On account of the background of China's "new normal" characterized by slower economic growth, this paper analyses the low-carbon economy status quo in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and empirically inv...On account of the background of China's "new normal" characterized by slower economic growth, this paper analyses the low-carbon economy status quo in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and empirically investigates the relationship between carbon dioxide(CO_2) emissions and its various factors for China's Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region using panel data econometric technique. We find evidence of existence of Environmental Kuznets Curve. Results also show that economic scale, industrial structure, and urbanization rate are crucial factors to promote CO_2emissions. However, technological progress, especially the domestic independent research and development, plays a key role in C0_2 emissions abatement. Next, we further analyze the correlation between each subregion and various factors according to Grey Relation Analysis. Thereby,our findings provide important implications for policymakers in air pollution control and C0_2 emissions reduction for this region.展开更多

Based on experiments, a ...A new experiment method is introduced to study the relations between frost heaving strain and stress of soil or fracture rock under different moisture contents, temperatures and stress states. Based on experiments, a new triaxial frost heaving stress-strain relation is presented aiming at tunnel in cold regions. The experimental equipments are strain-controlled and low temperature buildup, and different restrained conditions are controlled by changing the stiffness of a test-force-ring. Then the frost heaving strain and stress of soil or fracture rock can be obtained under different restrained conditions, and the frost heaving stress-strain relation can be got by regression analysis of some feature points. Experiments of saturated sandy soil conducted by this method show that the triaxial frost heaving stress-strain relation could be expressed by logarithmic curves, and the frost heaving stress changes linearly with the logarithm of the frost heaving strain. The stronger the constraint, the smaller the frost heaving strain and the larger the frost heaving stresses. The frost heaving stresses would tend to a limit value with increasing the constraint intensity. The larger the confining pressure, the larger the frost heaving strain and stress.展开更多

Then, a method to determine optimal identity degree based on relative positive region is proposed so that the identity degree can be computed in an objective method without any preliminary or additional information about data, which is consistent with the notion of objectivity in rough set theory and data mining theory. Subsequently, an algorithm is proposed, and in two examples, the global optimum identity degree is found out. Finally, in regard to optimum connection degree, the method of rules extraction for connection degree rough set model based on generalization function is presented by which the rules extracted from a decision table are enumerated.展开更多

A numerical model of the bearing fault of a motor with a closed-slot rotor using the finite element method(FEM)is proposed.The rotor’s radial motion can be regarded as static eccentric at the defect time points and h...A numerical model of the bearing fault of a motor with a closed-slot rotor using the finite element method(FEM)is proposed.The rotor’s radial motion can be regarded as static eccentric at the defect time points and healthy at other time points.The frequency of the harmonic component is analyzed corresponding to bearing fault in stator current according to the radial movement of the motor shaft.Moreover,the relative permeability variation region is established to achieve the radial motion of the rotor with bearing fault.Firstly,the relative permeability variation region is established in the health and static eccentric models.Then,the defect time points are estimated and the static eccentricity model by transient field is analyzed.Finally,the relative permeability of the variable region in the static eccentric model is imported into the variable region of the health model at the defect time points.The simulation results show that the air gap flux density of the bearing fault model is different from that of the health model and static eccentric models.In addition,the stator current contains harmonic components of the bearing fault.The analysis results prove the applicability of the proposed model.展开更多
