A new five-dimensional fractional-order laser chaotic system(FOLCS)is constructed by incorporating complex variables and fractional calculus into a Lorentz-Haken-type laser system.Dynamical behavior of the system,circ...A new five-dimensional fractional-order laser chaotic system(FOLCS)is constructed by incorporating complex variables and fractional calculus into a Lorentz-Haken-type laser system.Dynamical behavior of the system,circuit realization and application in pseudorandom number generators are studied.Many types of multi-stable states are discovered in the system.Interestingly,there are two types of state transition phenomena in the system,one is the chaotic state degenerates to a periodical state,and the other is the intermittent chaotic oscillation.In addition,the complexity of the system when two parameters change simultaneously is measured by the spectral entropy algorithm.Moreover,a digital circuit is design and the chaotic oscillation behaviors of the system are verified on this circuit.Finally,a pseudo-random sequence generator is designed using the FOLCS,and the statistical characteristics of the generated pseudo-random sequence are tested with the NIST-800-22.This study enriches the research on the dynamics and applications of FOLCS.展开更多

An engineering system may consist of several different types of components,belonging to such physical"domains"as mechanical,electrical,fluid,and thermal.It is termed a multi-domain(or multi-physics)system.Th...An engineering system may consist of several different types of components,belonging to such physical"domains"as mechanical,electrical,fluid,and thermal.It is termed a multi-domain(or multi-physics)system.The present paper concerns the use of linear graphs(LGs)to generate a minimal model for a multi-physics system.A state-space model has to be a minimal realization.Specifically,the number of state variables in the model should be the minimum number that can completely represent the dynamic state of the system.This choice is not straightforward.Initially,state variables are assigned to all the energy-storage elements of the system.However,some of the energy storage elements may not be independent,and then some of the chosen state variables will be redundant.An approach is presented in the paper,with illustrative examples in the mixed fluid-mechanical domains,to illustrate a way to recognize dependent energy storage elements and thereby obtain a minimal state-space model.System analysis in the frequency domain is known to be more convenient than in the time domain,mainly because the relevant operations are algebraic rather than differential.For achieving this objective,the state space model has to be converted into a transfer function.The direct way is to first convert the state-space model into the input-output differential equation,and then substitute the time derivative by the Laplace variable.This approach is shown in the paper.The same result can be obtained through the transfer function linear graph(TF LG)of the system.In a multi-physics system,first the physical domains have to be converted into an equivalent single domain(preferably,the output domain of the system),when using the method of TFLG.This procedure is illustrated as well,in the present paper.展开更多

The natural and economic conditions of agricultural resources vary greatly in China,especially in hilly and mountainous areas.The phenomenon of land fragmentation has become increasingly prominent,so that large-scale ...The natural and economic conditions of agricultural resources vary greatly in China,especially in hilly and mountainous areas.The phenomenon of land fragmentation has become increasingly prominent,so that large-scale operations cannot be fully achieved in a short period of time,and the centralized and continuous scale of operations cannot be realized in China.In addition,with increasingly strict farmland protection and agricultural land use control systems,the issues of nongrain production and nonagricultural cultivated land use have become increasingly restricted.Thus,it is quite necessary to determine the appropriate scale of operations and the means to achieve moderately scaled operations for the new business entities.On the basis of microsurvey data for 108 new citrus-planting business entities in the modern agricultural park in the Chongqing's Jiangjin District,an area with long citrus-planting history,we measured the moderate scale of new citrus-planting business entities to maximize profit using a translog growth model.According to the projection pursuit model,we evaluated the suitability conditions of citrus planting in garden land,woodland,grassland,and general cultivated land in the study area.We then explored the potential for new moderate-scale business entities within different farming radii.The results showed that large-scale planting conditions of citrus in garden land,forest land,grassland,and general cultivated land in the study area were suitable,and the proportion of high-suitable and mediumsuitable land was 73.42%.Under the existing social and economic conditions,the moderate scale of new citrus-planting business entities in the study area was 1.8–2.7 hm^(2).In particular,its rankings from large to small were agricultural enterprises(17.19–25.78 hm^(2)),farmer cooperatives(16.88–25.33 hm^(2)),big growers and breeders(6.39–9.59 hm^(2)),and family farms(5.02–7.53 hm^(2)).In the sample of 108 households,only 47.22%of the entities achieved moderate-scale operation,of which 25%of the entities achieved a scale greater than moderate operation.However,52.78%of the entities achieved a scale of less than moderate operation.These entities would have to transfer the surrounding adjacent garden land,forest land,grassland,or general cultivated land to achieve largescale land management.The land area of the adjacent gardens in a 1000 m farming radius could meet the moderate-scale operation demand of the vast majority of new business entities.For the vast majority of new business entities,the land area of the adjacent woodland,grassland,and general cultivated land could supplement the garden land to achieve moderate-scale operation in a 500 m farming radius.If the land area with moderate suitability and high suitability is prioritized,the land area in the adjacent gardens in the 1000 m farming radius could meet the moderate-scale operation demand for the vast majority of new business entities.Within the 500 m farming radius,the vast majority of new business entities have achieved moderate-scale operations if the land area adjacent to forest land,grassland,and general arable land was supplemented by gardens;however,a few entities could not achieve moderate-scale operations.From the village perspective,gardens were prioritized.Sixteen villages had planting areas and planting suitability that exceeded the average level of the study area,accounting for 23.53%.If combined with the reserve potential of the garden land,eight villages could improve their potential,accounting for 11.76%.Therefore,the conditions of large-scale citrus planting in the study area should be further improved,and the scale expansion of new citrus-planting business entities should receive additional scientific guidance.展开更多

