Why we need a new journal in diversity and conservation

It is not difficult to imagine humankind as stewards and custodians of the vast,complex,unique,and awe-inspiring property called Planet Earth.We are duty-bound to take good care of this priceless property,for our own well-being,and for the well-being of our future generations.We take stock of the value of our property by understanding its fragile biodiversity;and we safeguard its value by monitoring and protecting it.Just as a piece of real estate is livable only if it is wellsupported by utilities and other municipal services,we have a duty to ensure that the natural habitats and the crucial ecological services they provide are in tip-top conditions.This requires a deep understanding how an intricate,vibrant,and resilient ecosystem works,and how natural forces and manmade decisions can impact its sustainability,both positively and negatively.

Construction of Innovative Rural Sci-tech Service System in China

At the background of structural regulation of agriculture and industrialized development of rural areas,systematic thought and constructive recommendations are put forward on building innovative rural sci-tech service system in China from following 5 aspects. (1) In organizational system,rural sci-tech service associations should become nonprofit organizations that have independent legal entities. (2) In service object,it should take farmers as subject,new rural economic organizations as carrier,agricultural leading enterprises as handle,little village officials as joint,sci-tech special commissioner as link,and agricultural brokers as medium. (3) In information resources,it should enhance practicality construction and sharing. (4) In service methods and reform measures,it should combine information technology,expert technical consulting service,and sci-tech model base. (5) In policy support and input mechanism,it should follow the principle of diversification,set up government special funds,and formulate preferential policies to attract sci-tech talents to join in rural sci-tech services,and protect legal rights and interests of sci-tech personnel in rural sci-tech services.

Practice and Exploration of Rural Sci-tech Service Supermarket:A Case Study of Jurong Economic Forest and Fruit Industrial Branch

The rural sci-tech supermarket in Jiangsu Province is an innovative model of rural sci-tech service. With reference to the concept of modern commodity supermarket, this model integrates variety, technology and achievement information into the sci-tech supermarket platform, provides various agricultural sci-tech services, and improves farmers recognition and acceptance of science and technology, so as to accelerate conversion of scientific and technological achievements and demonstration and popularization of new varieties, new technologies and new models. This paper analyzes practice of Jurong economic forest and fruit industrial branch and presents recommendations for building Jiangsu rural sci-tech service supermarket.

Several Theoretical Issues on Agricultural Sci-tech Service and Management

In view of particularity and complexity of agricultural sci-tech service and management,this paper presents definition of basic concept of agricultural sci-tech service and management,sums up its basic characteristics,and discusses and analyzes its structural elements and functions. In the new digital environment, public service broadcasting/media, which for a number of social and cultural reasons have been at the core of the European media system, faces the capital question--What democracy do public operators strive for and how can they accomplish it？ PSM has to be at the vanguard of the complex process of media transformation in the information society and particularly of the formation of novel journalistic culture which besides the values of ethical and innovative content should also serve the principles of good and efficient governance.

公共托育服务政策体系的系统性重塑:挑战与路径

公共托育服务政策关乎民生福祉,是破解托育难题,纾解群众带娃之忧的重大举措。从制度变迁的视角讨论我国公共托育服务政策演变的逻辑理路,分析我国公共托育服务政策存在的现实困境很有必要。研究表明,政策定位不清晰、协同机制不科学、政策体系不完善、配套措施不健全是我国公共托育服务政策体系面临的主要困境。在政策重塑过程中,要坚持以普惠优先为价值遵循、以政府主导为根本保障、以多元主体为发展方向、以制度创新为关键动力的基本原则。要明确托育服务的基本属性,优化管理体制机制;应探索多元模式,加大政策扶持;同时,落实监管责任,强化托育服务人才支撑。

在出版业改革和加强农业农村信息化的背景下,改变传统知识服务模式是农业科技期刊顺应融媒体时代发展的必然趋势。农业科技期刊知识服务是期刊高质量发展的必然选择,是农业信息化的重要力量,是农业科研创新的有力推手。通过分析当前农业科技期刊知识服务的现状与存在的问题,提出农业科技期刊应从期刊集群化发展、多种媒体融合、优化运营策略、提供多元化服务、加强编辑团队建设等方面创新农业科技期刊知识服务应用,以期为农业科技期刊开展高质量的服务提供参考。

基于Python编程技术的专家数据库服务模块开发与实现

为解决专家库管理与维护中工作量大、人工操作繁琐、机械重复劳动且易出错等问题,开发一种基于Python编程技术的专家数据库服务模块,可以实现专家信息自动提取录入、专家成果智能挖掘、自动生成聘书和荣誉证书等功能。实践证明,执行该模块的编程代码后,241份专家申请表成功读取率可达92.95%,生成Excel表单的信息正确率高达100%。该模块的程序设计具有操作简单、可按需修改代码中目标参数的特点,不仅能大大提高编辑的工作效率,后续还可以尝试与出版流程进行整合,以增加模块的适用性与广泛性。

从“小先生”到“大先生”——跨越百年教育理念的交汇对同伴助教机制发展的启示

同伴教育是师范生大学教育中自我教育的重要组成部分,对激发师范生学习主体性具有重要意义,但在实践层面高等院校课堂中仍存在合作边缘化、互助意识不强、个别学生“一言堂”的现象,师范生尚未建立充分自觉的主体性。本文提出,同伴助教在理念层面可以吸收陶行知“小先生制”思想内核,内化“大先生”的道义内涵,在实践层面借助基于网络媒介的同伴云日志激发师范生的主体自觉性。这一模式旨在让助教身份和先生身份彼此交融,花开并蒂,同时通过搭建青年向的网络平台,促进有效沟通,实现助教身份的迭代更新。同伴互助良性循环能为“教·学”创新提供源动力,赋能数字时代的人文教育。

