Mini-CEX联合MDT在急诊科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果

目的探讨迷你临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)联合多学科综合治疗协作组(multidisciplinary team,MDT)在急诊科住院医师规范化培训中的运用效果。方法选择于医院急诊科进行规范化培训的住院医师,2022年6—8... 目的探讨迷你临床演练评估(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)联合多学科综合治疗协作组(multidisciplinary team,MDT)在急诊科住院医师规范化培训中的运用效果。方法选择于医院急诊科进行规范化培训的住院医师,2022年6—8月进行规范化培训者为传统培训组,2022年9—11月进行规范化培训者为Mini-CEX联合MDT组。传统培训组35名,给予常规教学方式教学,Mini-CEX联合MDT组35名,给予Mini-CEX联合MDT教学,教学完成后评估规范化培训住院医师的理论成绩及实际操作技能,教学前、后通过Mini-CEX考核规范化培训住院医师的问诊能力、临床诊断、操作能力、查体能力、治疗方案、沟通能力,给予评判性思维能力量表-中文版(critical thinking disposition inventory—Chinese version,CTDI-CV)、学生自主学习能力评价量表评价,比较2组教学满意度。结果Mini-CEX联合MDT组理论知识、实际操作技能评分较传统培训组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);Mini-CEX联合MDT组问诊能力、临床诊断、操作能力、查体能力、治疗方案、沟通能力评分较传统培训组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);Mini-CEX联合MDT组CTDI-CV评分较传统培训组低,自主学习能力评分、教学满意度较传统培训组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。Mini-CEX联合MDT组教学满意度(97.14%)较传统培训组高(85.71%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在急诊科住院医师规范化培训中运用Mini-CEX联合MDT教学,可提升规范化培训住院医师理论及实践操作成绩,提升其综合临床能力、评判性思维能力、自学能力及教学满意度。 展开更多

地下室防水工程质量是保障建筑工程使用功能的关键一环,对其工程质量潜在缺陷进行风险评价具有重要意义。本文首先将地下室防水工程划分为勘察设计、施工、竣工验收、复查四个工程阶段,识别出21个风险点以构建其风险指标体系;其次,运用G... 地下室防水工程质量是保障建筑工程使用功能的关键一环,对其工程质量潜在缺陷进行风险评价具有重要意义。本文首先将地下室防水工程划分为勘察设计、施工、竣工验收、复查四个工程阶段,识别出21个风险点以构建其风险指标体系;其次,运用G1法和改进CRITIC法分别求出各指标的主、客观权重,并利用博弈论确定综合权重;最后,基于云模型建立地下室防水工程质量潜在缺陷风险评价模型并应用于实际工程案例,风险评价结果与模糊综合评价结果和实际情况一致。研究结果表明:基于博弈论-云模型的风险评价模型综合考虑主、客观因素对地下室防水工程质量风险等级的影响,评价结果合理可靠,可为TIS机构有效评价地下室防水工程质量风险等级提供技术支持。 展开更多

目的探究理论-实践-互动式教学法(theory-practice-interactive teaching method,TPI)在儿科护理教学中的应用效果。方法选择2020年9月—2022年10月中国医科大学附属盛京医院进行儿科实习的护理本科生为研究对象。实习时间在2020年9月-2... 目的探究理论-实践-互动式教学法(theory-practice-interactive teaching method,TPI)在儿科护理教学中的应用效果。方法选择2020年9月—2022年10月中国医科大学附属盛京医院进行儿科实习的护理本科生为研究对象。实习时间在2020年9月-2021年9月者为传统教学组,给予传统教学方式教学,实习时间在2021年10月—2022年10月者为TPI教学组,给予TPI法教学。2组教学内容、授课教师及教学时间相同,统计2组教学后理论及实际操作技能成绩,教学前、后给予2组学生批判性思维能力量表(critical thinking disposition inventory-Chinese version,CTDI-CV)评价,通过学生自主学习评价量表评价2组学生学习动机、学习合作能力、信息素质、自我管理能力,比较2组教学满意度。结果TPI教学组理论知识、实际操作技能评分较传统教学组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。TPI教学组学生学习动机、学习合作能力、信息素质、自我管理能力、CTDI-CV评分较传统教学组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。TPI教学组教学满意度(97.78%)较传统教学组高(84.44%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论在儿科护理教学中运用TPI教学法,可提升学生教学成绩、实践能力、自学能力及批判性思维能力,提升教学满意度。 展开更多

