The resistant cells were 25 fold more resistant to ADM and displayed a multidrug-resistant phenotype. Compared to the parent cells, SGC- 7901/ AR cells had some remarkably altered biological properties; cellular content of ADM was reduced by approximately a half; the distribution of intracellular ADM had been changed. This resistant cells may be used as an experimental system for the study of mechanisms of drug resistance and the measures for overcoming drug-resistance展开更多
