The self-protection ag...Static secure techniques, such as firewall, hierarchy filtering, distributed disposing,layer management, autonomy agent, secure communication, were introduced in distributed intrusion detection. The self-protection agents were designed, which have the distributed architecture,cooperate with the agents in intrusion detection in a loose-coupled manner, protect the security of intrusion detection system, and respond to the intrusion actively. A prototype self-protection agent was implemented by using the packet filter in operation system kernel. The results show that all the hosts with the part of network-based intrusion detection system and the whole intrusion detection system are invisible from the outside and network scanning, and cannot apperceive the existence of network-based intrusion detection system. The communication between every part is secure. In the low layer, the packet streams are controlled to avoid the buffer leaks exist ing in some system service process and back-door programs, so as to prevent users from misusing and vicious attack like Trojan Horse effectively.展开更多
We present a conceptual configuration of a high-temperature superconducting(HTS)magnet made from REBCO(Re=Rare Earth,B=Barium,C=Copper,O=Oxide)annular plates,called a Bitter-like HTS magnet,which can operate in pe...We present a conceptual configuration of a high-temperature superconducting(HTS)magnet made from REBCO(Re=Rare Earth,B=Barium,C=Copper,O=Oxide)annular plates,called a Bitter-like HTS magnet,which can operate in persistent current mode without joint resistance and can be excited by a flux pump and without current leads and a persistent power supply.An REBCO annular magnet which can generate 1.5 T corresponding to the operating current density 80%of critical current density of the magnet at an operating temperature of65 K is conceptually designed.Then the thermal stability of the magnet is numerically simulated by Comsol software.Whein a piece of RBCO annular plate quenches,the maximum released energy is its stored energy because each REBCO annular plate in the Bitter-like magnet is in parallel.To calculate the stored energy in the REBCO annular plate,the inductance of every annular plate,including self-inductance and mutual inductance,is calculated.Compared with the minimum quench energy(MQE)and stored energy in one REBCO annular plate,the stored energy in one REBCO annular plate is always smaller than the MQE,and the REBCO annular plate will not be damaged even though the stored energy in the REBCO annular plate is fully released,which indicates that this 1.5 T Bitter-like magnet has the property of self-protection.展开更多

The equilibrium lev...The impact of risk correlation on firm's investments in information system security is studied by using quantification models combining the ideas of the risk management theory and the game theory. The equilibrium levels of self-protection and insurance coverage under the non- cooperative condition are compared with socially optimal solutions, and the associated coordination mechanisms are proposed. The results show that self-protection investment increases in response to an increase in potential loss when the interdependent risk is small; the interdependent risk of security investments often induce firms to underinvest in security relative to the socially efficient level by ignoring marginal external costs or benefits conferred on others. A subsidy on self-protection investment from the government can help coordinate a firm's risk management decision and, thereby, improve individual security level and overall social welfare.展开更多

We defined generalized relations and generalized reasoning, introduced the concept of steady multilateral systems with two non-compatibility relations, and discussed its energy properties. Later based on the intervention principle in image mathematics of TCMath and treated the research object of the image mathematics as a steady multilateral system, it has been proved that the mathematical intervening principle is true. Objectives:Rural areas are the weakest place for epidemic prevention and control,yet few studies have specifically conducted surveys in rural areas.The purpose of this study is to assess rural residents’knowledge of ...Objectives:Rural areas are the weakest place for epidemic prevention and control,yet few studies have specifically conducted surveys in rural areas.The purpose of this study is to assess rural residents’knowledge of the COVID-19 and its prevention in China.Methods:A cross-sectional survey study containing 1,426 samples was conducted in Fuqing,China to assess rural residents’knowledge of the COVID-19 and its prevention.Logistic regression was used to identify potential differences in participants’knowledge of COVID-19 and its prevention and control in different population subgroups.Results:The mean and median of residents’knowledge of COVID-19 was 5.53 and 6 points,respectively.The mean and median of residents’knowledge related to self-protection against COVID-19 was 10.34 and 11 points,respectively.Older adults(AOR45e59=2.26,95%CI 1.20 to 4.27;AOR60-69=3.13,95%CI 1.63 to 5.98;AOR70=4.68,95%CI 2.35 to 9.33)were more deficient in knowledge of COVID-19.Those who were better educated and with a higher average annual household income were less likely to be deficient in the knowledge of COVID-19 and knowledge of self-protection against COVID-19.Moreover,those who were single,divorced,or widowed(AOR=1.67,95%CI 1.13 to 2.46)were more deficient in the knowledge of self-protection against COVID-19.Conclusions:Our study suggests that when facing a pandemic like COVID-19,the key is to inform the public to understand simple and effective self-protection measures.Therefore,we call on the govern-ments to give priority to publicity and education on self-prevention measures for the targeted pop-ulations and regions.This is most evident among the vulnerable groups like those who were unmarried,elderly,and those with low education or low income.Similar suggestions may be of use in other countries as well.展开更多