We use non-equilibrium molecular dynamics simulations to calculate the self-diffusion coefficient, D, of a Lennard Jones fluid over a wide density and temperature range. The change in self-diffusion coefficient with temperature decreases by increasing density. For density ρ* = ρσ3 = 0.84 we observe a peak at the value of the self-diffusion coefficient and the critical temperature T* = kT/ε = 1.25. The value of the self-diffusion coefficient strongly depends on system size. The data of the self-diffusion coefficient are fitted to a simple analytic relation based on hydrodynamic arguments. This correction scales as N-α, where α is an adjustable parameter and N is the number of particles. It is observed that the values of a 〈 1 provide quite a good correction to the simulation data. The system size dependence is very strong for lower densities, but it is not as strong for higher densities. The self-diffusion coefficient calculated with non-equilibrium molecular dynamic simulations at different temperatures and densities is in good agreement with other calculations fronl the literature. 展开更多

By the proposition we try to cogitate from a new viewpoint the ancient yet ever new solid earth system. The author abstracts the fundamental problem of the solid earth system from the essence of the generalized geological systems and processes which reads: the complexity and self organized criticality of the global nature, structure and dynamical behavior of the whole solid earth system emerging from the multiple coupling and superposition of non linear interactions among the multicomponents of the earths material and the multiple generalized geological (geological, geophysical, and geochemical) processes . Utilizing the dissipative structure theory, the evolutionary process of vibrating liquefaction in saturated granules was analyzed. When the irreversible force increases to some degree, the system will be in a state far from equilibrium, and the new structure probably occurs. According to synergetics, the equation of liquefaction evolution was deduced, and the evolutionary process was analyzed by dynamics. The evolutionary process of vibrating liquefaction is a process in which the period doubling accesses to chaos, and the fluctuation is the original driving force of system evolution. The liquefaction process was also analyzed by fractal geometry. The steady process of vibrating liquefaction obeys the scaling form, and shows self-organized criticality in the course of vibration. With the increment of the recurrence number, the stress of saturated granules will decrease rapidly or lose completely, and the strain will increase rapidly, so that the granules can not sustain load and the "avalanche" phenomenon takes place. 展开更多

We study the self-gravitating stars with a linear equation of state,P=ap,in AdS space,where a is aconstant parameter.There exists a critical dimension,beyond which the stars are always stable with any central energydensity;below which there exists a maximal mass configuration for a certain central energy density and when the centralenergy density continues to increase,the configuration becomes unstable.We find that the critical dimension dependson the parameter a,it runs from d=11.1429 to 10.1291 as a varies from a=0 to 1.The lowest integer dimension for adynamically stable self-gravitating configuration should be d=12 for any a ∈ [0,1] rather than d=11,the latter is thecase of self-gravitating radiation configurations in AdS space. 展开更多

Landslide and Basin Self-organized Criticality in the Lushan Hot Spring Area

Defining a basin under a critical state(or a self-organized criticality) that has the potential to initiate landslides,debris flows,and subsequent sediment disasters,is a key issue for disaster prevention.The Lushan Hot Spring area in Nantou County,Taiwan,suffered serious sediment disasters after typhoons Sinlaku and Jangmi in 2008,and following Typhoon Morakot in 2009.The basin's internal slope instability after the typhoons brought rain was examined using the landslide frequency-area distribution.The critical state indices attributed to landslide frequency-area distribution are discussed and the marginally unstable characteristics of the study area indicated.The landslides were interpreted from Spot 5 images before and after disastrous events.The results of the analysis show that the power-law landslide frequency-area curves in the basin for different rainfall-induced events tend to coincide with a single line.The temporal trend of the rainfallinduced landslide frequency-area distribution shows 1/f noise and scale invariance.A trend exists for landslide frequency-area distribution in log-log space for larger landslides controlled by the historical maximum accumulated rainfall brought by typhoons.The unstable state of the basin,including landslides,breached dams,and debris flows,are parts of the basin's self-organizing processes.The critical state of landslide frequency-area distribution could be estimated by a critical exponent of 1.0.The distribution could be used for future estimation of the potential landslide magnitude for disaster mitigation and to identify the current state of a basin for management. 展开更多

So far much effort has been made to understand the development of electrical treeing. For the simulation based study of electrical treeing, the most common method is to apply DBM stochastic model to simulate the growing of electrical treeing patterns. Previous simulation results showed that this stochastic model is capable of simulating the real electrical treeing patterns in a point-to-plane electrode system. However, this model only allows the tree channels to propagate on equipotential lines proportional to local electrical field. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a novel stochastic model to simulate the electrical patterns in order to get a good agreement with experimental results. 展开更多
