The sensor is fabricated by integrating α-Fe2O3 nanorhombs onto a low power ...A highly reliable and selective ethanol gas sensor working in realistic environments based on alpha-Fe2O3(α-Fe2O3)nanorhombs is developed. The sensor is fabricated by integrating α-Fe2O3 nanorhombs onto a low power microheater based on micro-electro-mechanical systems(MEMS) technology. The α-Fe2O3 nanorhombs, prepared via a solvothermal method, is characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM), Raman spectroscopy, x-ray diffraction(XRD), and x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). The sensing performances of the α-Fe2O3 sensor to various toxic gases are investigated. The optimum sensing temperature is found to be about 280℃. The sensor shows excellent selectivity to ethanol.For various ethanol concentrations(1 ppm-20 ppm), the response and recovery times are around 3 s and 15 s at the working temperature of 280℃, respectively. Specifically, the α-Fe2O3 sensor exhibits a response shift less than 6% to ethanol at280℃ when the relative humidity(RH) increases from 30% to 70%. The good tolerance to humidity variation makes the sensor suitable for reliable applications in Internet of Things(IoT) in realistic environments. In addition, the sensor shows great long-term repeatability and stability towards ethanol. A possible gas sensing mechanism is proposed.展开更多

However, atom loss and heating related to SOC have impeded the successful observation of FF state until now. In this work, we propose the realization of spin-balanced FF superfluid in a honeycomb lattice without SOC and the Zeeman field. A key ingredient of our scheme is generating complex hopping terms in original honeycomb lattices by periodical driving. In our model the ground state is always the FF state, thus the experimental observation has no need of fine tuning. The other advantages of our scheme are its simplicity and feasibility, and thus may open a new route for observing FF superfluids.展开更多

In data processing module, draw triangles in OpenGL programming technology was applied to realize the visual display of the STL graphics, with the corresponding 3D entity data generated. Indoor organic and perovskite photovoltaics(PVs)have been attracting great interest in recent years.The theoretical limit of indoor PVs has been calculated based on the detailed balance method developed by Shockley–Q...Indoor organic and perovskite photovoltaics(PVs)have been attracting great interest in recent years.The theoretical limit of indoor PVs has been calculated based on the detailed balance method developed by Shockley–Queisser.However,realistic losses of the organic and perovskite PVs under indoor illumination are to be understood for further efficiency improvement.In this work,the efficiency limit of indoor PVs is calculated to 55.33%under indoor illumination(2700 K,1000 lux)when the bandgap(E_(g))of the semiconductor is 1.77 eV.The efficiency limit was obtained on the basis of assuming 100%photovoltaic external quantum efficiency(EQ_(EPV))when E≥E_(g),there was no nonradiative recombination,and there were no resistance losses.In reality,the maximum EQEPV reported in the literature is 0.80–0.90.The proportion of radiative recombination in realistic devices is only 10^(−5)–10^(−2),which causes the open-circuit voltage loss(ΔV_(loss))of 0.12–0.3 V.The fill factor(FF)of the indoor PVs is sensitive to the shunt resistance(R_(sh)).The realistic losses of EQE_(PV),nonradiative recombination,and resistance cause the large efficiency gap between the realistic values(excellent perovskite indoor PV,32.4%;superior organic indoor PV,30.2%)and the theoretical limit of 55.33%.In reality,it is feasible to reach the efficiency of 47.4%at 1.77 eV for organic and perovskite photovoltaics under indoor light(1000 lux,2700 K)with V_(OC)=1.299 V,J_(SC)=125.33μA/cm^(2),and FF=0.903 when EQE_(PV)=0.9,EQE_(EL)=10^(−1),R_(s)=0.5Ωcm^(2),and R_(sh)=10^(4) kΩcm^(2).展开更多

It takes the STL format graphic files as the data exchange interface to do the research of STL interactive 3D realistic graphics displaying content. Through the analysis of the STL file format, in VC++6.0 programming environment, class if stream in the standard IO library was used for object class definition. And get line functions in the string class were called to read and bind STL file line by line. In data processing module, draw triangles in OpenGL programming technology was applied to realize the visual display of the STL graphics, with the corresponding 3D entity data generated. OpenGL graphics processing technologies were applied to display 3D graphics from STL files input or realistic program module, which contain the graphic transformation, light, materials, et al. Test reports were shared based on the test of the application system. Finally the program design of STL graphics realistic display system was completed based on research work, which has certain theoretical and practical significance in the aspect of engineering application.
文摘In today's world,the competition for high-end smart technology is becoming increasingly fierce,and the huge connotation hidden behind the fierce competition is the competition of high-quality skilled talents.The status of secondary vocational education in our country's education system has a solid foundational role.The close connection it exhibits with social and economic development is beyond the reach of other types of education.However,the current secondary vocational education talent training model shows a situation that is not in line with market demand,and problems such as"shortage of skilled personnel"and"unemployment structural imbalance"have appeared in related fields.The supply of talents in secondary vocational education lacks a balanced mechanism,lacks in quality of supply,and does not have a high effect.It is urgent to train high-quality skilled talents with matching socio-economic structure transformation and upgrading for the society through education supply-side reform measures.In view of this,according to the changes in market demand,we will vigorously promote the reform of the school-based curriculum of secondary vocational schools,strive to create a new integrated development model that combines textbooks and practice,promote in-depth exchanges and cooperation between schools and characteristic enterprises in the industry,and train people in practice.Cultivating people,creating a good atmosphere for cultivating technical talents,and combining with the new goal of practicing education to build an evaluation system suitable for the growth of secondary vocational talents,making the human resource structure more and more suitable for the transformation and upgrading of the current social industrial structure.

文摘Indoor organic and perovskite photovoltaics(PVs)have been attracting great interest in recent years.The theoretical limit of indoor PVs has been calculated based on the detailed balance method developed by Shockley–Queisser.However,realistic losses of the organic and perovskite PVs under indoor illumination are to be understood for further efficiency improvement.In this work,the efficiency limit of indoor PVs is calculated to 55.33%under indoor illumination(2700 K,1000 lux)when the bandgap(E_(g))of the semiconductor is 1.77 eV.The efficiency limit was obtained on the basis of assuming 100%photovoltaic external quantum efficiency(EQ_(EPV))when E≥E_(g),there was no nonradiative recombination,and there were no resistance losses.In reality,the maximum EQEPV reported in the literature is 0.80–0.90.The proportion of radiative recombination in realistic devices is only 10^(−5)–10^(−2),which causes the open-circuit voltage loss(ΔV_(loss))of 0.12–0.3 V.The fill factor(FF)of the indoor PVs is sensitive to the shunt resistance(R_(sh)).The realistic losses of EQE_(PV),nonradiative recombination,and resistance cause the large efficiency gap between the realistic values(excellent perovskite indoor PV,32.4%;superior organic indoor PV,30.2%)and the theoretical limit of 55.33%.In reality,it is feasible to reach the efficiency of 47.4%at 1.77 eV for organic and perovskite photovoltaics under indoor light(1000 lux,2700 K)with V_(OC)=1.299 V,J_(SC)=125.33μA/cm^(2),and FF=0.903 when EQE_(PV)=0.9,EQE_(EL)=10^(−1),R_(s)=0.5Ωcm^(2),and R_(sh)=10^(4) kΩcm^(2).
