A novel Parsimonious Genetic Programming (PGP) algorithm together with a novel aero-engine optimum data-driven dynamic start process model based on PGP is proposed. In application of this method, first, the traditional Genetic Programming(GP) is used to generate the nonlinear input-output models that are represented in a binary tree structure; then, the Orthogonal Least Squares algorithm (OLS) is used to estimate the contribution of the branches of the tree (refer to basic function term that cannot be decomposed anymore according to special rule) to the accuracy of the model, which contributes to eliminate complex redundant subtrees and enhance GP's convergence speed; and finally, a simple, reliable and exact linear-in-parameter nonlinear model via GP evolution is obtained. The real aero-engine start process test data simulation and the comparisons with Support Vector Machines (SVM) validate that the proposed method can generate more applicable, interpretable models and achieve comparable, even superior results to SVM. 展开更多

An automatic procedure for building a protein polyalanine backbone from guiding alpha-carbon positions is presented here,which is different from a previously developed'spare parts'approach(Jones and Thirup,1986;Claessens et al.,1989). In our procedure,the geometric restraint of angle N-CA-C is used to generate a list of polypeptide chains,and several filters are used later to select the best conformer.The most important filter is based upon the Ramachandran scatter plot of mainchain dihedral angles PHI and PSI.Results for all test cases are satisfactory,with more than 95%of peptide planes correctly reconstructed and the overall root-mean-square deviation less than 0.5 angstrom compared with the refined X-ray coordinates. 展开更多

Stochastic modeling for starting-time of phase evolution of random seismic ground motions

In response to the challenge inherent in classical high-dimensional models of random ground motions, a family of simulation methods for nonstationary seismic ground motions was developed previously through employing a wave-group propagation formulation with phase spectrum model built up on the frequency components’ starting-time of phase evolution. The present paper aims at extending the formulation to the simulation of non-stationary random seismic ground motions. The ground motion records associated with N–S component of Northridge Earthquake at the type-II site are investigated. The frequency components’ starting-time of phase evolution of is identified from the ground motion records, and is proved to admit the Gamma distribution through data fitting. Numerical results indicate that the simulated random ground motion features zeromean, non-stationary, and non-Gaussian behaviors, and the phase spectrum model with only a few starting-times of phase evolution could come up with a sound contribution to the simulation. 展开更多

The force production physics and the flow control mechanism of fish fast C-start are studied numerically and theoretically by using a tail-flapping model.The problem is simplified to a 2-D foil that rotates rapidly to and fro on one side about its fixed leading edge in water medium.The study involves the simulation of the flow by solving the two-dimensional unsteady incompressible Navier- Stokes equations and employing a theoretical analytic modeling approach.Firstly,reasonable thrust magnitude and its time history are obtained and checked by fitting predicted results coming from these two approaches.Next,the flow fields and vortex structures are given,and the propulsive mechanism is interpreted.The results show that the induction of vortex distributions near the trailing edge of the tail are important in the time-averaged thrust generation,though the added inertial effect plays an important role in producing an instant large thrust especially in the first stage.Furthermore,dynamic and energetic effects of some kinematic controlling factors are discussed.For enhancing the time- averaged thrust but keeping a favorable ratio of it to time-averaged input power within the limitations of muscle ability,it is recommended to have a larger deflection amplitude in a limited time interval and with no time delay between the to-and-fro strokes. 展开更多

Application of the Probability Model for Starting Period to Initiate to Take Palivizumab by Prefecture Using National Official Sentinel Surveillance in Japan

Background: Palivizumab were used for the premature infant or a high-risk infant with congenital heart disease. However, recently outbreak pattern of respiratory syncytial (RS) virus infection has been varying year by year. Moreover, it also has some regional difference. Therefore, the object of the present study was to develop early detection of the timing of that outbreak had started in each prefecture. Method: We used data in National Official Sentinel Surveillance for Infectious Diseases (NOSSID). Study period was March 16th, 2011 to December 30th, 2018. We defined stating period to initiate to take palivizumab as 8 - 12 weeks before from the peak of outbreak. We estimated whether the week is included in starting period or not from April 1st to the peak of outbreak by the past number of patients of RS virus infection on week and its squared. Additionally, we have to take delay in NOSSID into consideration. Results: In nationwide, the last two seasons, the model predicted precisely the starting period. At prefectural level, the model predicted the starting period precisely in 16.6% of all year and prefectures pairs. When we consider the delay in NOSSID into consideration, the patients can start to take in 14.9% of all year and prefectures pairs. Discussion and Conclusion: The result of the probability model was not good, and thus we have to develop more sophisticated model for prediction at prefecture level. 展开更多

