In the digital information age,distributed file storage technologies like the InterPlanetary File System(IPFS)have gained considerable traction as a means of storing and disseminating media content.Despite the advanta...In the digital information age,distributed file storage technologies like the InterPlanetary File System(IPFS)have gained considerable traction as a means of storing and disseminating media content.Despite the advantages of decentralized storage,the proliferation of decentralized technologies has highlighted the need to address the issue of file ownership.The aim of this paper is to address the critical issues of source verification and digital copyright protection for IPFS image files.To this end,an innovative approach is proposed that integrates blockchain,digital signature,and blind watermarking.Blockchain technology functions as a decentralized and tamper-resistant ledger,recording and verifying the source information of files,thereby establishing credible evidence of file origin.A digital signature serves to authenticate the identity and integrity of the individual responsible for uploading the file,ensuring data security.Furthermore,blind watermarking is employed to embed invisible information within images,thereby safeguarding digital copyrights and enabling file traceability.To further optimize the efficiency of file retrieval within IPFS,a dual-layer Distributed Hash Table(DHT)indexing structure is proposed.This structure divides file index information into a global index layer and a local index layer,significantly reducing retrieval time and network overhead.The feasibility of the proposed approach is demonstrated through practical examples,providing an effective solution to the copyright protection issues associated with IPFS image files.展开更多

The construction of Spatial Information Grid overcomes the shortages of personal computers when dealing with geological data. The authors introduce the definition, architecture and flow of mineral resources assessment by weights of evidence model based on Spatial Information Grid (SIG). Meanwhile, a case study on the prediction of copper mineral occurrence in the Middle-Lower Yangtze metallogenic belt is given. The results show that mineral resources assessement based on SIG is an effective new method which provides a way of sharing and integrating distributed geospatial information and improves the efficiency greatly.展开更多

Several methods are generally used to improve the voltage quality more and more. However, most of the means implemented depend on external factors independent of the network managers or require huge regular financial resources. The method used in this paper is the loopback, applied to the Southern Interconnected Grid (SIG) of Cameroon, which is the largest net</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">work in the country. The procedure used takes into account nodes experiencing huge voltage drops and network constraints. Objective: To investigate the effect of Sig Leo Dean on serum ceramide, chemerin, islet function and oxidative stress index in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) rats. Methods: Fifty-four SPF male SD rats aged 4 weeks we...Objective: To investigate the effect of Sig Leo Dean on serum ceramide, chemerin, islet function and oxidative stress index in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) rats. Methods: Fifty-four SPF male SD rats aged 4 weeks were selected and randomly divided into blank group, model group and treatment group with 18 rats in each group. After feeding with high-fat and high-sugar diet for 6 weeks, the model group and treatment group were given intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin (STZ) to establish the model of T2DM rats. After successful modeling, the treatment group was given cegliptine 10 mg/kg/d, and the blank group and model group were given the same amount of saline. After 6 weeks, the indicators were tested and compared. Results: Before the intervention, the model group and treatment group rat body weight, FPG, Fins and HOMA-IR were significantly higher than the blank group (P<0.05), model group and HOMA- beta treated rats were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05);after the intervention, FPG, Fins and HOMA-IR were significantly higher than the control group in the treatment group but compared with model group (P<0.05), treatment group, body weight, HOMA- beta is significantly higher than model group but lower than that of the control group (P<0.05);before the intervention, the model group and the serum ceramide, the rats in the treatment group chemerin was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05);intervention, serum ceramide, chemerin significantly higher than the control group the treatment group but lower than that of model group (P<0.05);before the intervention, the model group and treatment group rats, the SOD level of GSH-PX was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05);intervention treatment group SOD and GSH-PX Significantly lower than the blank group, but higher than the model group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Western medicine can significantly improve the islet function of T2DM model rats, reduce serum ceramide and chemerin levels, and improve the antioxidant function of rats.展开更多
