AIM: To investigate whether ANNs and LDA could recognize patients with ABG in a database, containing only clinical and biochemical variables, of a pool of patients with and without ABG, by selecting the most predictive variables and by reducing input data to the minimum.METHODS: Data was collected from 350 consecutive outpatients (263 with ABG, 87 with non-atrophic gastritis and/or celiac disease [controls]). Structured questionnaires with 22 items (anagraphic, anamnestic, clinical, and biochemical data) were filled out for each patient. All patients underwent gastroscopy with biopsies. ANNs and LDA were applied to recognize patients with ABG.Experiment 1: random selection on 37 variables, experiment 2: optimization process on 30 variables, experiment 3:input data reduction on 8 variables, experiment 4: use of only clinical input data on 5 variables, and experiment 5:use of only serological variables.RESULTS: In experiment 1, overall accuracies of ANNs and LDA were 96.6% and 94.6%, respectively, for predicting patients with ABG. In experiment 2, ANNs and LDA reached an overall accuracy of 98.8% and 96.8%,respectively. In experiment 3, overall accuracy of ANNs was 98.4%. In experiment 4, overall accuracies of ANNs and LDA were, respectively, 91.3% and 88.6%. In experiment 5, overall accuracies of ANNs and LDA were,respectively, 97.7% and 94.5%.CONCLUSION: This preliminary study suggests that advanced statistical methods, not only ANNs, but also LDA,may contribute to better address bioptic sampling during gastroscopy in a subset of patients in whom ABG may be suspected on the basis of aspecific gastrointestinal symptoms or non-digestive disorders. 展开更多

It is generalized in the sense that here we have taken the larger primary body to be in shape of an oblate spheroid. The equilibrium points are sought by the application of the propellant for which it would just balance the gravitational forces. The launching flight of such a satellite is seen to be applicable for having arbitrary space stations for these different missions. This paper studies the existence and stability of the artificial equilibrium points (AEPs) in the low-thrust restricted three-body problem when both the primaries are oblate spheroids. The artificial equilibrium points (AEPs) are generated by canceling the gravitational and centrifugal forces with continuous low-thrust at a non-equilibrium point. Some graphical investigations are shown for the effects of the relative parameters which characterized the locations of the AEPs. Also, the numerical values of AEPs have been calculated. The positions of these AEPs will depend not only also on magnitude and directions of low-thrust acceleration. The linear stability of the AEPs has been investigated. We have determined the stability regions in the xy, xz and yz-planes and studied the effect of oblateness parameters A1(0A1?and ?A2(0A2<1) on the motion of the spacecraft. We have found that the stability regions reduce around both the primaries for the increasing values of oblateness of the primaries. Finally, we have plotted the zero velocity curves to determine the possible regions of motion of the spacecraft. 展开更多

The present study was conducted to present the comparative modeling, predictive and generalization abilities of response surface methodology (RSM) and artificial neural network (ANN) for the thermal structure of stabilized confined jet diffusion flames in the presence of different geometries of bluff-body burners. Two stabilizer disc burners tapered at 30° and 60° and another frustum cone of 60°/30° inclination angle were employed all having the same diameter of 80 (mm) acting as flame holders. The measured radial mean temperature profiles of the developed stabilized flames at different normalized axial distances (x/dj) were considered as the model example of the physical process. The RSM and ANN methods analyze the effect of the two operating parameters namely (r), the radial distance from the center line of the flame, and (x/dj) on the measured temperature of the flames, to find the predicted maximum temperature and the corresponding process variables. A three-layered Feed Forward Neural Network in conjugation with the hyperbolic tangent sigmoid (tansig) as transfer function and the optimized topology of 2:10:1 (input neurons: hidden neurons: output neurons) was developed. Also the ANN method has been employed to illustrate such effects in the three and two dimensions and shows the location of the predicted maximum temperature. The results indicated the superiority of ANN in the prediction capability as the ranges of R2 and F Ratio are 0.868 - 0.947 and 231.7 - 864.1 for RSM method compared to 0.964 - 0.987 and 2878.8 7580.7 for ANN method beside lower values for error analysis terms. 展开更多

