The control scheme consists of an adaptive neural network controller and an actuator nonlinearities compensator. Since the actuator nonlinearities are usually included in the robot driving motor, a compensator using radial basis function (RBF) network is proposed to estimate the actuator nonlinearities and eliminate their effects. Subsequently, an adaptive neural network controller that neither requires the evaluation of inverse dynamical model nor the time-consuming training process is given. In addition, GL matrix and its product operator are introduced to help prove the stability of the closed control system. Considering the adaptive neural network controller and the RBF network compensator as the whole control scheme, the closed-loop system is proved to be uniformly ultimately bounded (UUB). The whole scheme provides a general procedure to control the robot manipulators with actuator nonlinearities. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the designed scheme and the theoretical discussion.展开更多

文摘During the transient process of gas drilling conditions, the monitoring data often has obvious nonlinear fluctuation features, which leads to large classification errors and time delays in the commonly used intelligent classification models.Combined with the structural features of data samples obtained from monitoring while drilling, this paper uses convolution algorithm to extract the correlation features of multiple monitoring while drilling parameters changing with time, and applies RBF network with nonlinear classification ability to classify the features. In the training process, the loss function component based on distance mean square error is used to effectively adjust the best clustering center in RBF.Many field applications show that, the recognition accuracy of the above nonlinear classification network model for gas production, water production and drill sticking is 97.32%,95.25%and 93.78%.Compared with the traditional convolutional neural network(CNN)model, the network structure not only improves the classification accuracy of conditions in the transition stage of conditions, but also greatly advances the time points of risk identification, especially for the three common risk identification points of gas production, water production and drill sticking, which are advanced by 56,16 and 8 s.It has won valuable time for the site to take correct risk disposal measures in time, and fully demonstrated the applicability of nonlinear classification neural network in oil and gas field exploration and development.

文摘In this paper,a sliding mode observer scheme of sensor fault diagnosis is proposed for a class of time delay nonlinear systems with input uncertainty based on neural network. The sensor fault and the system input uncertainty are assumed to be unknown but bounded. The radial basis function (RBF) neural network is used to approximate the sensor fault.Based on the output of the RBF neural network, the sliding mode observer is presented.Using the Lyapunov method,a criterion for stability is given in terms of matrix inequality. Finally,an example is given for illustrating the availability of the fault diagnosis based on the proposed sliding mode observer.

文摘Wheeled mobile robots(WMRs) encounter unavoidable slippage especially on the low adhesion terrain such that the robots stability and accuracy are reduced greatly. To overcome this drawback, this article presents a neural network(NN) based terminal sliding mode control(TSMC) for WMRs where an augmented ground friction model is reported by which the uncertain friction can be estimated and compensated according to the required performance. In contrast to the existing friction models, the developed augmented ground friction model corresponds to actual fact because not only the effects associated with the mobile platform velocity but also the slippage related to the wheel slip rate are concerned simultaneously.Besides, the presented control approach can combine the merits of both TSMC and radial basis function(RBF) neural networks techniques, thereby providing numerous excellent performances for the closed-loop system, such as finite time convergence and faster friction estimation property.Simulation results validate the proposed friction model and robustness of controller;these research results will improve the autonomy and intelligence of WMRs,particularly when the mobile platform suffers from the sophisticated unstructured environment.

文摘This paper addresses a terminal sliding mode control(T-SMC) method for load frequency control(LFC) in renewable power systems with generation rate constraints(GRC).A two-area interconnected power system with wind turbines is taken into account for simulation studies. The terminal sliding mode controllers are assigned in each area to achieve the LFC goal. The increasing complexity of the nonlinear power system aggravates the effects of system uncertainties. Radial basis function neural networks(RBF NNs) are designed to approximate the entire uncertainties. The terminal sliding mode controllers and the RBF NNs work in parallel to solve the LFC problem for the renewable power system. Some simulation results illustrate the feasibility and validity of the presented scheme.

文摘A closed-chain robot has several advantages over an open-chain robot, such as high mechanical rigidity, high payload, high precision. Accurate trajectory control of a robot is essential in practical-use. This paper presents an adaptive proportional integral differential (PID) control algorithm based on radial basis function (RBF) neural network for trajectory tracking of a two-degree-of-freedom (2-DOF) closed-chain robot. In this scheme, an RBF neural network is used to approximate the unknown nonlinear dynamics of the robot, at the same time, the PID parameters can be adjusted online and the high precision can be obtained. Simulation results show that the control algorithm accurately tracks a 2-DOF closed-chain robot trajectories. The results also indicate that the system robustness and tracking performance are superior to the classic PID method.
