目的探讨以护士为主导构建1M3S模式的闭环管理体系在儿童医学中心血标本管理中的应用效果。方法2023年12月—2024年2月肇庆市第一人民医院开展基于护士为主导构建儿童医学中心血标本1M3S模式的闭环管理体系。由普儿科、儿童重症监护室(p... 目的探讨以护士为主导构建1M3S模式的闭环管理体系在儿童医学中心血标本管理中的应用效果。方法2023年12月—2024年2月肇庆市第一人民医院开展基于护士为主导构建儿童医学中心血标本1M3S模式的闭环管理体系。由普儿科、儿童重症监护室(pediatric intensive care unit,PICU)、新生儿科、检验科、临床支持中心等多方联动开展一系列活动,组员集体发挥主观能动性,分析儿童医学中心血标本管理存在的问题,根据现状结合1M3S管理模式提出改进策略。比较1M3S模式实施前后的儿童血标本不合格率、血标本运送时间、护士规范化培训率、送检人员规范化培训率。结果实施1M3S模式后,新生儿科血标本不合格率由2.70%降至1.50%,普儿科血标本不合格率由1.25%降至0.60%,PICU血标本不合格率由1.48%降至0.79%。实施1M3S模式后,血标本运送时间由平均30 min降至平均18 min,护士培训率由50.00%增至100.00%,送检人员培训率由40.00%增至100.00%。结论基于护士为主导构建儿童医学中心血标本1M3S模式的闭环管理体系,能降低儿童血标本不合格率,提高送检效率。 展开更多

Interferon regulatory factor 7 plays a crucial role in the innate immune response.However,whether interferon regulatory factor 7-mediated signaling contributes to Parkinson's disease remains unknown.Here we report that interferon regulatory factor 7 is markedly up-regulated in a 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1,2,3,6-tetrahydropyridine-induced mouse model of Parkinson's disease and co-localizes with microglial cells.Both the selective cyclic guanosine monophosphate adenosine monophosphate synthase inhibitor RU.521 and the stimulator of interferon genes inhibitor H151 effectively suppressed interferon regulatory factor 7 activation in BV2 microglia exposed to 1-methyl-4-phenylpyridinium and inhibited transformation of mouse BV2 microglia into the neurotoxic M1 phenotype.In addition,si RNA-mediated knockdown of interferon regulatory factor 7 expression in BV2 microglia reduced the expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase,tumor necrosis factorα,CD16,CD32,and CD86 and increased the expression of the anti-inflammatory markers ARG1 and YM1.Taken together,our findings indicate that the cyclic guanosine monophosphate adenosine monophosphate synthase-stimulator of interferon genes-interferon regulatory factor 7 pathway plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease. 展开更多

The preparation temperature and reaction time have great influence on the photocatalytic activity of SnIn4S8, and the optimal preparation temperature and reaction time are 70℃ and 3 h, respectively.The SnIn4S8 shows good reusability and high stability with no observable decrease of photocatalytic activity in five consecutive cycles. 展开更多

