The Thinking on Further Impelling Hubei Meteorological Science Popularization Work under New Situation

In this paper,new situation faced by meteorological science popularization work of China is analyzed. Based on analyzing the challenges faced by Hubei meteorological science popularization work,the suggestions of Hubei meteorological science popularization work during the ＂ 13 th five-year＂ period are proposed from four aspects： further optimize operation mechanism of meteorological science popularization work,and improve work efficiency; combine full-time and part-time teams,and promote the fighting capacity of the science popularization team; adapt to the demand of multimedia publicity,and expand the connotation of popular science creation; build brand,and create a stereoscopic science popularization network.

Extending Science Popularization Base Construction and Promoting Meteorological Science Popularization Ability

In recent years,Kaifeng Meteorological Bureau and Kaifeng Municipal Meteorological Society seriously think how to strengthen the construction of science popularization base,and take below measures improving the influence of ＂ national science popularization education base＂ and further increasing the propaganda of meteorological popular science knowledge. Firstly,launching periodical meteorological science popularization into campus,village and community,and holding meteorological science forum; secondly,cooperating with municipal science association and Science and Technology Bureau,and jointly issuing the related documents of carrying out the propaganda of meteorological science popularization;thirdly,co-constructing campus weather station and meteorological science popularization demonstration community; fourthly,setting up special meteorological science lecture and report meeting; fifthly,integrating meteorological science with studies of Chinese ancient civilization based on innovation. In the form of recreation and loved by the masses,the propaganda of meteorological popular science knowledge is done well,and people recognizing,understanding,grasping and applying meteorological science is improved,thereby reaching the target of decreasing the damages of meteorological disaster to social economy and human life and property.

The Research on the Paths of Popular Science Education about Myopia Prevention and Control among College Students in the Context of Shifting the Focus Forward

Currently, the number of myopic people in China has reached as high as 600 million, and it shows a trend of “early onset, high incidence, and a high degree of severity”. The issue of myopia among children and adolescents has attracted widespread attention from all sectors of society. Comprehensive myopia prevention and control efforts have been launched nationwide. Popular science education, vision screening, and improving visual environments are effective measures for preventing myopia. However, among the target audience for comprehensive myopia prevention and control, the preschool children group has been neglected, and the work of myopia prevention and control for this group has been significantly weakened and marginalized. Due to insufficient awareness of prevention and control, the hyperopia reserve in the preschool children group is being continuously depleted, leading to the early onset of myopia. In light of this situation, the focus of myopia prevention and control needs to shift forward, and it is worth exploring and pondering how college students with a background in optometry can develop entertaining and engaging popular science education materials and methods.

Planning and Design of Geological Landscape Popular Science Exhibition in Urban Geopark:A Case Study of Zhengzhou Yellow River National Geopark

Urban geopark is the backyard garden of urban residents’life.Geological landscape popular science exhibition enables people to receive geological popular science knowledge easily and happily while playing,which will virtually strengthen people’s protection awareness of urban geological landscape.Urban geopark landscape is featured by unique typical geological characteristics.It is a realistic problem that troubles the planning and design of geological landscape popular science exhibition in urban geopark by effectively protecting these geological landscapes and upgrading them into urban popular science leisure tourism resources.Taking Zhengzhou Yellow River National Geopark as an example,this paper systematically studies the planning and design of geological landscape popular science exhibition in urban geopark.

基于双因素理论的公共卫生人员科普工作意愿及满意度分析

目的调查上海市公共卫生人员参与健康科普工作现状,分析科普工作满意度及影响因素,提出人员激励措施的改进建议,进一步提升公共卫生机构健康科普能力。方法对上海市医疗卫生机构中414名公共卫生从业人员进行问卷调查,对4家区疾病预防控制中心共计16人进行半结构式访谈,分析受调查者参与科普工作意愿以及对科普工作保障机制和激励措施的满意度。结果80.2%的受调查者表示参加过健康科普相关工作,89.9%表示未来愿意参加相关工作。372名有意愿从事健康科普工作的受调查者总体满意度得分为(3.83±0.96)分,满意度得分最低的3项是工作待遇(3.07±1.17)分、工作回报(3.50±1.17)分、工作环境/支持(3.56±0.79)分,管理与领导维度得分最高,为(4.14±0.86)分。不同年龄、不同职称级别人群总体满意度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论公共卫生人员参与健康科普工作总体满意度一般,公共卫生从业人员科普参与度有待提高。科普工作报酬收益和工作经费是制约公共卫生人员从事科普工作的主要因素。应建立以效果为导向的科普工作评价机制,重视不同年龄层人员的差异化激励措施。

Construction of Popular Science Tourism Evaluation Index System for Geoparks and Empirical Analysis

Popular science tourism is a new tourism mode, and geopark scenic area is an important carrier of popular science tourism. It is the premise and foundation for the popular science tourism development of geoparks to establish a scientific evaluation index system and evaluation model. On the basis of analyzing relevant evaluation models, this paper explored the evaluation system and model of geopark popular science tourism in following steps. First, establish the index system. Based on the theory method, frequency method, and expert consultation method, this paper established the popular science tourism evaluation index system of geopark scenic area. The evaluation index system includes 3 primary indexes, 8 secondary indexes and 30 tertiary indexes. Second, define index weight and scoring standards. Index weights were defined using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP), the measuring method of each index and the scoring standards were specified. Third, evaluation model and grade. The evaluation model of popular science tourism development was constructed, and the evaluation results were classified into 4 grades. Fourth, empirical study. The evaluation model was applied to measure and investigate popular science tourism of Henan Yuntain Mountain World Geopark, and the final score was 7.619, indicating a higher evaluation grade of popular science tourism of the park.

Dynamics and near-optimal control in a stochastic rumor propagation model incorporating media coverage and Lévy noise

The appearance of rumors intensifies people’s panic and affects social stability. How to control the spread of rumors has become an important issue which is worth studying. In order to more accurately reflect the actual situation in the real world, a stochastic model incorporating media coverage and Lévy noise is proposed to describe the dynamic process of rumor propagation. By introducing two control strategies of popular science education and media coverage in an emergency event, an near-optimal control problem that minimizes the influence and control cost of rumor propagation is proposed.Sufficient conditions for near-optimal control of the model are established by using a Hamiltonian function. Then the necessary conditions for near-optimal control are obtained by using the Pontryagin maximum principle. Finally, the effect of popular science education, media coverage and Lévy noise on rumor propagation process control is verified by numerical simulation.

Human factors play an important role in nuclear accident prevention and emergency response in the nuclear engineering system, non-nuclear professional staff are often the subject of personnel in most nuclear projects. In order to ensure the sustainable and efficient accord development of nuclear industry, general nuclear education is necessary for correlative non-nuclear professionals, such as technologies, management, safety, culture and ethic.
