Modern science and technology is being developed towards destroying human and human calls for a new era of science ＆ technology. Contemporary science is seeing a significant breakthrough and a new revolution of science and technology is beginning. The theoretical basis of the new revolution of science and technology is ＂state space-time＂, ＂the unity of physics and biology＂, ＂thinking motion and automatic organization of the universe＂ and ＂thinking＇s active control＂. The new revolution of science and technology takes material （microscopic particle） science, life （organic and inorganic life） science and thinking science as the fundamental sciences, takes life technology, new information technology, new material technology and new energy technology as the basis of the overall technological system, progresses in all aspects, including life technology, medicine, new material technology, new information technology, new energy technology, new robot technology, new manufacturing technology, laser technology, astronavigation technology, ocean technology, military technology, new educational technology, etc., and at the same time Qigong technology with thinking control as its core will emerge. In the era of life, thinking and Qigong technology, technology proceeds very rapidly, global society and economy develop at a high speed, and globalization is accelerated. Life, thinking and Qigong technologies feature improvement of human internal energy and quality, purify human soul, reduce material desire, and greatly reduce environmental disruption. The overall （thinking and Qigong） technology takes the establishment of the cosmic era of human as its ultimate goal.

A new horizon for neuroscience:terahertz biotechnology in brain research

Terahertz biotechnology has been increasingly applied in various biomedical fields and has especially shown great potential for application in brain sciences.In this article,we review the development of terahertz biotechnology and its applications in the field of neuropsychiatry.Available evidence indicates promising prospects for the use of terahertz spectroscopy and terahertz imaging techniques in the diagnosis of amyloid disease,cerebrovascular disease,glioma,psychiatric disease,traumatic brain injury,and myelin deficit.In vitro and animal experiments have also demonstrated the potential therapeutic value of terahertz technology in some neuropsychiatric diseases.Although the precise underlying mechanism of the interactions between terahertz electromagnetic waves and the biosystem is not yet fully understood,the research progress in this field shows great potential for biomedical noninvasive diagnostic and therapeutic applications.However,the biosafety of terahertz radiation requires further exploration regarding its two-sided efficacy in practical applications.This review demonstrates that terahertz biotechnology has the potential to be a promising method in the field of neuropsychiatry based on its unique advantages.

Coordination Mechanism and Empirical Research on Marine Science Technology Innovation and Marine Eco-civilization:A Case Study of Coastal Areas of China

Marine science technology innovation provides power and guarantees for marine eco-civilization construction,which provides direction and material support for marine science technology innovation.Therefore,the coordinated development of the two is of great significance to the marine economy sustainable development in China’s coastal areas.On the basis of clarifying the connotations of marine science technology innovation and marine eco-civilization in China’s coastal areas from 2006 to 2019,the mechanism for their coordinated development was analysed.A comprehensive indicator system based on the connotation of the two was constructed,and the coordinated development relationship was empirically tested using the coupled coordination model and the panel vector autoregressive(PVAR)model.The results show that:1)the level of China’s coastal marine science technology innovation continues to improve,gradually forming the core of the development of marine science technology innovation in the north,east and south of Shandong,Shanghai and Guangdong;the level of marine eco-civilization development fluctuating upward trend,showing obvious spatial differentiation characteristics.2)The degree of coordination of marine science technology innovation and marine eco-civilization is growing over time.There is no causal relationship between marine science technology innovation and marine eco-civilization in the northern marine economic circle,but there is a two-way causal relationship between the two in the eastern and southern marine economic circles.3)Marine eco-civilization shows a significant positive and continuous impact on marine science technology innovation,and marine science technology innovation shows a long-term,continuous,fluctuating,and lagging impact on marine eco-civilization.The overall role of marine eco-civilization on marine science technology innovation is dominant,and there are significant differences in the impact effects of the two major marine economic circles.

The education and management of college student Party members is the focus of student Party building work in colleges and universities.In the context of students second classroom being conducted in the academy,the management of student Party members should enhance their Party spirit cultivation through improving their self-management and self-monitoring.After the comprehensive reform of Ningxia University,Runze College targeted the characteristics of agricultural majors and set up functional Party groups to enable student Party members to play a pioneering and exemplary role in the second classroom.Runze College relies on the academy system and breaks through the traditional one-way management mode led by Party branch teachers in the second classroom of college students.It leverages the role of functional Party groups in off campus science and technology academies,and integrates Party building work into daily teaching and research and solving agricultural production technology problems for local villagers,achieving the goal of promoting and integrating Party building and business work,and improving each other.

English-Chinese Translation of Science and Technology Texts Based on the Differences Between Chinese and Western Modes of Thinking

As a tool for human communication,the use of language is affected by the way of thinking in cross-cultural communication.Due to the differences between Chinese and Western cultures,the way of thinking varies under the influence of such cultural differences.In the process of translation,the influence of the different thinking mode on translation activities cannot be ignored.At present,a lot of studies and researches have focused on the influence of Chinese and Western thinking mode on translation.However,it is still worthwhile to study what specific influence the difference between Chinese and Western thinking mode will exert on the translation process of science texts and what kind of measure should be taken to solve the negative influence brought by the differences when we are translating.This paper aims to discuss the influence of thinking differences between Chinese and Western countries on the process of English-Chinese translation of science and technology from the perspectives of long sentences,passive voice and nominalization,and how the translators should appropriately adjust their thinking pattern and use reasonable skills to eliminate the potential negative interference caused by the difference and achieve a better transformation between English and Chinese.

Historical retrospects and evolutionary characteristics of paleogenomic science and technology

Paleogenomics is a discipline in which the extraction and analysis of DNA from ancient biological remains are studied to understand the evolutionary history of past organisms.Research on this topic has revealed the evolutionary history of humans and other species,traced human migrations and genetic changes,and investigated ancient diseases and environmental influences due to its uniqueness.This paper reviews the scientific and technological history of the development of paleogenomics,including the molecular cloning era,the polymerase chain reaction(PCR)technique era,the genomics era,and the bio-data analysis era.This field explores the key technological development processes and effects of significant scientific discoveries,ranging from gene cloning technology and sequencing technology to breakthroughs and applications in big data analysis,addressing challenges such as sample contamination and trace collection analysis in paleogenomics research.

Science,technology,and innovation in health for the next twenty years:A survey analysis in Colombia

Background:Colombia is a Latin American country with a very complex social and political context that has not allowed the allocation of sufficient resources to the fields of science,technology,and innovation(STI).This is particularly worrying for the area of health since not enough resources are allocated for public health,research,or education.Methods:The so-called“Great Survey in Health 2019”was administered online through the SurveyMonkey platform to 5298 people in different regions of the country,representing the public,private,and academic sectors.The questionnaire consisted of 46 open and closed questions,including demographic inquiries.Data analysis involved textual analytics and sentiment analysis.Results:Overall,56%of those surveyed were women within the adult life cycle.Most respondents had a postgraduate education.Greater participation was observed in the Oriental,Bogotá,and Antioquia regions,which also concentrate the largest number of resources for STI.Among the main recommendations derived from the results,priorities include investing in research,personalised medicine,promoting the social appropriation of knowledge,addressing mental health,regulating research through a statute,promoting undergraduate research,and establishing recertification exams to pursue excellence.Conclusion:The results of this original study serve as a fundamental input to promote and strengthen the STI processes in life sciences and health.They serve as a guide to generate public policies and actions that guarantee better health and well-being for the Colombian population,strategically proposing a clear roadmap for the next 20 years.
