Research on Residents' Perception after the Trip to Historic and Cultural Block Based on Urban Memory:A Case Study of Confucius Temple of Nanjing

From the perspective of urban memory, the paper made empirical analysis of residents' perception after the trip to the historic and cultural block, by selecting Confucius Temple of Nanjing as the typical case, using questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and structural equation model. The results indicated that residents had different perceptions after the trip of different elements of the urban memory and some important influential factors were discussed. Moreover, some implications for local governments and planning department were proposed.

城市居民出行分布研究

现行的居民出行分布预测均以现状O-D调查资料为基础,确定某种形式分布模型的待定参数,然后将居民出行发生的预测结果代入模型进行计算,其结果即作为预测O-D分布,因而,不仅需要耗费极大的现状O-D调查资料,而且在很大程度上是由现状O-D分布状况直接推算未来O-D分布。现行居民出行分布模型结构也存在某些不足。以常用的重力模型为例,它存在如下不足:(i)当t_(ij)→0时,X_(ij)→∞;(ii)待定参数多,计算复杂。因此,有必要对居民出行分布作进一步的研究。 1居民出行分布理论研究影响居民出行分布的因素包括出行发生、出行吸引、出行阻抗,居民出行的习惯及其它特殊因素等。但在一般意义上,影响居民出行分布的主要因素应是出行发生。