In some countries, the level of terroristic threat is extremely high. For that reason, there are specific requirements to the nuclear PSs intended for use in the developing countries. The presented report includes the comparative analysis of characteristic properties of those coolants, their impact on reactor safety, reliability and operating characteristics. With linearized lambda-phage viral DNA as the model DNA, fragmentation of macro-DNA by various indispensable laboratory manipulations were investigated using a high sensitivity flow cytometric setup. Investigated manipulations included pipetting, vortexing, rocking, freeze-thawing, ultrasonication and ultrafiltration. “Exhaustive counting” of the intact lambda DNA molecules following such manipulations enabled a quantitative assessment of the resulting fragmentation, which also revealed the type of degradation reflected in the fragmentation patterns. The use of high sensitivity flow cytometry was especially suited to investigate the degradation of dilute DNA solutions that may not be suitable for analysis using traditional methods. Notable findings of this study included: the boarderline-size of DNA chains in terms of susceptibility to shear stresses by such manipulations;discernable instability of nicked DNAs;shattering-fragmentation of DNAs by freeze-thawing or ultrasonication;effectiveness of some protection media;marked “self-protection effect” of concentrated DNA solutions. These findings support and refine our traditional knowledge on how to maintain the physical integrity of macro-DNA molecules against inevitable laboratory manipulations.展开更多

The main point of the conflict is that for traditional type reactors the increase of requirements to safety of nuclear power plants (NPP) worsens their economical characteristics. This is caused by large potential energy accumulated in reactor coolant. In the presented paper the opportunity and expediency of changeover to reactors with heavy liquid-metal coolants (HLMC) in future NP is grounded. First of all, this refers to lead-bismuth coolant (LBC) mastered in the process of operating nuclear submarines (NS) reactors. The reactor facilities (RFs) of that type cannot cause destruction of defense barriers and make possible deterministic elimination of severe accidents with catastrophic radioactivity release. So it will make possible to eliminate the highlighted conflict and reasons for existence of population’s radiophobia. Lead-bismuth fast reactor SVBR-100 with electric power of 100 MWe is the reactor facility of that type. The effect of accumulated in coolant potential energy on safety and economics is considered. Main specific features of SVBR-100 technology providing a high level of inherent self-protection and passive safety are presented.展开更多

Weld metal containing different aluminium elements contents was obtained by changing the content of aluminum powder...A kind of self-protective flux cored wire has been developed for joining 960 MPa high strength steel. Weld metal containing different aluminium elements contents was obtained by changing the content of aluminum powder in the composition of the flux core. The strength and toughness of weld metal were tested by tensile test and impact test at different temperatures, and the influence mechanism of aluminium element on the microstructure and mechanical properties of weld metal was analyzed by means of metallographic microstructure observation and scanning electron microscope observation. The results show that aluminium element content on impact ductility of weld metal of 960 MPa high strength steel is great, but the influence on tensile strength and elongation of weld metal is little. With increasing aluminium element contents of weld metal, the impact energy of weld metal increases at first and then decreases, the best aluminium element content of weld metal is 0.2 wt.%. Aluminium oxide is easy to be formed in weld metal with low aluminium element contents, and the aluminium oxide can easily become nucleation particle for acicular ferrite. It is conducive to formation more acicular ferrite and will improve impact absorbing energy of weld metal. Aluminium nitride will easily formed in weld metal with high aluminium element content, and the coarse ferrite microstructure appears in weld metal and reduces impact energy of weld metal.展开更多