China Geodetic Coordinate System 2000(CGCS2000)has been used for several years as a formal published reference frame.The coordinates of all global navigation satellite system(GNSS)stations in China need to be correcte...China Geodetic Coordinate System 2000(CGCS2000)has been used for several years as a formal published reference frame.The coordinates of all global navigation satellite system(GNSS)stations in China need to be corrected to align with the CGCS2000 frame.Different strategies can be adopted for the realization of an optimal reference frame.However,different strategies lead to different results,with differences as great as several decimeters when GNSS station coordinates are transformed into CGCS2000-defined coordinates.The two common methods for the coordinate correction of a GNSS station are quasi-stable adjustment under CGCS2000 and plate movement correction,and the differences between their results can be greater than 10 cm.In this study,a statistic method called"supervised clustering"is applied to the selection of GNSS reference stations;a new scheme named"partition spacing"for the grouping of all processed GNSS stations is proposed;and the plate movement correction method is used to correct the coordinates of all GNSS stations from the GNSS epoch to the CGCS2000 epoch.The results from the new partitioning method were found to be significantly better than those from the conventional station-blocking approach.When coordinates from the stations without grouping were used as the standard,the accuracy of all the three-dimensional coordinate components from the new partitioning method was better than 2 mm.The root mean squares(RMSs)of the velocities in the x,y,and z directions resulting from the supervised clustering method were 0.19,0.45,and 0.32 mm∙a1,respectively,which were much smaller than the values of 0.92,0.72,and 0.97 mm∙a1 that resulted from the conventional approach.In addition,singular spectrum analysis(SSA)was used to model and predict the position nonlinear movements.The modeling accuracies of SSA were better than 3,2,and 5 mm in the east(E),north(N),and up(U)directions,respectively;and its prediction accuracies were better than 5 mm and 1 cm for the horizontal and vertical domains,respectively.展开更多
We report the experimental realization of quantum degenerate Fermi gases of87Sr atoms under controlled 10-and dual-nuclear-spin configurations.Based on laser cooling and evaporative cooling,we achieve an ultracold Fer...We report the experimental realization of quantum degenerate Fermi gases of87Sr atoms under controlled 10-and dual-nuclear-spin configurations.Based on laser cooling and evaporative cooling,we achieve an ultracold Fermi gas of 105 atoms equally distributed over 10 spin states,with a temperature of T/TF = 0.21.We further prepare a dual-spin gas by optically pumping atoms to the mF = 9/2 and mF = 7/2 states and observe a slightly lower T/TF than that for a 10-spin gas under the same trapping condition,showing efficient evaporative cooling under a decreasing number N of spin states(N≥2)despite the increasing importance of Pauli exclusion.Given that rethermalization becomes less efficient with N approaching unity,we evaporatively cool an almost polarized gas to 130 nK.The simple and efficient preparation of ultracold Fermi gases of 87Sr with tunable spin configurations provides a first step towards engineering topological quantum systems.展开更多

Because of Markov characteristic of the network-induced delay, in terms of stochastic theory, a sufficient and necessary condition for completely mean value controllability of networked control systems is obtained. Further, the conditions that the controllability and observability of networked control systems are equivalent to the initial time-invariant system are given. Controllability and observability realization indexes are also discussed, respectively. The numerical example demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed theory.展开更多

