Neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio predicts the prognosis of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma after liver transplantation 被引量:14

AIM:To determine whether an elevated neutrophillymphocyte ratio(NLR)is negatively associated with tumor recurrence in patients with hepatitis B virus(HBV)-related hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)after liver transplantation(LT),and to determine the optimal predictive NLR cut-off value.METHODS:The data of HCC patients who had undergone LT came from the China Liver Transplant Registry database.We collected data from 326 liver cancer patients who had undergone LT at our medical center.We divided the patients into groups based on their NLRs(3,4 or 5).We then compared the clinicopathological data and long-time survival between these groups.Meanwhile,we used receiver operating characteristic analysis to determine the optimal NLR cut-off.RESULTS:Of 280 HCC patients included in this study,263 were HBV positive.Patients with an NLR<3 and patients with an NLR≥3 but<4 showed no significant differences in overall survival(OS)(P=0.212)or disease-free survival(DFS)(P=0.601).Patients with an NLR≥4 but<5 and patients with an NLR≥5also showed no significant differences in OS(P=0.208)or DFS(P=0.618).The 1-,3-and 5-year OS rates of patients with an NLR<4 vs an NLR≥4 were 87.8%,63.8%and 61.5%vs 73.9%,36.7%and 30.3%,respectively(P<0.001).The 1-,3-and 5-year DFS rates of patients with an NLR<4 vs NLR≥4 were 83.9%,62.9%and 60.7%vs 64.9%,30.1%and 30.1%,respectively(P<0.001).Univariate and multivariate analyses demonstrated that three factors,including NLR≥4(P=0.002),were significant predictors of tumor recurrence in HCC patients after LT.CONCLUSION:A preoperative elevated NLR significantly increased the risk for tumor recurrence in HCC patients after LT. 展开更多

The formation of aluminum matrix composites fabricated by exothermic dispersion reaction in Al-TiO2-B2O3 system was investigated. The thermal analysis results show that the reactions are spontaneous and exothermic. The Gibbs free energy of α-Al2O3 is the lowest among all the combustion products, followed by TiB2 and Al3Ti. It is noted that when the B2O3/TiO2 mole ratio is below 1, the reaction products are composed of particle-like α-Al2O3, TiB2 and rod-like Al3Ti. The α-Al2O3 crystallites, resulting from the reaction between Al and TiO2 or B2O3, are segregated at the grain boundaries due to a lower wettability with the matrix. SEM micrographs show that rod-like Al3Ti phase distributes uniformly in the matrix. When the B2O3/TiO2 mole ratio is around 1, the Al3Ti phase almost disappears in the composites, and the distribution of α-Al2O3 particulates is improved evidently. 展开更多

Formation, solution and phase change of hydration products in MgO-MgCl2-H2O system was studied with thermodynamics method, and resistance to water immersion and phase change of magnesium oxychloride cement with different MgO/MgCl2 molar ratio was experimented. The results show that pH value of immersion solution of cement paste has a remarkable influence on phase stability of hydration products. A higher pH value leads to a lower solubility and a better phase stability of hydration products. When the solution pH value is higher than 10.37, the precipitation of much Mg(OH)2 crystal induces a worse phase stability of hydration products. With the increasing MgO/MgCl2 molar ratio (lower than 6), the more amount of MgO in the hydration products enhances the alkalinity of solution and the phase stability is improved. However, when the MgO/MgCl2 molar ratio is higher than 6 and the excessive MgO exsits in the hydration products, the cement paste may be damaged by the excessive crystallization stress of a great deal of Mg(OH)2 formation. 展开更多

The thermal dissolved sulfuration technology is brought forward and performed based on the characteristic of low grade lead-zinc oxide ore in lanpin. Using sulfur as the sulphidizing agent in the experiment, the oxides in the sandstone and ignimbrite are changed into sulfides. The disproportionation reaction of sulfur in a solution is confirmed as 4S+3H2O=2S^2-+S2O3^2--+6H^+. The dynamics process is studied and the first-order reaction rate equation -1n(1-a)=ktt is obtained. The effects of the reactive products, stirring speed, dosage of sulfuration agent, value of pH and sulphidizing temperature on the sulfuration of oxide ore are investigated. The results indicate that the reactive apparent activation energy is 100.8 kJ/mol and the sulfuration ratio of lead-zinc oxide ore reaches 60% under the conditions of pH 5.9-7.5, the sulfuration temperature of 130 ℃, sulfuration time of 180 min and the stirring speed of 800 r/min. 展开更多

