The original management, control and business mode already can not adapt to the new situation,it' s necessary to adopt the new development strategy to meet new opportunities and challenges. SWOT (Surface Water and Ocean Topography,地表水和海洋地形)卫星是新一代海洋观测卫星,其采用了小入射角下的合成孔径雷达(SAR)观测体制,为海浪探测提供了一种新的手段。本研究在前人SAR海浪谱反演研究的基础上,针对SWOT卫星数据开...SWOT (Surface Water and Ocean Topography,地表水和海洋地形)卫星是新一代海洋观测卫星,其采用了小入射角下的合成孔径雷达(SAR)观测体制,为海浪探测提供了一种新的手段。本研究在前人SAR海浪谱反演研究的基础上,针对SWOT卫星数据开展了海浪谱反演算法的适用性研究,讨论了风速、风向、主波波向对海浪谱反演的影响。利用欧洲中期天气预报中心(ECMWF,European Center for Medium-range Weather Forecasts)的ERA5 (第五代再分析数据集)对反演的有效波高进行了验证。结果表明:在风速为7 m/s~9 m/s、9 m/s~11 m/s、>11 m/s时,反演的有效波高均方根误差(RMSE)分别为0.30 m、0.19 m、0.64 m,散度指数(SI)分别为16.74%、7.03%、19.61%,可以证明SWOT卫星作为小入射角SAR具有反演海浪谱与海浪参数的潜力。展开更多