Different research works contribute supportive parameters and negotiations regarding the prob-lems of producing a perfect software scheme. Traditional approaches or recy-cling software are not effective to solve the problems concerning software competence. Since fast developments with software engineering in the past few years, studies show that some approaches are getting extensive attention in both industries and universities. This method is categorized as the software product line improvement;that supports reusing of software in big organizations. Different industries are adopting product lines to enhance efficiency and reduce operational expenses by way of emerging product developments. This research paper is formed to offer in-depth study regarding the software engineering issues such as complexity, conformity, changeability, invisibility, time constraints, budget constraints, and security. We have conducted various research surveys by visiting different professional software development organizations and took feedback from the professional software engineers to analyze the real-time problems that they are facing during the development process of software systems. Survey results proved that complexity is a most occurring issue that most software developers face while developing software applications. 为了进一步探究中强地震发生前GNSS坐标时序中是否存在中短期异常现象,通过分析2023年2月23日塔吉克斯坦M_(S)7.2地震前后中国大陆构造环境监测网络(简称:“陆态网络”)塔什库尔干、布伦口GNSS基准站观测资料的变化特征,发现该地震震前... 为了进一步探究中强地震发生前GNSS坐标时序中是否存在中短期异常现象,通过分析2023年2月23日塔吉克斯坦M_(S)7.2地震前后中国大陆构造环境监测网络(简称:“陆态网络”)塔什库尔干、布伦口GNSS基准站观测资料的变化特征,发现该地震震前塔什库尔干、布伦口均出现较为明显的GNSS基准站时间序列异常现象,震前EW向存在趋势性W向运动,震后E向加速;震前NS向趋势性S向运动,临震前状态快速改变,布伦口在震后还显示出7.3 mm的EW向永久性形变,研究结果表明GNSS在地震发生短临阶段具有重要的预测意义。与2015年12月7日塔吉克斯坦M S7.4地震进行对比发现,两次M S≥7.0地震对塔什库尔干、布伦口基准站的影响差异较大。2015年12月7日塔吉克斯坦M S7.4地震为左旋走滑,影响方向主要为NE向,而2023年2月23日塔吉克斯坦M_(S)7.2地震为右旋走滑,影响方向主要为SE向。震前基线均有挤压缩短的前兆异常显示。梳理站点异常出现情况,发现异常持续时间越长、异常出现次数越多,发震震级可能越大。 展开更多

为准确预测桥梁性能退化,考虑到数据随机性和微小扰动发生状态跳跃,提出了一种D-S(Dempster-Shafer)证据理论和Markov链组合的桥梁性能退化组合预测模型和性能退化率的概念.该模型基于指数平滑(exponential smoothing,ES)方法获得新的... 为准确预测桥梁性能退化,考虑到数据随机性和微小扰动发生状态跳跃,提出了一种D-S(Dempster-Shafer)证据理论和Markov链组合的桥梁性能退化组合预测模型和性能退化率的概念.该模型基于指数平滑(exponential smoothing,ES)方法获得新的预测数据序列,并利用Markov链和D-S理论不断进行优化,从而实现桥梁性能退化的组合预测.实际工程的应用结果表明:性能退化率可以直观地表征在梁性能退化的速度.其次,该模型的平均相对误差为1.54%,较于回归、灰色和模糊加权Markov链模型,精度分别提高了1.11%,0.88%和2.8%,而后验差比值为0.242,小于0.35;模型的标准差为9.021,相比其他模型分别减小了3.978,3.405和7.500,而变异系数为0.109,均小于其他模型,验证了组合预测模型在精度和稳定性方面的优越性,可为在役桥梁结构性能退化预测与维护提供理论基础. 展开更多

我国钻孔测速中在正常停孔条件下产生大量深度小于30 m的钻孔数据。由于正常停钻,我国几乎没有此类场地下深度超30 m的钻孔实测数据,故无法以同类场地大于30 m数据直接回归V_(S30)公式。国外区域数据建立的V_(S30)预测公式有区域性,其... 我国钻孔测速中在正常停孔条件下产生大量深度小于30 m的钻孔数据。由于正常停钻,我国几乎没有此类场地下深度超30 m的钻孔实测数据,故无法以同类场地大于30 m数据直接回归V_(S30)公式。国外区域数据建立的V_(S30)预测公式有区域性,其在场地特征类似才适用;针对我国深度小于30 m正常停孔下V_(S30)预测线性外插公式LEE为具有潜在可行性公式。因此,为了从已有公式中得到可靠的V_(S30)预测公式,基于地质宏观类比,在停钻深度没有到30 m数据条件下发展了对已有公式的精度分析方法。通过对平均剪切波速竖向分布特点的分析,提出“精度分析区间”;并在缺乏停钻深度到30 m直接验证数据的前提下,提出两种分析公式预测精度的方法:方法一中校核对象是实测数据,具有一定直接检验的特点,但仅适用于具有反算能力的公式;方法二是基于所有公式都具有的——换算深度越靠近30 m则V_(S30)预测越准确的特点提出的,适用范围广。以滇中引水工程为案例,应用两种方法于该工程中深度小于30 m的正常停钻数据,为该工程选出精度最高公式LEE。 展开更多

