Program Design of Graphic Realism Displaying System Based on DXF Lathe Turning Rotational Parts

For virtually realizing the graphic realism display of DXF machine parts, in AutoCAD2007 graphic drawing environment, an interactive experimental method was taken to realize the display of graphic in DXF, which was taken as the data-exchanged interface and source. Based on depth analysis of DXF data structure, take one drawing of DXF lathe turning rotational part asthe test piece. By VC＋＋6.0 programming, part＇s geometry information could be obtained. Through data processing, 3D data of the test piece could be generated, which is based on 2D data of DXF test piece. Then, OpenGL graphic processing technologies （light, material, texture, map, et al.） were applied on the 3D display of test piece from DXF files or program modules. Finally based on the test report, results of the system functions were shared to prove the realization of system design, and the feasibility of algorithms used. In the developed software, Machine Designers could get a full view of machine parts, and do some proper modifications. The study content and results of our work have some theory and practical significance on the application of program design in the practical projects.

Schmitt, Kant, and the Theory of International Relations： Reflecting the Problems of Just War, Unipolarism, and Political Realism

Concerning international relations theory, the work of Immanuel Kant was hitherto reflected in terms of the liberal paradigm, particularly of the democratic peace, whereas Carl Schmitt was predominantly associated with the assumptions of political realism or--at least for a short period Nazi imperialism. However, these differences seem to have taken a back seat since both thinkers have been adopted to legitimate the convictions of imperial liberalism. In contrast, this article will show that Schmitt and Kant have essentially more in common than generally assumed but do precisely argue against just war theory, humanitarian interventions, and a unipolar world. On the other hand, Kant＇s liberal and Schmitt＇s illiberal theory do not apply to the classical paradigms of intemational relations. Instead, Schmitt＇s Political Theology and Kant＇s Political Philosophy will be compared along with the antagonistic logic （and ethics） of political existentialism and a peaceful interdependence between states and nations. Considering the contemporary crisis of world order, it should be even plausible that the two dominating paradigms of future international relations might be formed by Kantian and Schmittian premises. Thus, the aim of this paper is not to match Kant and Schmitt once again with the usual approaches in international relations theory but to stretch its theoretical and conceptual spectrum by extracting the inventive contribution both thinkers made to important topics of IR.

This article focuses on interpreting theories when they are functioning in an ongoing investigation. The sustained search for a quark-gluon plasma serves as a prime example. The analysis treats the Standard Model of Particle Physics as an Effective Field Theory. Related effective theories functioning in different energy ranges can have different functional ontologies, or models of the reality treated. A functional ontology supplies a categorial framework that grounds and limits the language used in describing experiments and reporting results. The scope and limitations of such a local functional realism are evaluated.

Some Success Applications for Local-Realism Quantum Mechanics: Nature of Covalent-Bond Revealed and Quantitative Analysis of Mechanical Equilibrium for Several Molecules

With local realism quantum mechanics established, we can simply describe an extranuclear electron as a large-scale elastic ring with an elastic phase trajectory. Several small molecules can thus be strictly calculated through the logical method of establishing an accurate mechanical equilibrium equation describing the molecular structure, then solving the strict solutions of this mechanical equation and the corresponding wave equation. The results (bond length and dissociation energy) are in good agreement with observed results—i.e. if it is only coincidence, there should not be such a high probability of agreement between calculated and observed results. The method of local realism quantum mechanics is no longer the semi-empirical method. The method to calculate the electron pairing energy uses a linear regression of the ionization energy obtained through experiment. Nonetheless, it is exciting that there are diatomic molecules such as Na2, K2 and asymmetric HF molecules that possess a non-zero non-bonding electron number in the calculation examples. Moreover, the molecular structures are very intuitive, and the calculation method is much simpler than existing methods.

