In recent years, this tendency has born great impact on the rapid economic development of the Asian and Pacific countries, which assumes the form of economic growth triangle as their major way for regional cooperation involving multiple nations. Among these, the Tumen River Triangle consisting of six countries' cooperation may have attracted great attention. Since 1991 when UNDP began to draw up plans for such a mammoth project which is called the Tumen River Area Development Project (or TRADP), the international economic cooperation in this area has been developing energetically. It is now necessary to assess the characteristics of geographical conditions and various economic resources from the viewpoints of economic geography and expound the mammoth benefits both in economy and to society. The demonstration would undoubtedly absorb more international capital to this area and enhance its economic and social development.展开更多

Based on the id...Resource reconstruction algorithms are studied in this paper to solve the problem of resource on-demand allocation and improve the efficiency of resource utilization in virtual computing resource pool. Based on the idea of resource virtualization and the analysis of the resource status transition, the resource allocation process and the necessity of resource reconstruction are presented, l^esource reconstruction algorithms are designed to determine the resource reconstruction types, and it is shown that they can achieve the goal of resource on-demand allocation through three methodologies: resource combination, resource split, and resource random adjustment. The effects that the resource users have on the resource reconstruction results, the deviation between resources and requirements, and the uniformity of resource distribution are studied by three experiments. The experiments show that resource reconstruction has a close relationship with resource requirements, but it is not the same with current distribution of resources. The algorithms can complete the resource adjustment with a lower cost and form the logic resources to match the demands of resource users easily.展开更多
In space information networks,resource mobility is an important factor affecting the network performance,which not only results in challenges in resource management but also brings opportunities to the improvement of ...In space information networks,resource mobility is an important factor affecting the network performance,which not only results in challenges in resource management but also brings opportunities to the improvement of network service capability.In order to explore the restriction and improvement mechanism of resource mobility on network performance,we firstly use the time-expanded resource relationship graph to represent the moving behavior of multidimensional resources and the collaborative relationship between different resources.Then by jointly considering the number of disjoint resource combinations,the length of moving time window,and the parameter of resource independence,we propose(k,n,L)degree of freedom on resource combination as a metric measuring performance gain resulted from resource mobility.Furthermore,the analysis of resource mobility is transformed into the problem of finding disjoint paths in the graph,and the tradeoff relationship between QoS requirements of task and resource mobility utilization is discussed.Finally,the tradeoff between the gain of resource mobility utilization and the payment of service process delay is revealed through simulation.展开更多