However, it is accompanied with insufficie...Erythrocyte membrane(EM)-camouflaged chemotherapeutic delivery nanovehicles hold promise for solid tumor therapy because of their excellent biostability and biocompatibility. However, it is accompanied with insufficient targeting effect and deficient pharmacokinetic behavior due to the lack of a regulated biointerface to navigate and overcome biological transportation obstacles in solid tumor therapy.Herein, an anti-epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) aptamer(EApt) modified and EM-cloaked chemotherapeutic nanomissile delivery system was constructed. The anchored-EApt acting as a specific EGFR suppressor promotes to inhibit the overexpression of EGFR and initiate the cell apoptosis. Importantly, the resulting PLGA-DOX@EM-EApt orchestrated the bioactivity of each component and provided synergistic cell apoptosis and antitumor effects by precisely suppressing EGFR expression levels and delivering DOX. The in vitro and in vivo experimental results confirmed that the immune escape and active targeting behaviors of PLGA-DOX@EM-EApt could significantly promote its drug retention and tumor inhibition abilities. Our findings propose a novel strategy using the biointerface functionalization technique, demonstrating a promising therapeutic platform via a biomimetic drug delivery system for precise solid tumor recognition and synergistic therapy.展开更多
Among the factors which restrict the large-scale utilization of magnesium-based hydride as a hydrogen storage medium,the high operating temperature,slow kinetics,and air stability in particular are key obstacles.In th...Among the factors which restrict the large-scale utilization of magnesium-based hydride as a hydrogen storage medium,the high operating temperature,slow kinetics,and air stability in particular are key obstacles.In this work,a novel method,namely hydriding combustion synthesis plus short-term mechanical milling followed by air exposure,was proposed to synthesize air stable and autocatalytic magnesium nickel hydride(Mg2NiH4),which shows excellent hydrogen absorption/desorption kinetics,capacity retention and oxidation resistance.The short-term-milled Mg2NiH4 can desorb 2.97 wt.%hydrogen within 500 s at 230℃.Even after exposure under air atmosphere for 67 days,it can still desorb 2.88 wt.%hydrogen within 500 s at 230℃.The experimental and theoretical results both indicated that the surface of as-milled Mg2NiH4 was easy to be oxidized under air atmosphere.However,the in-situ formed Ni during air exposure of Mg2NiH4 improved the hydrogen desorption kinetics,and the formed surface passivation layer maintained the hydrogen storage capacity and avoided further poisoning,which we called autocatalytic and self-protective effect.Such a novel dual effect modified the reaction activity and oxidation resistance of the air-exposed Mg2NiH4.Our findings provide useful insights into the design and preparation of air stable metal-based hydride for large-scale utilization and long-term storage.展开更多