In 1982, Professor Deng Ju-long presented GM prediction model. Then some o ther scholars made improvements on GM model. Of course, much still should be don e to develop it. What the scholars have done is to take the first component of X (1) as the starting conditions of the grey differential model. It occ urs that the new information can not be used enough. This paper is addressed to choose the nth component of X (1) as the starting conditions to improv e the models. The main results of the paper is given in Theorem 2: The time response function of the grey differential equation x (0)(k)+az (1)(k)=b is given by x (1)(k)=x (1)(n)-ba e -a(k-n )+ba. and Theorem4: The time response of the grey Verhulst model is given by (1)(k) =ax (1)(n)bx (1)(n)+(a-bx (1)(n))ae a(k-n). Predicting the martensite transformation start-temperature of low alloy steel based on fuzzy identification

A method of fuzzy identification based on T-S fuzzy model was proposed for predicting temperature Ms from chemical composition, austenitizing temperature and time for low alloy steel. The degree of membership of each sample was calculated with fuzzy clustering algorithm. Kalman filtering was used to identify the consequent parameters. Compared with the results obtained by empirical models based on the same data, the results by the fuzzy method showed good precision. The accuracy of the fuzzy model is almost 6 times higher than that of the best empirical model. The influence of alloying elements, austenitizing temperature and time on Ms was analyzed quantitatively by using the fuzzy model. It is shown that there exists a nonlinear relationship between the contents of alloying elements in steels and their Ms, and the effects of austenitizing temperature and time on Ms temperature cannot be neglected. 展开更多

针对已有的风电场,往往通过偏航控制来提升风电场中整体功率输出,却忽略了风力机的启停与偏航协同控制,不能最大限度地提升风电场的功率输出。基于偏尾流叠加模型,并通过实例验证了该模型的准确性,采用随机数[0,1]分布来控制风电场中的... 针对已有的风电场,往往通过偏航控制来提升风电场中整体功率输出,却忽略了风力机的启停与偏航协同控制,不能最大限度地提升风电场的功率输出。基于偏尾流叠加模型,并通过实例验证了该模型的准确性,采用随机数[0,1]分布来控制风电场中的风力机的启停状态,提出了一种基于启停与偏航同步控制的风电场布局优化。该策略以Chapman Ranch风电场最大功率输出为目标函数,结合风电场的风资源数据,利用粒子群算法分别对风电场启停、偏航控制和启停与偏航同步控制这3种模型进行优化。研究结果表明:考虑偏航控制时,风电场单风况功率提升为11.9%;以启停与偏航同步控制时,风电场单风况功率提升可达17.7%。研究结果对于如何提高已有风电场的整体功率输出具有一定的理论指导意义。 展开更多

Two special cases of unsteady pipe flow were expressed. The first is start-up flow, and the second is oscillating flow. The exact solution of start-up flow under a constant pressure gradient was obtained by using the theories of Laplace transform and Fourier-Bessel series for fractional derivatives. 综合运用灰色关联分析、模糊综合评价方法分析科技型创业企业商业模式有效性影响因素并进行定量评价。从效果、效益、效率、效能四个维度界定商业模式有效性,基于文献研究从客户价值、财务价值、品牌建设、供应商管理、持续发展五方面... 综合运用灰色关联分析、模糊综合评价方法分析科技型创业企业商业模式有效性影响因素并进行定量评价。从效果、效益、效率、效能四个维度界定商业模式有效性,基于文献研究从客户价值、财务价值、品牌建设、供应商管理、持续发展五方面初步预设商业模式有效性影响因素。应用灰色关联分析方法修正科技型创业企业商业模式有效性预设影响因素并分析其作用机理,结果表明五方面因素通过对四维度产生不同作用最终影响商业模式有效性。将商业模式的五大影响因素进一步分解为效果、效益、效率、效能四个维度下共17项评价指标,利用层次分析法计算各指标权重,结合模糊综合评价法实证评价样本企业商业模式有效性,并从各维度分别提出提升对策。研究结果验证了评价指标与评价方法的科学性与可行性。 展开更多