Alzheimer s disease,among the most common neurodegenerative disorders,is chara cterized by progressive cognitive impairment.At present,the Alzheimer’s disease main risk remains genetic ris ks,but major environmental fa ctors are increasingly shown to impact Alzheimer’s disease development and progression.Microglia,the most important brain immune cells,play a central role in Alzheimer’s disease pathogenesis and are considered environmental and lifestyle"sensors."Factors like environmental pollution and modern lifestyles(e.g.,chronic stress,poor dietary habits,sleep,and circadian rhythm disorde rs)can cause neuroinflammato ry responses that lead to cognitive impairment via microglial functioning and phenotypic regulation.However,the specific mechanisms underlying interactions among these facto rs and microglia in Alzheimer’s disease are unclear.Herein,we:discuss the biological effects of air pollution,chronic stress,gut micro biota,sleep patterns,physical exercise,cigarette smoking,and caffeine consumption on microglia;consider how unhealthy lifestyle factors influence individual susceptibility to Alzheimer’s disease;and present the neuroprotective effects of a healthy lifestyle.Toward intervening and controlling these environmental risk fa ctors at an early Alzheimer’s disease stage,understanding the role of microglia in Alzheimer’s disease development,and to rgeting strategies to to rget microglia,co uld be essential to future Alzheimer’s disease treatments. 展开更多

Xinqiao Gully is located in the area of the 2008 Wenchuan M_(s)8.0 earthquake in Sichuan province,China.Based on the investigation of the 2023"6-26"Xinqiao Gully debris flow event,this study assessed the effectiveness of the debris flow control project and evaluated the debris flow hazards.Through field investigation and numerical simulation methods,the indicators of flow intensity reduction rate and storage capacity fullness were proposed to quantify the effectiveness of the engineering measures in the debris flow event.The simulation results show that the debris flow control project reduced the flow intensity by41.05%to 64.61%.The storage capacity of the dam decreases gradually from upstream to the mouth of the gully,thus effectively intercepting and controlling the debris flow.By evaluating the debris flow of different recurrence intervals,further measures are recommended for managing debris flow events. 展开更多

为研究2024年新疆阿克苏地区乌什县M S7.1大震对周边区域应力的影响,基于美国地质调查局(USGS)给出的主震破裂模型,计算此次地震对周边地区产生的同震位移场及应变场,结果发现:体应变在震源西北侧呈现拉张,东南侧呈现挤压;面应变的分布... 为研究2024年新疆阿克苏地区乌什县M S7.1大震对周边区域应力的影响,基于美国地质调查局(USGS)给出的主震破裂模型,计算此次地震对周边地区产生的同震位移场及应变场,结果发现:体应变在震源西北侧呈现拉张,东南侧呈现挤压;面应变的分布与体应变的形态基本相似。为研究该地震对余震的触发情况,首先需要确定接收断层的断层面参数,对中国地震台网发布的2024年1月23日到2024年4月10日的余震震源机制节面聚类分析,得到两簇结果,选择标准差较小的二簇节面进行平均,得到走向为243.91°,倾角为64.97°;将乌什地震震源区的构造应力场投影到该发震断层上,得到滑动角为61.02°。将这些参数作为余震接收断层的断层面参数,同样基于USGS给出的主震断层破裂模型,计算主震产生的静态库仑应力,研究发现:区内库仑应力均超过0.01 MPa阈值,且库仑破裂应力最大值达0.3 MPa,大多数余震处于库仑应力变化的高值区;表明主震产生的静态库仑应力促进了余震的发生。为研究该地震发生对周围断层的影响,根据前人给出的周边断层的几何和滑动特性,计算在周边断裂上沿滑动方向上的库仑破裂应力变化,研究发现:本次地震对迈丹—沙依拉姆断裂库仑应力最大增加量达到0.22 MPa,喀拉铁克断裂、衣木干他乌断裂、塔塔埃尔塔格断裂、奥兹格尔他乌断裂、柯坪断裂的库仑应力变化并不明显,迈丹—沙依拉姆断裂库仑应力增加最大,应注意该断层的地震活动性。 展开更多