The establishment and development of artificial seed technology is to quickly reproduce excellent varieties or hybrids,which can be applied to hybrid generation seeds produced by the three-two line method.For some varieties that are difficult to propagate with seeds or plant species with unstable genetic traits and poor fertility,artificial seed technology can also be used for mass reproduction.In particular,some new plants created through genetic engineering,such as somatic hybrids or transgenic plants,can be propagated or maintained by artificial seed technology.In addition,artificial seed technology can be used for the maintenance and rapid propagation of virus-free seedlings.Compared with ordinary test tube seedlings,artificial seeds have low cost,convenient transportation,and to a certain extent reduce vitrified seedlings.In particular,the production of artificial seeds does not occupy a large amount of soil.It can be produced all year round.Therefore,the research on artificial seeds has developed rapidly in the world. 展开更多

The region coverage control problem of multiple stratospheric airships system is firstly addressed in this paper.Towards it,we propose a two-layer control framework with the artificial potential field(APF)-based region coverage control law and the adaptive tracking control law.The APF-based region coverage control law ensures the coverage task is achieved until every single stratospheric airship ends up performing station keeping where near the respective global minimum point,in which an innovative solution to the local minimum problem is put forward.The adaptive tracking control law is designed to realize motion control using tracking the desired velocity and angular velocity given by coverage control law,with the consideration of several practical control problems as unknown individual differences and external disturbances.To save resources,the combined self-/event-triggered mechanism designed therein significantly reduces the times of state information transmission and control law calculation.The effectiveness of the proposed control framework is verified through simulations. 展开更多

The present paper focuses on the wave radiation by an oscillating body with six degrees of freedom by using the DtN artifi-cial boundary condition.The artificial boundary is usually selected as a circle or spherical surface to solve various types of fields,such as sound waves or electromagnetic waves,provided that the considered domain is infinite or unbounded in all directions.However,the substantial wave motion is considered in water of finite depth,that is,the fluid domain is bounded vertically but unbounded horizon-tally.Thus,the DtN boundary condition is given on an artificial cylindrical surface,which divides the water domain into an interior and exterior region.The boundary integral equation is adopted to implement the present model.In the case of a floating cylinder,the results of hydrodynamic coefficients of a chamfer box are discussed. 展开更多

为适应防灾减灾工作的需要,广东省地震局联合中国地震局地球物理勘探中心、河南省地球物理空间信息研究院于2021年在粤东地区实施了人工地震宽角反射/折射探测,以期获得粤东地区深部地壳速度结构.本文采用地震射线走时正演对粤东地区NW... 为适应防灾减灾工作的需要,广东省地震局联合中国地震局地球物理勘探中心、河南省地球物理空间信息研究院于2021年在粤东地区实施了人工地震宽角反射/折射探测,以期获得粤东地区深部地壳速度结构.本文采用地震射线走时正演对粤东地区NW向连平—河源—海丰测线数据进行了处理解释,构建了该剖面的二维壳幔速度结构模型.该模型表明,沿剖面自NW向SE,莫霍面深度由32 km缓慢抬升至29 km,广州—恩平断裂带、河源—邵武断裂带和政和—大埔断裂带的对应位置都显示莫霍面有抬升现象;研究区存在多条NE向展布深大断裂;中地壳发育低速异常区域(低速体)受断裂控制,主要分布于政和—大埔断裂带NW内陆方向,可能与中生代早期岩浆活动形成的花岗岩质岩浆相关.我们认为壳内低速区域(低速体)可能是影响研究区深部孕震环境的重要因素. 展开更多

