SISH在乳腺癌HER-2基因检测中的应用价值

目的:探讨全自动银染原位杂交(SISH)方法在乳腺浸润性导管癌组织HER-2基因检测中的应用价值。方法:分别采用免疫组化(IHC)、荧光原位杂交(FISH)、银染原位杂交(SISH)方法对105例乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中的HER-2基因进行检测。结果:HER-2的IHC检测(-)、(1+)、(2+)、(3+)者与FISH检测扩增的符合率分为100%、12.5%、46.5%、89.5%;SISH和FISH检测结果的符合率为100%。结论:SISH是一种快速、准确且重复性高的HER-2基因检测方法,可作为FISH的替代技术。

针刺泻血疗法加曲舍林治疗焦虑障碍临床研究

目的:探讨针刺泻血疗法加药物治疗焦虑障碍的临床疗效。方法:将160例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各80例。对照组每日服用舍曲林20 mg,治疗组在对照组基础上针刺百会、风池、四神聪、太阳、印堂、内关、合谷等腧穴。针刺手法以捻转提插为主,留针15～30 min,隔天1次。两组分别采用HAMA量表在治疗前及治疗后第2周、第4周、第6周进行评定,然后进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组与对照组在治疗后第2周、第4周、第6周的HAMA量表评分经统计学处理,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:针刺泻血疗法治疗焦虑障碍有良好疗效。

解决水利纠纷与民间水渠管理的技术活动——晋南旱作山区使用古代水利碑的三个例子及其近现代节水管理技术和现代水费管理

一般研究华北缺水自然环境中的农业水利活动时,比较关注农村的社会关系,将之作为观察农民解决缺水问题的途径,如怎样处理水利纠纷及其地方文化传统;但实际上,农村水渠管理的技术活动是同样不能被忽略的。山西四社五村正是这样一个个案。当地农民管理水渠是一套适应自然地理因素和地方民俗文化传统的生态文化活动。缺水农民的社会关系并不是很紧张的,在他们的观念中,水渠的社会管理与技术活动同样重要,其中技术活动还有相对独立性,因为它要适合水性、善于利用水环境,并懂得水渠工程的使用规律,这点与管理土地和管理粮食不同。几百年来,当地农民在自己的水渠管理传统中生产生活,在极端干旱的环境中,建立了一个合作节约用水社区。从社会史和水渠技术管理两方面考察这类个案,会对华北缺水地区的用水文化建设有一定启示性。

HER-2基因在胃癌中的检测与临床研究进展

曲妥珠单抗是人表皮生长因子-2（HER-2）的单克隆抗体。最新的研究发现，曲妥珠单抗联合化疗可明显改善HER-2阳性进展期胃癌患者的生存，但是目前胃癌HER-2基因的检测方法如IHC、FISH等存在很多缺陷，一种新的自动化银增强染色（SISH）方法有望成为胃癌HER-2检测的标准检测方法。本文对HER-2在胃癌中的检测与临床研究进展进行综述。
