Salvia miltiorrhiza is one of the most important plants in traditional Chinese medicine. Its dried roots and rhizomes are highly valued for use in the treatment of vascular diseases and for their anti-oxidative activities. Furthermore, S. miltiorrhiza is described as a medicinal model plant mainly due to its biosynthesis of active compounds. Here, we reviewed the research on S. miltiorrhiza in genomics, transcriptomics, biosynthesis of tanshinones and phenolic acids, biotic and abiotic elicitors, and regulation of transcription factors. This will provide a solid foundation for new breeding and synthetic biology approaches to produce and study natural products.展开更多
目的探讨丹参川芎嗪联合激素方案治疗肾病综合征(NS)的疗效及对肾功能和炎症、脂质及凝血指标水平的影响。方法选择医院2016年1月至2017年6月收治的NS患者86例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组患者接受常规激素方案治疗,观察组...目的探讨丹参川芎嗪联合激素方案治疗肾病综合征(NS)的疗效及对肾功能和炎症、脂质及凝血指标水平的影响。方法选择医院2016年1月至2017年6月收治的NS患者86例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组患者接受常规激素方案治疗,观察组患者加用丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗。结果观察组总有效率为83.72%,明显高于对照组的65.12%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)、24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h Up)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)水平均明显降低(P<0.05),白蛋白(ALB)水平明显上升(P<0.01),观察组血清纤维蛋白原(Fib)及D-二聚体(D-D)水平均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组SCr,24 h Up,CRP,TC,TG,Fib,D-D水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),ALB水平明显高于对照组(P<0.01);两组不良反应发生率相当(9.30%比11.63%,P>0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪联合糖皮质激素治疗NS疗效肯定,可明显改善患者肾功能,降低Fib,D-D,TC,TG水平,减轻炎性反应程度,且不良反应发生率低,安全性高,值得临床推广。展开更多