文理综合学报面向主办高校的出版服务能力研究

为了评价文理综合学报面向主办高校的出版服务能力,基于载文量这一最基础、最核心的期刊出版指标,提出理想服务能力、可能服务能力、实际服务能力、服务诚意指数4个概念,并构建了相应的计算模型。以江浙沪12种文理综合学报为样本,进行了具体研究。结果显示:12种学报的年均载文量较低,且呈逐年下降趋势;主要受载文量偏低影响,其可能服务能力为38.64%;在中低水平的服务诚意指数的进一步影响下,其实际服务能力仅为20.64%;个刊之间差异明显,实际服务能力评价方面《丽水学院学报》得分最高,是《淮阴工学院学报》的4.48倍。建议主办高校从编辑队伍建设、出版经费支持、科研评价适当向学报倾斜等几方面综合施策,切实提高学报的出版服务能力。

探究科普期刊知识服务发展的方向和策略,以助力“双减”全面落地和科学教育高质量发展。文章采用文献研究、案例分析等研究方法,对国家新闻出版署2023年公布的20种“优秀科普期刊”知识服务的实践进行分析,发现科普期刊开展的形式多样的知识服务实践,能够契合“双减”需求,为其落地提供有效支撑,但同时也存在参与“双减”服务的社会生态环境有待优化、知识服务能力有待提升等不足。从外部激励和内部自强两个方面提出应对策略:通过优化顶层设计、统筹资源配置,激励科普期刊服务“双减”工作;科普期刊应精准定位、强化创新、对接需求,提升知识服务产品生产能力,推进知识服务平台建设。

强化编辑服务工作,重塑科技期刊品牌——以《南方农业学报》为例

当前,许多科技期刊的编辑服务意识薄弱,导致作者对科技期刊的满意度不高。这些期刊在优质学术稿源争夺中丧失优势,不利于长远发展。结合《南方农业学报》近几年的办刊实践,探讨如何通过提升编辑服务质量来重塑科技期刊品牌。编辑可以通过缩短审稿周期、优化刊后服务、策划专栏、评选优秀论文、从优秀作者中筛选青年编委、利用微信公众号宣传期刊、与作者多种方式交流、走访约稿、挖掘核心作者群等一系列举措来改善作者对科技期刊的印象,从而吸引更多优质稿源,增强作者黏性。

随着媒介技术的发展进步,学术期刊的读者服务模式也在不断发展,目前正处于智能化服务阶段。然而,其服务理念尚未跟上,传统学术期刊过于重视作者服务而忽略了读者服务。实际上,被读者接受是出版工作的核心起点,只有满足读者的需求并以读者为中心提供服务,学术期刊才能真正体现其价值、实现其使命。为提升读者服务能力,探讨了人工智能在文献检索推荐、智能化阅读、学术交流合作、学术评价度量等场景应用的实现路径。但同时也要正视和解决人工智能存在的隐私和安全、信息过滤、算法偏见和互动交流不足等问题,以为科研创新提供更好的服务和支持。

天津市重点人群家庭医生服务利用度与满意度现况调查分析

目的调查分析天津市重点人群家庭医生服务利用度与满意度情况,从而为提升天津市家庭医生团队服务能力,促进家庭医生签约服务的开展提供参考。方法采用随机抽样方法,选取天津市16个行政区的社区居民作为研究对象,从机构的家庭医生团队签约底册中随机抽取被试样本,采用电话收集数据的方式完成对签约居民的问卷调查,根据问卷调查结果对居民服务利用情况、家庭医生服务效果等进行分析。结果居民对家庭医生签约服务的利用度、依从性和配合度较高,对家庭医生服务较认可。影响居民家庭医生服务利用度的主要因素为年龄、性别、文化程度、区域、供需不匹配以及签约服务内容等方面,签约居民对目前家庭医生签约服务总体满意度较高。结论需进一步提高家庭医生服务能力、水平及服务质量,细分居民群体,以更好地满足居民个性化需求,增加居民对签约的知晓度,优化基层医疗资源配置,提升居民满意度。

文章阐述公共图书馆举办主题期刊展的意义和优势,以天津图书馆主题期刊展服务为例,分析其以微见著、守正创新、彰显时代特征、突出文化艺术性的特点,并提出公共图书馆主题期刊展服务策略,即增强开展主题期刊展服务的意识,举办形式多样的主题期刊展,发挥主题期刊展的传播与教育功能,契合读者需求,建立期刊推介长效机制。

国内科技期刊集群网站建设特点及其对单刊网站的启示

以国内发展较成熟的7家期刊集群网为对象,采用网络调研和统计分析等方法,对其菜单导航、栏目、功能、知识服务等进行调研,总结其共同特征和特色之处,并从中得出单刊网站可借鉴之处。结果发现,样本期刊集群网建设共同特点主要有:注重资源一站式检索、重视文章推广、注重文献资源整合、注重学科资讯服务、注重融合新技术拓展期刊传播形式、注重集群内各刊发展动态报道、网站功能设置特色鲜明;其主要特色在于:为用户提供多样化服务和学术交流平台;整合资源,提供各类数据库和科研数据服务;融入AI技术,提升用户体验;展示期刊办刊理念和编辑风采。单刊网站建设可从布局重点突出且特色鲜明的功能模块、创新文献服务模式、实行差异化的宣传推广策略、打造学科资讯汇集平台、以知识服务推动期刊转型、培养人才做好内容运营等方面进行借鉴。