文摘The natural and economic conditions of agricultural resources vary greatly in China,especially in hilly and mountainous areas.The phenomenon of land fragmentation has become increasingly prominent,so that large-scale operations cannot be fully achieved in a short period of time,and the centralized and continuous scale of operations cannot be realized in China.In addition,with increasingly strict farmland protection and agricultural land use control systems,the issues of nongrain production and nonagricultural cultivated land use have become increasingly restricted.Thus,it is quite necessary to determine the appropriate scale of operations and the means to achieve moderately scaled operations for the new business entities.On the basis of microsurvey data for 108 new citrus-planting business entities in the modern agricultural park in the Chongqing's Jiangjin District,an area with long citrus-planting history,we measured the moderate scale of new citrus-planting business entities to maximize profit using a translog growth model.According to the projection pursuit model,we evaluated the suitability conditions of citrus planting in garden land,woodland,grassland,and general cultivated land in the study area.We then explored the potential for new moderate-scale business entities within different farming radii.The results showed that large-scale planting conditions of citrus in garden land,forest land,grassland,and general cultivated land in the study area were suitable,and the proportion of high-suitable and mediumsuitable land was 73.42%.Under the existing social and economic conditions,the moderate scale of new citrus-planting business entities in the study area was 1.8–2.7 hm^(2).In particular,its rankings from large to small were agricultural enterprises(17.19–25.78 hm^(2)),farmer cooperatives(16.88–25.33 hm^(2)),big growers and breeders(6.39–9.59 hm^(2)),and family farms(5.02–7.53 hm^(2)).In the sample of 108 households,only 47.22%of the entities achieved moderate-scale operation,of which 25%of the entities achieved a scale greater than moderate operation.However,52.78%of the entities achieved a scale of less than moderate operation.These entities would have to transfer the surrounding adjacent garden land,forest land,grassland,or general cultivated land to achieve largescale land management.The land area of the adjacent gardens in a 1000 m farming radius could meet the moderate-scale operation demand of the vast majority of new business entities.For the vast majority of new business entities,the land area of the adjacent woodland,grassland,and general cultivated land could supplement the garden land to achieve moderate-scale operation in a 500 m farming radius.If the land area with moderate suitability and high suitability is prioritized,the land area in the adjacent gardens in the 1000 m farming radius could meet the moderate-scale operation demand for the vast majority of new business entities.Within the 500 m farming radius,the vast majority of new business entities have achieved moderate-scale operations if the land area adjacent to forest land,grassland,and general arable land was supplemented by gardens;however,a few entities could not achieve moderate-scale operations.From the village perspective,gardens were prioritized.Sixteen villages had planting areas and planting suitability that exceeded the average level of the study area,accounting for 23.53%.If combined with the reserve potential of the garden land,eight villages could improve their potential,accounting for 11.76%.Therefore,the conditions of large-scale citrus planting in the study area should be further improved,and the scale expansion of new citrus-planting business entities should receive additional scientific guidance.

文摘Culture is the core of education and the proper meaning of education. Exploring the realization path and function mechanism of school culture education is a major task for educators at present and in the future. Then, the current academic research started late, had few achievements and was relatively broad and weak. The article believes that the mechanism of school culture educating people includes three fields: “cultural field”, “cultivation field” and “education field”. School teachers and students should be guided to make cultural choices, consciously transform school culture into personal culture, and achieve the purpose of school culture educating people.

文摘A new fractional 6D chaotic model is constructed in this paper.The new fractional 6D chaotic model has six positive parameters plus the fractional order with eight nonlinear terms.The complicated chaotic dy-namics of the new fractional 6D model is presented and analyzed.The basic properties of this model are studied and its chaotic attractors,dissipative feature,symmetry,equilibrium points,Lyapunov Exponents are investigated.The new dynamics of the 6D fractional model is numerically simulated using Matlab software.In addition,utilizing the graph theory tools certain structural characteristics are calculated.An electrical circuit is built to implement the new 5.4 fractional order 6D model.Finally,an active fractional order controller is proposed to control the new model at different fractional orders.The chaos of the new model is very useful and can be used to produce random keys for data encryption.

文摘At present,China is facing new strategic opportunities as well as risks and challenges in its development.Faced with the challenges brought by current global major risks,China urgently needs to build a group of world-class enterprises as ballast stones.Accelerating the development of a number of world-class enterprises is an important support for China to enhance its comprehensive strength and international competitiveness,and is crucial for the realization of the strategic blueprint for socialist modernization.After more than forty years of reform and opening up,Chinese enterprises have rapidly developed and grown stronger,with their position rising and their influence in the global market increasing continuously.However,Chinese enterprises are“large in size but not yet strong enough”.In this context,this paper systematically analyzes the practical significance and theoretical connotation of building world-class enterprises and the status quo of building world-class enterprises in China and takes CNOOC as an example to deeply analyze the practices of large central enterprises to build world-class enterprises at the levels of group and subsidiaries,providing a reference for Chinese enterprises to accelerate their progress towards world-class enterprises.