Although the performance of membrane reactors (MR) is highly affected by the ratio of membrane area-to-reaction volume, there are few studies on this effect owing to the difficulties associated with reactor manufacture. In this study, an MR with high A/V ratio, a diameter of 35 m, and a height of 0.8 mm was fabricated. Separation performance of this MR was investigated in an n-butanol/water system. Esterification of acetic acid and n-butanol was used as the model reaction to investigate the performance of catalytically active membrane reactors (CAMR) with different A/V ratios. The reaction conversion was 38.59% in the CAMR with the high A/V ratio of 12,497/m, which was much higher than that in other CAMRs, for reaction time of 60 min and W/Vfratio of 0.093 g/mL. Anomalous Nuclear Reaction in Earth’s Interior:a New Field in Physics Science?

Tritium (3^H) in excess of the atmospheric values was found at volcanic Lakes Pavin (France), Laacher (Germany) and Nemrut (Turkey), as well as Kilauea Volcano at Hawaii (USA) and other volcanoes. Because 3^H has a short half-life of 12.3 years, the tritium and the resulting 3^He must have formed recently in the Earth. The result suggests that nuclear reactions may generate a significant amount of tritium in the interior of the Earth, although we have not yet learned what the reaction mechanism may be responsible. The nuclear reaction that can be responsible for tritium production in the Earth is probably a new research field in physics science. Nuclear reactions that generate tritium might be a source of "missing" energy (heat) in the interior of the Earth. Finding in-situ 3^H in the mantle may exhibit an alternative explanation of 3^He origin in the deep Earth. 展开更多

考虑水化期影响的橡胶-钢渣填料动力特性与微观分析

废弃钢渣和轮胎是两大工业固体废弃物,用废旧轮胎橡胶颗粒作为质地较重的钢渣的改轻材料,将橡胶-钢渣混合填料用来代替日渐干涸的砂石料,十分符合国家的节能环保政策。因为钢渣的物理力学特征具有时效特性,为了研究橡胶-钢渣填料考虑时... 废弃钢渣和轮胎是两大工业固体废弃物,用废旧轮胎橡胶颗粒作为质地较重的钢渣的改轻材料,将橡胶-钢渣混合填料用来代替日渐干涸的砂石料,十分符合国家的节能环保政策。因为钢渣的物理力学特征具有时效特性,为了研究橡胶-钢渣填料考虑时间效应的动力特性,采用共振柱试验研究考虑水化期、橡胶颗粒含量和橡胶颗粒粒径对橡胶-钢渣填料的动剪切模量、阻尼等动力特性的变化规律;基于Hardin-Drnevich双曲线模型建立橡胶-钢渣填料养护后的动力特性模型,以Botlzman函数描述最大动剪切模量变化规律以及最大阻尼比的参考范围,得出橡胶掺入比为5%的橡胶-钢渣填料动剪切模量最大,且密度改善明显;掺入的橡胶颗粒粒径较小时有助于提高水化潜力,掺入的橡胶颗粒粒径较大时提高水化潜力不大,橡胶-钢渣填料最佳配比为橡胶颗粒粒径为0~1 mm,橡胶颗粒含量为5%。与传统砂土动力特性进行对比,得出橡胶-钢渣填料水化前动剪切模量略高于传统细砂水平,水化90d后动剪切模量接近为哈尔滨中砂水平,略低于福建标准砂,相应的工程条件下可以用其作为一种填料代替砂土。通过微观电子显微镜对橡胶-钢渣填料颗粒进行微观试验,发现橡胶-钢渣填料的水化反应可分为潜伏、诱导、侵蚀、加速和放缓5个阶段,掺入橡胶颗粒使得水化反应具有滞后性,其中期结构形式改变,但并不影响水化产物的变化。 展开更多

A series of CuO-ZnO catalysts (with different Cu/Zn molar ratios) were prepared, and evaluated under the reaction conditions of syngas-to-dimethyl ether (DME) with three sorts of feed gas and different space velocity. The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and temperatureprogrammed reduction (TPR). The experiment results showed that the reaction conditions of syngas-to- DME process greatly affected the methanol synthesis and WGS reaction. The influence caused by Cu/Zn molar ratio was quite different on the two reactions; increasing of percentage of CO2 in feed gas was unfavorable for catalyst activity, and also inhibited both reactions; enhancement of reaction space velocity heavily influenced the performance of the catalyst, and the benefits were relatively less for methanol synthesis than for the WGS reaction. 展开更多

