Wind energy based on induction generator situates in a foreground position in the total energy produced using renewable sources. In the last few decades, a new self- excitation generator was based on multi-stator induction strongly emerges. This article presents a systematic modelling, a detailed analysis and the performance analysis of self-excitation dual stator winding induction generator (SE-DSWIG). The modelling of the SE-DSWIG was done with taking in account the common mutual leakage inductance between stators and the magnetizing inductance, which played a principal role in the stabilization of the output voltage in the steady state. The generator feeds the end user emulated by an inductive-resistive load. In order to simulate the weather conditions’ variation, a step change of the prime mover speed was applied on the SE-DSWIG. A passive series and shunt compensator was used to mitigate the voltage sag and swell appeared in the power system due to wind variation and the lack of reactive power consumed by the inductive load.展开更多

To improve the launch efficiency of medium-and high-velocity MSSICG,we propose an optimization design scheme combining orthogonal experimental design(OED) and self-consistent design method in this paper. The OED is introduced to reduce the number of iterations and improve the identification accuracy and efficiency. A self-consistent design model is established to overcome a defect that the parameters that need to be optimized will multiply as the number of coil stages increases. The influence of six factors(radial thickness of armature, axial length of armature, axial length of coil, capacitance, wire diameter, and slip speed) on the launch efficiency are then evaluated by range analysis. This work presents a valuable reference for optimizing medium-and high-velocity MSSICG.展开更多

Trehalose, a non reducing disaccharide used as protective agent a...Bacillus subtilis is a non-pathogenic Gram-positive bacterium that has been widely used to produce industrially and pharmaceutically relevant proteins. Trehalose, a non reducing disaccharide used as protective agent and additive in foodstuffs and pharmaceutical products, can be prepared by trehalose synthase(TreS). The present work aims to construct a robust recombinant B. subtilis to achieve the secretory expression of TreS. In this study, the treS gene from Pseudomonas putida ATCC47054 was amplified by PCR and further cloned and expressed in B. subtilis WB800 N using pHT01 as expression vector. For avoiding the use of inducer, promoter P_(srfA) was used to replace the promoter P_(grac) in pHT01 and verify the activity of recombinant trehalose synthase. The TreS activity assay was employed to evaluate the performance of recombinant B. subtilis W800 N under different phosphate concentrations, carbon sources, carbon source concentrations, nitrogen sources and pH. The results showed that the P_(srfA) promoter had a good regulation effect under pH 8.0 condition, and the enzyme activity reached 6 000 U/L. Using the PhoD as the secretory signal peptide, TreS was effectively secreted, and the extracellular enzyme activity reached 2 100 U/L, accounting for 35% of the total enzyme activity. By optimizing the medium and fermentation conditions, the extracellular enzyme activity reached 6 900 U/L in 5 L of fermentor, and the proportion reached 48%. The pHT01-P_(srfA)-PhoD-treS secretory recombinant B. subtilis constructed in this study has great potential in trehalose synthase production.展开更多

If we model the particle as a spherical shell of radius R, and calculate the force of one piece of this shell on another and eventually integrate over the whole particle, there will be a net force on the particle due to the breakdown of Newton’s third law. This symmetry breaking mechanism relies on the finite size of the particle;thus, as Feynman has stated, conceptually this mechanism doesn’t make good sense for point particles. Nonetheless, in the point particle limit, two terms survive in the self-force series: R0 and R-1 terms. The R0 term can alternatively be attributed to the well-known radiation reaction but the origin of R-1 term is not clear. In this study, we will show that this new term can be accounted for by an inductive mechanism in which the changing magnetic field induces an inductive force on the particle. Using this inductive mechanism, we derive R-1 term in an extremely easy way.展开更多

大部分现有的用于预测环状RNA(circRNA)与疾病之间关联关系的计算模型通常使用circRNA和疾病相关数据等生物学知识,配合已知的circRNA-疾病关联信息对来挖掘出潜在的关联信息。然而这些模型受已知关联构成的网络稀疏性、负样本过少等固...大部分现有的用于预测环状RNA(circRNA)与疾病之间关联关系的计算模型通常使用circRNA和疾病相关数据等生物学知识,配合已知的circRNA-疾病关联信息对来挖掘出潜在的关联信息。然而这些模型受已知关联构成的网络稀疏性、负样本过少等固有问题的影响,导致预测性能不佳。因此,在图自动编码器基础上引入归纳式矩阵补全及自注意力机制进行二阶段融合,以实现circRNA-疾病关联预测,由此构建的模型叫GIS-CDA(Graph auto-encoder combining Inductive matrix complementation and Self-attention mechanism for predicting Circ RNA-Disease Association)。首先,计算circRNA集成和疾病集成的相似性,并利用图自动编码器学习circRNA和疾病的潜在特征,以获得低维表征;接着,将学习到的特征输入归纳式矩阵补全,以提高节点之间的相似性和依赖性;然后,将circRNA特征矩阵和疾病特征矩阵整合为circRNA-疾病特征矩阵,以增强预测的稳定性和精确性;最后,引入自注意力机制,从特征矩阵中提取重要特征,并减少对其他生物信息的依赖。五折交叉和十折交叉验证的结果显示:GIS-CDA获得的平均接收者操作特征曲线下面积(AUROC)值分别为0.9303和0.9393,前者比基于KATZ测度的人类circRNA-疾病关联预测模型(KATZHCDA)、基于深度矩阵分解方法的circRNA-疾病关联(DMFCDA)预测模型、RWR(Random Walk with Restart)和基于加速归纳式矩阵补全的circRNA-疾病关联(SIMCCDA)预测模型分别高出了13.19、35.73、13.28和5.01个百分点;GIS-CDA的精确率-召回率曲线下面积(AUPR)值分别为0.2271和0.2340,前者比上述对比模型分别高出了21.72、22.43、21.96和13.86个百分点。此外,在circRNADisease、circ2Disease和circ R2Disease数据集上的消融实验和案例研究进一步验证了GIS-CDA在预测circRNA-疾病的潜在关联方面具有较好的性能。展开更多