In the presented report, the specific requirements which must be met by the NPT proposed for use in developing countries are formulated, basic statements of the SVBR-100 concept are presented, design and principal scheme of the reactor fa-ility are described, major characteristics of SVBR-100 are summarized.
文摘The article reviews the stable logic analysis model of complex systems or steady multilateral systems with two non-compatibility relations. Energy concept in Physics is introduced to the multilateral systems and used to deal with the multilateral system diseases. By using mathematical reasoning, it is demonstrated that the treatment principle: “Virtual disease is to fill his mother but real disease is to rush down his son” and “Strong inhibition of the same time, support the weak” which due to the “Yin Yang Wu Xing” Theory in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
文摘Fast reactors used lead-bismuth eutectic (LBE) and lead as coolants possess very high level of inherent self-protection and passive safety against severe accident. So, population radiophobia can be overcome. That type of reactors can be simultaneously more safely and more cheaply. As all other coolants, LBE and lead coolant (LC) possess the certain virtues and shortcomings. The presented report includes the comparative analysis of characteristic properties of those coolants, their impact on reactor safety, reliability and operating characteristics. The conclusion is made about promising usage of FRs with these coolants in future NP after the experience in operating of the prototypes of such reactors has been obtained.
文摘The degree and characteristics of physical degradation of macro-DNA molecules by common laboratory manipulations are reported. With linearized lambda-phage viral DNA as the model DNA, fragmentation of macro-DNA by various indispensable laboratory manipulations were investigated using a high sensitivity flow cytometric setup. Investigated manipulations included pipetting, vortexing, rocking, freeze-thawing, ultrasonication and ultrafiltration. “Exhaustive counting” of the intact lambda DNA molecules following such manipulations enabled a quantitative assessment of the resulting fragmentation, which also revealed the type of degradation reflected in the fragmentation patterns. The use of high sensitivity flow cytometry was especially suited to investigate the degradation of dilute DNA solutions that may not be suitable for analysis using traditional methods. Notable findings of this study included: the boarderline-size of DNA chains in terms of susceptibility to shear stresses by such manipulations;discernable instability of nicked DNAs;shattering-fragmentation of DNAs by freeze-thawing or ultrasonication;effectiveness of some protection media;marked “self-protection effect” of concentrated DNA solutions. These findings support and refine our traditional knowledge on how to maintain the physical integrity of macro-DNA molecules against inevitable laboratory manipulations.
文摘The conflict between safety and economics requirements is peculiar to the present nuclear power (NP). The main point of the conflict is that for traditional type reactors the increase of requirements to safety of nuclear power plants (NPP) worsens their economical characteristics. This is caused by large potential energy accumulated in reactor coolant. In the presented paper the opportunity and expediency of changeover to reactors with heavy liquid-metal coolants (HLMC) in future NP is grounded. First of all, this refers to lead-bismuth coolant (LBC) mastered in the process of operating nuclear submarines (NS) reactors. The reactor facilities (RFs) of that type cannot cause destruction of defense barriers and make possible deterministic elimination of severe accidents with catastrophic radioactivity release. So it will make possible to eliminate the highlighted conflict and reasons for existence of population’s radiophobia. Lead-bismuth fast reactor SVBR-100 with electric power of 100 MWe is the reactor facility of that type. The effect of accumulated in coolant potential energy on safety and economics is considered. Main specific features of SVBR-100 technology providing a high level of inherent self-protection and passive safety are presented.

文摘A kind of self-protective flux cored wire has been developed for joining 960 MPa high strength steel. Weld metal containing different aluminium elements contents was obtained by changing the content of aluminum powder in the composition of the flux core. The strength and toughness of weld metal were tested by tensile test and impact test at different temperatures, and the influence mechanism of aluminium element on the microstructure and mechanical properties of weld metal was analyzed by means of metallographic microstructure observation and scanning electron microscope observation. The results show that aluminium element content on impact ductility of weld metal of 960 MPa high strength steel is great, but the influence on tensile strength and elongation of weld metal is little. With increasing aluminium element contents of weld metal, the impact energy of weld metal increases at first and then decreases, the best aluminium element content of weld metal is 0.2 wt.%. Aluminium oxide is easy to be formed in weld metal with low aluminium element contents, and the aluminium oxide can easily become nucleation particle for acicular ferrite. It is conducive to formation more acicular ferrite and will improve impact absorbing energy of weld metal. Aluminium nitride will easily formed in weld metal with high aluminium element content, and the coarse ferrite microstructure appears in weld metal and reduces impact energy of weld metal.
文摘In order to solve the problem that the traditional space jamming countermeasure cannot deal with the mainlobe self-protecting jammings,a polarization-space joint mainlobe jamming countermeasure technique based on divided dimensions is proposed.Specifically,the digital beam of each row and column is firstly formed by using dual polarization digital receiving in multi-channel.Then,the polarization-space joint cancellation in both azimuth and elevation dimensions is carried out based on the polarization-space joint difference between the target echo and the jamming,as well as the divided dimension feature of the row and column beams.Finally,the sum and difference beams of the full array in the elevation or azimuth dimension are formed by the beams after jamming cancelling,and the monopulse angle measurement is further employed to obtain target angles.The effectiveness of the proposed technique is verified by simulations,indicating that the self-protecting jamming and multiple mainlobe following jammings can be both cancelled simultaneously with the angle measurement unchanged.