人形机器人不仅要求具备人类的智力,还必须拥有类似人类的身体,从而塑造出具有实体形态的通用人工智能。人的身体不仅是生物学意义上的肉体形态,也是人的全部感知和内在精神生发的重要场域,更是社会关系形成的基本节点。身体和精神是人... 人形机器人不仅要求具备人类的智力,还必须拥有类似人类的身体,从而塑造出具有实体形态的通用人工智能。人的身体不仅是生物学意义上的肉体形态,也是人的全部感知和内在精神生发的重要场域,更是社会关系形成的基本节点。身体和精神是人的主体性生成的核心基础。人的身体通过发挥感知能力和运动经验参与认知活动,通过完成有意识的或无意识的行为来进行社会活动。人的身体、与身体相关的非精神要素、人的精神是不可分割的统一体。人形机器人的本质就是对人类身体的仿造和对人类行为的模仿。通过技术手段仿造经过数百万年自然发展而来的“人”的形态与功能,将会导致“人”这一概念的异化。这一过程割裂了身体与精神的统一关系,存在消解人对于他人的认知统一性、技术滥用、人权危机等一系列风险。人形机器人产业的发展必须摒弃技术中立的观念,重视“人的形式”在法治中的价值。 展开更多

目的:探讨自稳式人工椎体(artificial vertebral body,AVB)在颈前路椎体次全切除内固定融合手术(anterior cervical corpectomy and fusion,ACCF)中的短期应用效果。方法:遵循牛津IDEAL(Idea,Development,Exploration,Assessment,and Lo... 目的:探讨自稳式人工椎体(artificial vertebral body,AVB)在颈前路椎体次全切除内固定融合手术(anterior cervical corpectomy and fusion,ACCF)中的短期应用效果。方法:遵循牛津IDEAL(Idea,Development,Exploration,Assessment,and Long-term Follow-up)方法学原则,采用单臂探索型研究的方法,纳入脊髓型颈椎病患者进行回顾性分析。所有患者均接受单节段ACCF手术,术中植入3D打印自稳式AVB,术后规律随访。采用日本骨科协会(Japanese Orthopedics Association,JOA)脊髓损害评分表评估手术前后神经功能改善情况,依据术后6个月的影像学测量数据评估融合情况。结果:共纳入11例病例,随访时间均超过6个月,手术时的平均年龄(57.2±10.2)岁,平均手术时间(76.1±23.1)min,中位出血量150(100,200)mL。术后无吞咽困难、血肿形成、神经功能损伤加重等并发症出现。至末次随访,JOA评分由术前的13.2±2.2恢复至末次随访时的16.3±0.8,恢复率为85.9%。假体平均沉降距离为(1.2±1.1)mm,1例假体出现超出3 mm的严重沉降(9.1%)。颈椎前凸角度较术前显著改变(P=0.013)。至术后6个月时,所有病例均实现融合。结论:自稳式AVB在单节段ACCF中的短期应用效果良好,融合率高,具有零切迹的优势,并发症少。 展开更多

目的探讨女性体质量指数(BMI)对排卵障碍不孕患者行夫精人工授精(AIH)助孕妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2022年5月在我中心因排卵障碍因素行AIH助孕的不孕患者共1240个周期的临床资料,根据女性不同BMI值分为4组:BMI<19 ... 目的探讨女性体质量指数(BMI)对排卵障碍不孕患者行夫精人工授精(AIH)助孕妊娠结局的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2022年5月在我中心因排卵障碍因素行AIH助孕的不孕患者共1240个周期的临床资料,根据女性不同BMI值分为4组:BMI<19 kg/m^(2)为低体重组(n=154)、19 kg/m^(2)≤BMI<24 kg/m^(2)为正常体重组(n=799)、24 kg/m^(2)≤BMI<27 kg/m^(2)为超重组(n=197)、BMI≥27 kg/m^(2)为肥胖组(n=90),比较各组患者的一般情况、促排卵及AIH治疗、妊娠结局及新生儿情况;采用多因素Logistic回归分析临床妊娠率和活产率的影响因素。结果各组间女方年龄、不孕年限、既往妊娠和促排卵次数、及基础FSH水平比较均无显著差异(P>0.05),超重组和肥胖组基础雌二醇(E 2)水平显著高于正常体重组(P<0.05),与正常体重组比较,低体重组、超重组和肥胖组患者抗苗勒管激素(AMH)水平显著降低(P<0.05)。与正常体重组比较,超重组和肥胖组促排卵方案中使用尿促性腺激素(HMG)所占比例显著升高(P<0.05),各组间优势卵泡数、授精日内膜厚度、精液参数、授精时机和次数比较均无显著差异(P>0.05)。低体重组临床妊娠率显著低于正常体重组(P<0.05),各组间多胎妊娠率、流产率、异位妊娠率、活产率、新生儿出生体重和性别比比较无显著差异(P>0.05),低体重组早产率显著高于正常体重组(P<0.05),超重组和肥胖组剖宫产比例显著高于正常体重组(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,排除年龄和卵巢储备功能等混杂因素后,女性BMI对AIH临床妊娠率和活产率无显著影响(P>0.05)。结论对于排卵障碍性超重和肥胖患者,BMI的升高并未降低其AIH临床妊娠率和活产率,而低体重可能潜在降低患者AIH的临床妊娠率。 展开更多

