In this study, the zoning mode and practice in the three rounds of overall land use planning that have been carried out in China were analyzed and summarized firstly, and then some obvious problems existing in the implementation of the zoning mode were analyzed. Finally, countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to provide necessary reference for further development and improvement of the zoning mode and the development of overall land use planning at all levels in China.展开更多

[Methods]International animal epidemics regionalization management experience and specific equine disease-free zone establishment were analysed and discussed based on the State and OIE principles. [Results]The regionalization management of specific equine disease-free zone with county administrative regions level of international recognition was established first in China, combined with the region's geographical barrier and animal health. [Conclusion]The aim is to to provide experience and reference for other areas to establish specific disease-free zone.展开更多

During the summer of Zhongshan Station, F region ionization is mainly controlled by the solar ultraviolet radiation. Similar to the phenomena in mid-latitude area, the value f0F2 is changed with local time. During equinox scasons, soft electron precipitation from the cusp/cleft region seems significant, f0F2 is changed with rnagnetic local time, and shows the magnetic noon phenomenon. In winter. the effect of the solar radiation on the F region is less than that of summer. Instead, F region is affected by particle precipitation from cusp/cleft region as well as polar plasma convection, there fore, the diurnal variation of f0F2 is more complex and shows two peaks. F region occurs all day in summer. and seldom appears at midnight in equinox. In winter, F region shows two minimums, one is at midnight and the other is at afternoon cusp. Further analysis of the F region spread indicates that in winter the aurora oval passes over the Zhongshan Station is at 1100 UT - 1500 UT.展开更多

Zircon 2-6pb/Z38u weighted mean ages of 474.9±2.3 and 478.3±1.7 Ma have been obtained for two gneiss granite samples respectively, which represent the formation age of the granite. This is the first discovery of the Early Ordovician magmatism in the Yarlung Zangbo junction zone. The rocks are high-K calcic-alkalic granite, contain tour- maline but not hornblende, with aluminum saturation index (ASI) of A/CNK〉I.1 (1.10-1.20), and are enriched in Rb, Th and U and relatively depleted in Ba, Nb, Sr, Zr, Ti and Eu. They are strongly peraluminous S-type granite, resulting from partial melting of argillaceous components in the crust in a syn-collisional setting. According to previous studies as well as the analy- sis in this paper, the formation of the Xarru granite is probably related to the Andean-type orogeny in the process of subduction of the Proto-Tethys Ocean towards the Gondwanaland, and it is a product of partial melting of the thickened upper crust as a result of collision between blocks or micro-blocks in the northern margin of the Gondwana supercontinent in the process of oceanic subduction. The Xarru granite is identified as the Early Ordovician granite, indicating that the wall rocks had probably formed in the Cambrian or Precambrian.展开更多
