目的研制自锁式防旋自动滑动加压钉板(self-locking type pro-rotary auto-sliding&compression nail plate,LPSC-NP)用于股骨颈骨折内固定,对其进行生物力学性能测试,为临床应用提供依据。方法采集18具新鲜成年股骨近端标本,制成...目的研制自锁式防旋自动滑动加压钉板(self-locking type pro-rotary auto-sliding&compression nail plate,LPSC-NP)用于股骨颈骨折内固定,对其进行生物力学性能测试,为临床应用提供依据。方法采集18具新鲜成年股骨近端标本,制成股骨颈骨折,分别用LPSC-NP、3枚空心钉、双头中空加压螺纹钉、动力髋螺钉内固定,并进行生物力学测试,用SPSS统计软件对实验数据进行分析。结果LPSC-NP的承载能力和抗扭转强度、刚度均明显大于后三者。结论LPSC-NP固定股骨颈骨折牢固可靠,符合生物力学要求。该器械结构合理,简单适用,有一定的临床价值。展开更多
目的:比较人工髋关节置换(total hip arthroplasty THA)与防旋型股骨近端髓内钉(proximal femoral nail anti-rotation PFNA)两种方法治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折患者的效果。方法:利用THA及PFNA方法共治疗年龄大于80岁的股骨转子间骨折患者...目的:比较人工髋关节置换(total hip arthroplasty THA)与防旋型股骨近端髓内钉(proximal femoral nail anti-rotation PFNA)两种方法治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折患者的效果。方法:利用THA及PFNA方法共治疗年龄大于80岁的股骨转子间骨折患者126例,THA治疗80例,PFNA治疗46例,比较两组患者的手术时间,术中出血量,术后下床时间,住院天数,Harris评分,术后1年死亡率、并发症发生率。结果:THA组在手术时间、术中出血量、术后下床时间、住院天数、Harris评分优良率,术后1年死亡率、并发症发生率上均明显优于PFNA组,经统计学分析有显著差异。结论:THA治疗高龄股骨转子间骨折的疗效优于PFNA。展开更多
