In this study, from the three levels of plan EIA policy framework, five problems of plan EIA in power sector were analyzed according to the current situation of plan EIA in power sector. The number of skin care products developed scientifically and technologically is increasing in the market now.Whether it is a gimmick or a real desire to make a good product,companies are actively promoting the develo...The number of skin care products developed scientifically and technologically is increasing in the market now.Whether it is a gimmick or a real desire to make a good product,companies are actively promoting the development and growth of the technological skin care market.The analysis of our market survey indicates that companies and consumers generally show a trend of mutual progress along with the market growth of technological skincare.Companies and consumers alternately play a leading role in different stages of progress.In this survey study,consumers were divided into four types:minimalist consumers,trendy consumers,ingredient-based consumers,and technological consumers.A series of comparative analyses for these four groups showed that consumers have the trend to instinctively develop from minimalist to technological consumer.Along with the increase of skin care knowledges,consumers can more trust and be more willing to buy the technology-based skin care products.For those ones who has no experiences with the technology-based skin care products,after gaining skincare knowledges,they are also willing to try.This is a good signal for companies.While helping with consumers being more knowledgeable in skincare,companies can lead consumers to learn about their researches and products development,which will benefit the market acceptance of the products.Users can also benefit from gaining more relevant knowledges.With these knowledges,consumers can be clearer about their own needs,more rational on skincare purchasing,and they can select the correct skincare.展开更多

Nimodipine, a typical calcium antagonist, can cross the blood-br...Calcium antagonists are widely used in the clinical treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular disease because of their vascular and neuroprotective effects. Nimodipine, a typical calcium antagonist, can cross the blood-brain barrier and act selectively at neurons and blood vessels of target tis-sues, thus exerting neuroprotective effects. The aim of the present study was to explore the hot spots and future trends of research on the neuroprotective effects of nimodipine. We retrieved 425 articles on the neuroprotective effects of nimodipine that were indexed in the Web of the Science database between 2000 and 2014. The retrieved articles were analyzed using document analysis reporting and the derived information function in the Web of Science, and the infor-mation visualization software CiteSpace III. The reference co-citation network was plotted, and the high frequency key words in these publications were used to analyze the research fronts and development trends for nimodipine neuroprotection. According to these co-citation clusters, the research front of nimodipine neuroprotection is the use of randomized controlled trials to study nimodipine intervention of subarachnoid hemorrhage. Using time zone view analysis on hot spots labeled with a key word, the areas of interest in the ifeld of nimodipine neuroprotection are nimodipine pharmacology and therapeutics, blood-brain barrier, trials, and anti-angiospasm.展开更多

This study was designed to evalua...Apolipoprotein E plays a crucial role in inhibiting chronic neurodegenerative processes. Howev-er, its impact on neurological function following diffuse brain injury is still unclear. This study was designed to evaluate the therapeutic effects and mechanisms of action of apolipoprotein E mimetic peptide on diffuse brain injury. Apolipoprotein E mimetic peptide was administered into the caudal vein of rats with diffuse brain injury before and after injury. We found that apo-lipoprotein E mimetic peptide signiifcantly decreased the number of apoptotic neurons, reduced extracellular signal-regulated kinase1/2 phosphorylation, down-regulated Bax and cytochrome c expression, decreased malondialdehyde content, and increased superoxide dismutase activity in a dose-dependent manner. These experimental ifndings demonstrate that apolipoprotein E mimetic peptide improves learning and memory function and protects against diffuse brain injury-induced apoptosis by inhibiting the extracellular signal-regulated kinase1/2-Bax mito-chondrial apoptotic pathway.展开更多

It means that, in both the theoretical and practical fields of the Sciences of Human Settlements, due attention should be paid to the discussions on urbanization strategies, the rethinking on balanced urban-rural development, the extension and integration of various disciplines, and the realization of experimental projects in various localities. The Sciences of Human Settlements should be more closely connected with related sciences and technologies and learn more from the traditional "Chinese wisdom," so as to establish the system of "Grand Science, Grand Humanism and Grand Arts." The practice of the Sciences of Human Settlements should highlight the integration of both strategies and methodologies, the completion of institutions, and the monitoring at the macro-level. Both the top-down strategic planning and design and the bottom-up comprehensive community construction are necessary.