The effect of fly ash on controlling alkail-silica rection (ASR) in simudated alkali solution was studied. The expausion of mortar bars and the content of Ca( OH)2 in cement paste cured at 80 °G for 91 d were measured. Traasmission electron microscopy (TEM) and high-resolution transmission electron microscot9 (HRTEM) were employed to study the microstructure of C-S-H. TEM/ energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) leas then used to determine the composition of C-S-H. The pore structure of the paste was analyzed by mercury intntsion porosimetry (MIP). The results show that the contents of fly ash of 30% and 45% can well inhibit ASR. And the content of Ca(OH) 2 decreases with the increase of fly ash. That fly ash reacted with Ca(OH)2 to produce C-S-H with a low Ca/Si molar ratio could bind more Na^+ and K^+ ious, and produce a reduction in the amount of soluble alkali available for ASR. At the same time, the C- S- H produced by pozzolanic reaction converted large pores to snudler ones ( gel pores smaller than 10 nm ) to deusify the pore structure. Perhaps that could inhibit alkali trausport to aggregate for ASR. 展开更多

Spontaneous reporting system(SRS) is an important way to monitor the adverse drug reaction(ADR) and discover the ADR signal for marketed drugs. It can detect adverse reaction signals timely and effectively, and prevent the occurrence of drug damage. Runzao Zhiyang Capsule is mainly composed of Radix Polygoni Multiflor, Radix Polygoni Multiflori Preparata, Radix Rehmanniae Recens, Radix Sophorae Flavescentis, Folium Mori and Urtica dentata Hand.-Mazz. It has the functions of nourishing blood, nourishing yin, expelling wind to relieve itching and moistening the intestines to relieve constipation. It is mainly used for skin itching, acne, constipation and other diseases caused by blood deficiency and wind dryness. The large, national SRS database of ADRs needs effective evaluation methods. We reported on the use of Bayesian confidence propagation neural network method(BCPNN) and reporting rate ratio method(PRR) with propensity score to control confounding variables. The tendency score method was used to control the hybrid bias produced by SRS data analysis. After the calculation of PRR and BCPNN, the score of "diarrhea", "rash" and "gastric dysfunction" showed that there was an early warning before and after matching. To sum up, it indicated that diarrhea, rash and gastric dysfunction were early warning signs. 展开更多

在我国优质炼焦煤短缺和环保问题日益突出的背景下,我国焦化企业对优质炼焦煤的需求不断增长,因此进口俄罗斯优质炼焦煤可作为我国炼焦煤的有益补充,从而缓解炼焦煤供需紧张的状况。通过对3种俄罗斯炼焦煤的煤岩、煤质、煤灰化学成分、... 在我国优质炼焦煤短缺和环保问题日益突出的背景下,我国焦化企业对优质炼焦煤的需求不断增长,因此进口俄罗斯优质炼焦煤可作为我国炼焦煤的有益补充,从而缓解炼焦煤供需紧张的状况。通过对3种俄罗斯炼焦煤的煤岩、煤质、煤灰化学成分、黏结性指标和单种煤炼焦的焦炭质量分析,以期探明俄罗斯煤在配煤中存在的问题以及为后期大规模利用俄罗斯炼焦煤提供技术支撑。结果显示:俄罗斯炼焦煤的灰分低、硫分低、有害微量元素含量低,能够满足我国进口炼焦煤的要求;煤中镜质组含量均在80%以上,以均质镜质组为主;碱性金属的含量较高,矿物催化指数较高;俄罗斯煤具有黏结性强、胶质层厚度大、流动性好、膨胀度好的特点,可较好地应用于配煤炼焦生产中。3种俄罗斯煤制备的焦炭的反应性(CRI)均在40%以上,而反应后强度(CSR)大多在30%以下。因此,针对俄罗斯炼焦煤应开展煤灰化学调控和活惰比调控的研究,设计出科学合理的配煤方案,以期缓解国内焦化企业优质炼焦煤紧缺的状况。 展开更多

