Plant immune receptors belonging to the receptor-like kinase (RLK) family play important roles in the recog- nition of microbial pathogens and activation of downstream defense responses. The Arabidopsis mutant snc4-1D con- tains a gain-of-function mutation in the RLK SNC4 (SUPPRESSOR OF NPRI-1, CONSTITUTIVE4), which leads to constitutive activation of defense responses. Analysis of suppressor mutants of snc4-1D identified two conserved splicing factors, SUA (SUPPRESSOR OF ABI3-5) and RSN2 (REQUIRED FOR SNC4-1D 2), that are required for the constitutive defense responses in snc4-1D. In sua and rsn2 mutants, SNC4 splicing is altered and the amount of 5NC4 transcripts is reduced. Further analysis showed that SUA and RSN2 are also required for the proper splicing of CERK1 (CHITIN ELICITOR RECEPTOR KINASE1), which encodes another RLK that functions as a receptor for chitin. In sua and rsn2 mutants, induction of reactive oxygen species by chitin is reduced and the non-pathogenic bacteria Pseudomonas syringae pv. tomato DC3OOOhrcC grows to higher titers than in wild-type plants. Our study suggests that pre-mRNA splicing plays important roles in the regulation of plant immunity mediated by the RLKs SNC4 and CERK1. 展开更多

[目的]对河豚4SNc-Tudor蛋白(SN4TDR)进行序列与结构相关的生物信息分析,为认识该蛋白结构与功能提供借鉴。[方法]应用双向电泳及基质辅助激光解吸离子化-飞行时间质谱(MALD I-TOFMS)技术,从河豚肝脏总蛋白中鉴定到河豚的4SNc-Tudor结构域蛋白。并对其进行生物信息学分析。[结果]首次从河豚肝脏总蛋白中鉴定到河豚的4SNc-Tudor结构域蛋白SN4TDR。河豚SN4TDR定位于细胞质,无信号肽,为非分泌蛋白,有多个磷酸化位点。蛋白SN4TDR存在α-螺旋、β-折叠和无规则卷曲结构,有一个可能形成跨膜结构的片段。并用同源建模的方法,预测了河豚SN4TDR的三维结构模型。[结论]分析河豚SN4TDR基因及蛋白结构,有助于进一步研究该蛋白及其基因的分子和生物学功能。 展开更多

以(NH_4)_2C_2O_4为沉淀剂,采用直接沉淀法合成了新型光催化剂SnC_2O_4粉末。通过X射线粉末衍射、扫描电镜、紫外-可见分光光度计及荧光分光光度计等手段对样品的物相结构、微观形貌以及光吸收性能等进行了分析表征。结果表明:所制备的... 以(NH_4)_2C_2O_4为沉淀剂,采用直接沉淀法合成了新型光催化剂SnC_2O_4粉末。通过X射线粉末衍射、扫描电镜、紫外-可见分光光度计及荧光分光光度计等手段对样品的物相结构、微观形貌以及光吸收性能等进行了分析表征。结果表明:所制备的样品为单斜白钨矿型SnC_2O_4,空间群为C2/C(15)。样品的微观形貌为不规则多面体,其禁带宽度为3. 44 e V。光致发光光谱表明样品内部可能有大量的氧空位和其它缺陷。以甲基橙为模拟染料废水对SnC_2O_4样品的光催化活性进行了评价。当甲基橙染料的浓度为40 mg/L,SnC_2O_4光催化剂的投加量为40 mg/50m L时,在模拟可见光照射下,甲基橙降解率可达99. 1%,且光催化降解反应符合一级动力学方程。此外,通过引入活性物种捕获剂证明·O-2在光催化降解甲基橙反应中起重要作用。 展开更多

SnO_2 whiskers were prepared from the decomposition of whisker-like SnC_2O_4,which was precipitated by a reaction between an aqueous SnCl_2 and oxalic acid solution at high solution temperatures (80℃).After the decomposition of SnC_2O_4 at 450℃,SnO_2 whiskers containing both of rutile and metastable orthorhombic phases were obtained with the content of the orthorhombic phase decreasing with increasing heat-treatment temperature and time.The effect of orthorhombic phase upon CO gas sensitivity was investigated by measuring the evolution of the primary particle size and the CO sensitivity with repeating heat treatment at 450℃.The 50μg/g CO sensitivity increased with decreasing concentration of the orthorhombic phase despite particle coarsening,which suggests that the orthorhombic phase is detrimental to the CO gas sensitivity. 展开更多