文摘Erythrocyte membrane(EM)-camouflaged chemotherapeutic delivery nanovehicles hold promise for solid tumor therapy because of their excellent biostability and biocompatibility. However, it is accompanied with insufficient targeting effect and deficient pharmacokinetic behavior due to the lack of a regulated biointerface to navigate and overcome biological transportation obstacles in solid tumor therapy.Herein, an anti-epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) aptamer(EApt) modified and EM-cloaked chemotherapeutic nanomissile delivery system was constructed. The anchored-EApt acting as a specific EGFR suppressor promotes to inhibit the overexpression of EGFR and initiate the cell apoptosis. Importantly, the resulting PLGA-DOX@EM-EApt orchestrated the bioactivity of each component and provided synergistic cell apoptosis and antitumor effects by precisely suppressing EGFR expression levels and delivering DOX. The in vitro and in vivo experimental results confirmed that the immune escape and active targeting behaviors of PLGA-DOX@EM-EApt could significantly promote its drug retention and tumor inhibition abilities. Our findings propose a novel strategy using the biointerface functionalization technique, demonstrating a promising therapeutic platform via a biomimetic drug delivery system for precise solid tumor recognition and synergistic therapy.

文摘Among the factors which restrict the large-scale utilization of magnesium-based hydride as a hydrogen storage medium,the high operating temperature,slow kinetics,and air stability in particular are key obstacles.In this work,a novel method,namely hydriding combustion synthesis plus short-term mechanical milling followed by air exposure,was proposed to synthesize air stable and autocatalytic magnesium nickel hydride(Mg2NiH4),which shows excellent hydrogen absorption/desorption kinetics,capacity retention and oxidation resistance.The short-term-milled Mg2NiH4 can desorb 2.97 wt.%hydrogen within 500 s at 230℃.Even after exposure under air atmosphere for 67 days,it can still desorb 2.88 wt.%hydrogen within 500 s at 230℃.The experimental and theoretical results both indicated that the surface of as-milled Mg2NiH4 was easy to be oxidized under air atmosphere.However,the in-situ formed Ni during air exposure of Mg2NiH4 improved the hydrogen desorption kinetics,and the formed surface passivation layer maintained the hydrogen storage capacity and avoided further poisoning,which we called autocatalytic and self-protective effect.Such a novel dual effect modified the reaction activity and oxidation resistance of the air-exposed Mg2NiH4.Our findings provide useful insights into the design and preparation of air stable metal-based hydride for large-scale utilization and long-term storage.

文摘Compared with Karl Polanyi’s first Great Transformation,the emergence of the even more influential financial capitalism can be called the second Great Transformation.The global expansion of financial capitalism has extended its power beyond the remit of nation-states as governments,firms,families and individuals are increasingly guided and reshaped by financial markets,producing a trend toward the financialization of social life.An important social consequence is the ever more marked separation of financial markets from society,a separation that has gradually eroded the power of the state,trade unions and civil society and aggravated the employment crises,the polarization of rich and poor and the structural inequality of developed capitalist countries.In the face of society’s erosion by financial capital,the West has taken measures of social self-protection,but these have so far had little effect.To establish a new financial and market governance structure at the global level that will effectively cope with the negative impact of financial capitalism is a long and arduous task.