目的 探讨不同对比剂流速对肝癌患者CT增强扫描图像的影响。方法 选取2019年1月至2022年12月于医院收治的156例肝癌患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组78例。所有患者均行CT增强扫描,碘海醇注射液剂量为100 ml,试... 目的 探讨不同对比剂流速对肝癌患者CT增强扫描图像的影响。方法 选取2019年1月至2022年12月于医院收治的156例肝癌患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组78例。所有患者均行CT增强扫描,碘海醇注射液剂量为100 ml,试验组对比剂流速为2.0~2.5 ml/s,对照组对比剂流速为3.5~4.0 ml/s,记录两组不良反应发生情况、影像学特征、辐射剂量与图像质量。结果 试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P <0.05);所有患者图像均能显示4~6级肝血管分支;两组图像质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组图像信噪比和对比噪声比低于对照组(P<0.05);两组剂量长度乘积与有效剂量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组动脉期、门脉期、平衡期的病灶检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CT增强扫描中对比剂流速降低不会影响图像质量及病灶检出率,且不增加辐射剂量,但可降低不良反应发生率、图像信噪比和对比噪声比。 展开更多

异基因造血干细胞移植输血不良反应风险预警模型的构建及验证

目的:探讨异基因造血干细胞移植(allo-HSCT)输血不良反应的危险因素,建立风险预警模型。方法:选取2018年1月—2023年2月我院收治的115例allo-HSCT病人作为研究对象,将其分为建模组(73例)和验证组(42例)。对病人一般资料进行调查,对病人... 目的:探讨异基因造血干细胞移植(allo-HSCT)输血不良反应的危险因素,建立风险预警模型。方法:选取2018年1月—2023年2月我院收治的115例allo-HSCT病人作为研究对象,将其分为建模组(73例)和验证组(42例)。对病人一般资料进行调查,对病人血清中C反应蛋白(CRP)、白蛋白(ALB)、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞进行检验,计算CRP/ALB和中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR),采用单因素分析和Logistic回归分析筛选allo-HSCT输血不良反应的危险因素,构建风险预警模型并转化为风险评分系统;采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线和Hosmer-Lemeshow(H-L)检验评价模型的区分度与校准度;对预警模型进行验证。结果:发生输血不良反应组CRP/ALB和NLR高于未发生输血不良反应组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,输血次数≥3次、有原发性血液病史、有输血史、有过敏史、病人基础体温≥38℃、发血至输血时间≥30 min、输注红细胞滴速每分钟≥50滴、输注血小板滴速每分钟≥90滴以及CRP/ALB≥0.90和NLR≥1.37是allo-HSCT发生输血不良反应的危险因素(均P<0.05)。建模组ROC曲线下面积为0.841,H-L检验结果显示P=0.856,模型的灵敏度为0.909,特异度为0.775,Youden指数为0.684。验证组ROC曲线下面积为0.798,H-L检验结果显示P=0.813,灵敏度为0.818,特异度为0.775,Youden指数为0.593。结论:构建的allo-HSCT输血不良反应风险预警模型预测效能较好,可为allo-HSCT输血不良反应的护理提供针对性的指导。 展开更多

为了强化碱式硫酸铝脱硫富液解吸性能,首先搭建了负压解吸实验系统,然后借助动力学工具建立了负压60 kPa解吸动力学方程,进一步对比常压解吸研究了负压强化解吸的微观机制与宏观性能。结果表明:最大瞬时解吸速率均出现在解吸反应初始时... 为了强化碱式硫酸铝脱硫富液解吸性能,首先搭建了负压解吸实验系统,然后借助动力学工具建立了负压60 kPa解吸动力学方程,进一步对比常压解吸研究了负压强化解吸的微观机制与宏观性能。结果表明:最大瞬时解吸速率均出现在解吸反应初始时刻。解吸反应速率r与[SO_(3)^(2-)]^(1.36±0.07)、[H^(+)]^(0.61±0.02)成正比,活化能E_(a)为(22.78±0.12)kJ/mol,指前因子A为(12 332.58±0.36)L^(0.97)/(mol^(0.97)·min)。反应速率常数k是解吸反应速率的主要影响因素,60 kPa负压解吸的E_(a)和A分别是常压解吸的0.55倍和0.01倍。负压有效地增强了同温度下常压解吸的宏观解吸性能。负压相对常压解吸不同温度下的解吸率提升程度在50 min出现最大值,分别为25.06%、28.44%、21.78%;解吸终点解吸速率提升程度维持在(3.36±0.18)×10^(-4)mol/(L·min)。研究结果为碱式硫酸铝解吸法脱硫的应用提供可靠的理论支撑。 展开更多