The research identified eight categories that contribute to the success of Low-code No-code (LCNC) projects: 1) Strategy;2) Infrastructure;3) Technology;4) Processes & Procedures;5) Governance;6) Culture;7) People;8) Goals & Metrics and selected six critical success factors from these categories: 1) Operational Efficiency;2) Time Savings;3) Timeframe to Realize Value;4) Employee Engagement;5) Participation;6) Number of Sponsored Ideas. End users of the digital transformation efforts through Citizen Development were asked to assess the six critical success measures in terms of performance and importance criteria. The research results identified that focus should be applied to improving “Timeframe to Realize Value”, on “Operational Efficiency”, and on “Time Savings” to deliver success.
文摘Homogeneous and inhornogeneous differential realizations of the OSP(2,1)superalgebra on the spaces of homogeneous and inhomogeneous polynomials and the corresponding boson-fermioii realizations are studied.The new indecomposable and irreducible representations of the OSP(2,1)are given on subspaces and quotient spaces of the universal enveloping algebras of Heisenberg-Weyl superalgebra.All the finite dimensional irreducible representation of the OSP(2,1)superalgebra is naturally obtained as special cases.

文摘China Geodetic Coordinate System 2000(CGCS2000)has been used for several years as a formal published reference frame.The coordinates of all global navigation satellite system(GNSS)stations in China need to be corrected to align with the CGCS2000 frame.Different strategies can be adopted for the realization of an optimal reference frame.However,different strategies lead to different results,with differences as great as several decimeters when GNSS station coordinates are transformed into CGCS2000-defined coordinates.The two common methods for the coordinate correction of a GNSS station are quasi-stable adjustment under CGCS2000 and plate movement correction,and the differences between their results can be greater than 10 cm.In this study,a statistic method called"supervised clustering"is applied to the selection of GNSS reference stations;a new scheme named"partition spacing"for the grouping of all processed GNSS stations is proposed;and the plate movement correction method is used to correct the coordinates of all GNSS stations from the GNSS epoch to the CGCS2000 epoch.The results from the new partitioning method were found to be significantly better than those from the conventional station-blocking approach.When coordinates from the stations without grouping were used as the standard,the accuracy of all the three-dimensional coordinate components from the new partitioning method was better than 2 mm.The root mean squares(RMSs)of the velocities in the x,y,and z directions resulting from the supervised clustering method were 0.19,0.45,and 0.32 mm∙a1,respectively,which were much smaller than the values of 0.92,0.72,and 0.97 mm∙a1 that resulted from the conventional approach.In addition,singular spectrum analysis(SSA)was used to model and predict the position nonlinear movements.The modeling accuracies of SSA were better than 3,2,and 5 mm in the east(E),north(N),and up(U)directions,respectively;and its prediction accuracies were better than 5 mm and 1 cm for the horizontal and vertical domains,respectively.

文摘We report the experimental realization of quantum degenerate Fermi gases of87Sr atoms under controlled 10-and dual-nuclear-spin configurations.Based on laser cooling and evaporative cooling,we achieve an ultracold Fermi gas of 105 atoms equally distributed over 10 spin states,with a temperature of T/TF = 0.21.We further prepare a dual-spin gas by optically pumping atoms to the mF = 9/2 and mF = 7/2 states and observe a slightly lower T/TF than that for a 10-spin gas under the same trapping condition,showing efficient evaporative cooling under a decreasing number N of spin states(N≥2)despite the increasing importance of Pauli exclusion.Given that rethermalization becomes less efficient with N approaching unity,we evaporatively cool an almost polarized gas to 130 nK.The simple and efficient preparation of ultracold Fermi gases of 87Sr with tunable spin configurations provides a first step towards engineering topological quantum systems.

文摘The controllability and observability of networked control systems are studied. Aiming at the networked control system with time-varying delay, the sufficient and necessary conditions for complete controllability and complete observability of the system are presented, respectively. Because of Markov characteristic of the network-induced delay, in terms of stochastic theory, a sufficient and necessary condition for completely mean value controllability of networked control systems is obtained. Further, the conditions that the controllability and observability of networked control systems are equivalent to the initial time-invariant system are given. Controllability and observability realization indexes are also discussed, respectively. The numerical example demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed theory.