目的探讨胸部超低剂量CT扫描条件下滤波反投影、自适应统计迭代重建、深度学习图像重建(DLIR)等不同重建算法对人工智能影像辅助肺炎定量分析(uAI-Discover-NCP)和图像质量的影响。方法纳入陕西中医药大学附属医院2023年7月~2023年12月... 目的探讨胸部超低剂量CT扫描条件下滤波反投影、自适应统计迭代重建、深度学习图像重建(DLIR)等不同重建算法对人工智能影像辅助肺炎定量分析(uAI-Discover-NCP)和图像质量的影响。方法纳入陕西中医药大学附属医院2023年7月~2023年12月就诊的43例肺炎复查患者,采用个性化超低剂量CT扫描,原始数据分别采用滤波反投影、40%强度的自适应统计迭代重建、不同强度DLIR(DLIR-M、DLIR-H)、在DLIR-H处理上叠加E2的边缘强化(DLIR-H+E2)重建图像,共获得5组图像。测量5组图像空气、肺组织、胸主动脉、左肩胛下肌、胸10椎体的CT值、噪声值,计算信噪比。2位医师对5组图像肺整体质量及肺炎显示进行5分制主观评分。将图像导入CT影像辅助肺炎定量分析软件进行独立分析,记录肺炎指数、肺炎体积及肺炎体积百分比、肺炎质量及肺炎质量百分比。采用重复测量方差分析或Friedman秩和检验比较各组定量参数及主观评分的差异。结果5组图像在肺实质、胸主动脉、左肩胛下肌、胸10椎体组织CT值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而各组织噪声及信噪比的总体差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中DLIR-H组的图像噪声最低、信噪比最高,与其他4组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2位医师对各组图像的主观评分一致性高(Kappa=0.811~0.894),5组图像的整体图像质量、肺炎显示评分总体差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),DLIR-H与DLIR-H+E2组整体图像质量、肺炎显示主观评分最高,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。5个肺炎定量参数(肺炎指数、肺炎体积及肺炎体积百分比、肺炎质量及肺炎质量百分比)组间总体差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超低剂量扫描条件下,影像辅助肺炎定量分析结果不受重建算法的影响。与滤波反投影、自适应统计迭代重建40%相比,高强度深度学习图像重建能显著降低图像噪声、明显提升图像质量,在临床诊断有较大的优势。 展开更多

调节水体营养平衡是控制富营养化水体碳、氮、磷营养负荷及恢复水体生态系统的重要手段。从微生物、水生植物和水生动物三方面剖析了基于营养平衡调控的水体生态修复机理。着重介绍了基于营养平衡调控的工程修复方法(生态浮岛,沉水植物... 调节水体营养平衡是控制富营养化水体碳、氮、磷营养负荷及恢复水体生态系统的重要手段。从微生物、水生植物和水生动物三方面剖析了基于营养平衡调控的水体生态修复机理。着重介绍了基于营养平衡调控的工程修复方法(生态浮岛,沉水植物,人工湿地,微生物修复)的原理、优缺点及改良方法。生态浮岛易受水生植物的根茎长度及系统碳源的限制,可悬浮复合填料或提供还原态无机物作为电子供体替代有机碳源;将水生动物、微生物与沉水植物结合可提高沉水植物修复法的环境适应性;人工湿地存在碳氧水平和基质碳源不足的问题,可通过增氧和向基质添加天然有机物质、无机底物等方法解决;微生物修复受到的限制因素较少。未来可在工程应用中组合使用上述修复方法,从而构建多级水生态平衡系统。 展开更多