目的分析在早期介入丹佛模式(ESDM)基础上联合神经反馈训练对孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童的效果。方法2020年8月至2024年5月,杭州市儿童医院60例ASD儿童随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组接受ESDM治疗,观察组接受神经反馈训练联合E... 目的分析在早期介入丹佛模式(ESDM)基础上联合神经反馈训练对孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童的效果。方法2020年8月至2024年5月,杭州市儿童医院60例ASD儿童随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组接受ESDM治疗,观察组接受神经反馈训练联合ESDM治疗,共6个月。治疗前后采用中文版孤独症治疗评定量表(ATEC)和中文版儿童心理教育评估第3版(PEP-3)进行评定。结果治疗后,观察组ATEC评分低于对照组(t=3.545,P<0.05),PEP-3认知(t=2.236,P=0.029)、情感表达(t=2.293,P=0.025)、问题行为(Z=2.099,P=0.036)评分高于对照组;观察组ATEC评分治疗前后差值(Z=3.620,P<0.001),以及PEP-3认知(Z=2.920,P=0.004)、问题行为(Z=4.209,P<0.001)治疗前后差值均高于对照组。结论联合神经反馈训练能促进ESDM对ASD儿童的效果。 展开更多

A new dynamic non-equilibrium mixing-pool model for simulating start-up and dynamic re-sponse of a distillation column is reported.The proposed model is established on the basis ofconsidering the two dimensional flow/mixing behavior of actual trays in a distillation column.Com-parison is made among the computed results of the start-up time and the dynamic response time bythe proposed and five other typical models.It is found that the computed time for both dynamicprocesses is longer by the model which considers any flow/mixing pattern than by the model withoutsuch concern.The inertia effect of flow/mixing seems to be important and can not be ignored inmodeling the transient process of distillation.The proposed model,which is believed to be suitableto large column,seems somewhat useful in predicting industrial distillation dynamics. 展开更多

南四湖不同起调水位汛期调水风险传导规律

南水北调东线工程通水以来,有效缓解了山东半岛等地的缺水问题,但水资源供需矛盾依然突出,汛期调水将成为解决该矛盾的方式之一。汛期调水时,湖周河道开闸泄洪,非汛期积累于河道中的污染物随水流下泄入湖,使得流域水环境风险显著增加。... 南水北调东线工程通水以来,有效缓解了山东半岛等地的缺水问题,但水资源供需矛盾依然突出,汛期调水将成为解决该矛盾的方式之一。汛期调水时,湖周河道开闸泄洪,非汛期积累于河道中的污染物随水流下泄入湖,使得流域水环境风险显著增加。为科学支撑东线后续工程汛期调水水环境风险管控和探究湖区内部风险传导机制,以南水北调东线调蓄湖泊南四湖上级湖段为例,构建水环境风险空间传导分析模型,计算相邻子湖区处于不同风险状态组合的概率,定量评价汛期调水时南四湖上级湖流域水环境风险状态,探讨丰、平、枯3种水平年起调水位下水环境风险在南四湖上级湖的传导规律。结果表明:丰水年高水位调水时,南四湖上级湖水环境风险值最小,枯水年最大;高、中水位调水时,呈由低风险传导至中风险、再传导至高风险的逐步传导模式,而低水位调水时,风险由低风险直接传导至高风险;以平水年为例,白马河区至万福河区93%概率为低—中风险增强型传导、7%概率为低—高风险增强型传导。 展开更多

