovery kinetics. The mechanism of the WOJS-rGO nanocomposite gas sensor is investigated in detail. In addition to the high transport capability of S-rGO as well as its excellent NO2 adsorption ability, the superior sensing performance of the S-rGO/WO3 sensor can be attributed to the favorable charge transfer occurring at the S-rGO/WO3 interfaces. We believe that the strategy of compositing a metal oxide with functionalized graphene provides a new insight for the future development of room-temoerature gas sensors. 展开更多

The latest iteration of PaveVision3D Ultra can obtain true 1 mm resolution 3D data at full- lane coverage in all 3 directions at highway speed up to 60 mph. This paper introduces the PaveVision3D Ultra technology for rapid network level pavement survey on approximately 1280 center miles of Oklahoma interstate highways. With sophisticated automated distress analyzer (ADA) software interface, the collected 1 mm 3D data provide Oklahoma Department of Transportation (ODOT) with comprehensive solutions for automated eval- uation of pavement surface including longitudinal profile for roughness, transverse profile for rutting, predicted hydroplaning speed for safety analysis, and cracking and various surface defects for distresses. The pruned exact linear time (PELT) method, an optimal partitioning algorithm, is implemented to identify change points and dynamically deter- mine homogeneous segments so as to assist ODOT effectively using the available 1 mm 3D pavement surface condition data for decision-making. The application of 1 mm 3D laser imaging technology for network survey is unprecedented. This innovative technology allows highway agencies to access its options in using the 1 mm 3D system for its design and management purposes, particularly to meet the data needs for pavement management system (PMS), pavement ME design and highway performance monitoring system (HPMS). 展开更多
