Considering the condition and requirement for development of credit reporting, this paper firstly discusses preliminary problems related to credit reporting, such as law and regulation, credit information sharing and industry management. Then we study the problems of how to carry out the development of credit reporting system, including which credit reporting pattern, private or public credit reporting, to be adopted, roles of government, etc. At the end of the paper, some relative suggestions about credit legislation, establishment and development of credit system are presented.展开更多