早期介入丹佛模式(ESDM)是一种早期干预12~36月龄孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童的综合性干预方法,建立于应用行为分析、丹佛模式(DM)和核心反应训练等理论基础之上,属于自然发展行为干预的一种,与其他早期干预方法比较,ESDM不受干预场所的限... 早期介入丹佛模式(ESDM)是一种早期干预12~36月龄孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童的综合性干预方法,建立于应用行为分析、丹佛模式(DM)和核心反应训练等理论基础之上,属于自然发展行为干预的一种,与其他早期干预方法比较,ESDM不受干预场所的限制,在教学实践中能够涵盖所有的发育领域,目前已经被广泛应用于ASD儿童的早期干预中,并取得了较好疗效。ESDM通常采用一对一密集训练干预模式,但在实际应用中延伸出多种干预模式,如小组ESDM(G-ESDM)、父母实施的ESDM (P-ESDM)和同伴介导的ESDM,特别是G-ESDM和P-ESDM为更多家庭提供了学习机会,应用前景十分广阔。现结合国内外相关研究成果,从ESDM的理论基础、教学模式和多种干预模式的干预效果等方面介绍ESDM治疗ASD的研究进展,以期为进一步研究ESDM干预ASD的机制提供参考。 展开更多

泥水盾构在砂卵石地层掘进的过程中,由于排浆管路中存在大量不规则卵石,排浆管路输送尤为复杂。设计了环流试验装置,并基于计算流体动力学与离散单元法(CFD-DEM)耦合方法建立了三维瞬态数值模型,对不同形状、粒径、管路倾角、弯头及管... 泥水盾构在砂卵石地层掘进的过程中,由于排浆管路中存在大量不规则卵石,排浆管路输送尤为复杂。设计了环流试验装置,并基于计算流体动力学与离散单元法(CFD-DEM)耦合方法建立了三维瞬态数值模型,对不同形状、粒径、管路倾角、弯头及管径下的卵石起动特性进行了探究。在模型试验中,羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)浆液被选为载液,透明亚克力管被选为载体;在CFD-DEM耦合模型中,分别通过流变测试和三维扫描技术考虑了浆液的流变性和不规则卵石的形状。结果表明:(1)当异形卵石粒径和管路倾角相同时,卵石的起动速度大小顺序呈现椭球状>扁平状>近球状;(2)当异形卵石形状和管路倾角时,卵石的起动速度随等容粒径的增大先增大后减小再增大;(3)对于球形卵石,在水平管路中,卵石的起动速度随粒径的增大先增大后减小再增大,在倾斜和竖直管路中,卵石的起动速度随粒径的增大而减小;(4)卵石的起动速度随管径的增大而增大;(5)卵石起动速度较大的位置主要出现在较大角度(如60°,90°)的弯头位置处,这是因为当管路倾角≥60°时,在弯头位置处将会出现漩涡区,漩涡区流速与主流区流速相反,阻碍卵石运动,因此在铺设管路时,应尽量减少倾斜角度较大(≥60°)管路的铺设,多采用水平管路或倾斜角度较小(≤45°)的管路。 展开更多

针对双质量飞轮扭转减振器在启动工况下的瞬态振动特性进行研究。首先,建立启动工况传动系三自由度非线性仿真模型和启动工况仿真控制模型;其次,为提升模型仿真精度,模型分别考虑了发动机启动反拖过程压缩空气阻力矩、点火燃烧过程转矩... 针对双质量飞轮扭转减振器在启动工况下的瞬态振动特性进行研究。首先,建立启动工况传动系三自由度非线性仿真模型和启动工况仿真控制模型;其次,为提升模型仿真精度,模型分别考虑了发动机启动反拖过程压缩空气阻力矩、点火燃烧过程转矩波动、摩擦阻力矩以及双质量飞轮单元非线性扭转特性和变速箱输入轴齿轮搅油阻力矩,并通过实车试验验证了仿真模型的准确性;然后,针对双质量飞轮性能参数、启动电机和节气门开度等因素,开展启动工况下的瞬态振动特性仿真分析,明确各参数对启动工况瞬态振动的影响规律;最后,实车试验表明模型误差小于10%,说明笔者针对启动工况下的仿真建模方法正确有效;仿真结果表明,双质量飞轮扭转刚度和启动电机扭矩幅值对汽车启动工况下的瞬态扭转振动影响最大。本研究方法结论对解决相关工程问题有较好的借鉴意义。 展开更多