Quantum Inverse Measurement Theory Contributing to the Birth of Interpretation System of Quantum Mechanics of Local-Realism and Determinism

The existing interpretation of quantum mechanics is contrary to common sense. The existing quantum mechanical interpretation schemes are puzzling. The confusing theory is unconvincing, and needs to be amended and completed. The successful interpretation program of quantum mechanics of local-realism and determinism is undoubtedly the most attractive. Preparing the interpretation program deserves to be chosen as a research goal. It is a very good premise to believe that an object particle consists of light-knot of monochromatic waves. According to this premise, the erroneous recognition about “superposition principle, wave-particle duality and uncertainty principle” can be corrected. Under this premise, above research goal is achieved by establishing, applying quantum mechanics inverse measurement theory, adhering to the principle that there must be a complete empirical chain in the derivation process of experimental conclusion, and using the side effect caused by accompanying-light to explain the diffraction experiment of object particles. Electron secondarily diffraction and other experiments directly prove that there is the measurement (observation) which may not destroy quantum coherence. The diffraction experiments of all kinds of particles show that the Keeping and playing of the coherence of moving particles in the vacuum have nothing to do with their previous experience. These are the existing experiments, to be found, that support the theory of quantum inverse measurements. The verification experiment of quantum inverse measurement is designed. The absolute superiorities of quantum inverse measurement and the new view of measurement of quantum mechanics are listed. These superiorities are that: it has the characteristics of local-realism and determinism;it is not contrary to common sense and there is no confusing place;it can predict several phenomena that cannot be predicted by other theories. A solid theoretical foundation has been laid for “correctly understanding the microscopic world” and establishment of local realism quantum mechanics.

This paper demonstrates the ways that Morrison manifests magic realism in Paradise including multiple narrative timelines, ambiguous writing, reconstituted marginal figures and naturally blended reality. Primarily in thefour ways Morrison presents how she utilizes magic realism genre to depict the changeable world penetrating through the appearance.

Einstein’s and Riemann’s View of Space,the Hole Argument and Moderate Structural Realism About Spacetime

The paper starts examining some ideas of Einstein and Rovelli about space and spacetime in the context of the general theory of relativity and identifying a connection among them.I continue drawing a parallel between those ideas in the field of physics and the conception of space in mathematics according to Riemann’s revolutionary view,basis of the elaboration of the mathematical structures used in general relativity.In analogy with Einstein’s and Rovelli’s ideas about physical space,I come to formulate the idea that it is not appropriate to think that,in forming a riemannian manifold(the mathematical object representing spacetime),the metric field places itself in a space pre-existing to it and it may do this differently.According to this idea,I formulate a critical remark about Earman and Norton’s famous hole argument focused on the rejection of the active interpretation of general covariance.I compare then my critical remark about the hole argument with the position of Weatherall on it.I conclude with some critical remarks on moderate structural realism about spacetime and proposing an interpretation of Einstein’s assertion that spacetime“does not claim existence on its own,but only as a structural quality of the field”.

The Distortion of Historic Memory in the Literary Memory of Social Realism

This study endeavours to assess the deliberate distortion of historical memory in two works written in different periods of time by the same author, namely Vedat Kokona with the novel Me Valet e let,s （With the Waves of Life） published in the 1960s, as well as his own autobiography Endur ne Tisin e Kohes （Woven in the Veil of Time）, which was written and published after the 1990s. The novel was written under the censorship conditions of social realism, and consequently the stance toward historical war figures was shaped by the ideological prism： ＂Enver Hoxha leads the war, opponents like Lumo Skendo collaborate with the enemy, and the indifferent intelligentsia must feel blameworthy for their non-engagement with the communists＂. This scheme apparently collapses after the 1990s, when Kokona took it upon himself to narrate his autobiography, in the abridgment entitled Woven in the Veil of Time. Therein is revealed his realistic assessment of the figures of Enver Hoxha, Lumo Skendo, Ernest Koliqi, etc. Freed at the time from the chains of ideological censure, in his memoirs, Kokona discusses these historical characters. Supplied with individual human sensitivity, facing good and evil, he reflects upon the past, with the consciousness of the intellectual who has witnessed an era permeated with major changes.

Toward a Security Community in Asia? The Limits of Constructivism, Developmental Statism, Liberalism, and Realism

This article asks whether a regional security community has emerged in Asia with the potential to grow mature and seeks to make a contribution to the ongoing debate on this controversial topic.It advances the argument that states in this broad region are far from being able to develop a security community for reasons different from those provided by political realists,developmental statists,liberals,and constructivists(social,discursive,and emancipationist).The role of Association of Southeast Asia(ASEAN)and that of China provide excellent test cases for the theoretical proposition that the building of a successful regional security community requires at least two necessary conditions:liberal democracy and regional democratic leadership,which remain absent in Asia.
