Vessels with semi-closed tanks(i.e.,well docks)are widely applied in the military operation and maritime engineer-ing.The water is bound by the semi-closed floating tank and forced by both the incident waves and ship’s motions.The free surface oscillations inside the flooded well dock is thus distinctive and very complicated.So far,the natural modes of semi-closed floating tanks have not yet been studied.This paper investigates the characteristics of natural modes of a floating semi-closed tank by combining a mode-resolving model based on mild-slope equations and a hydrodynamic model based on computational fluid dynamics.Results show that the first three natural periods(i.e.,74,23.6,and 14 s)of the tank fall into the band of swell and infragravity waves and they could be triggered under certain circumstance.Multi-period free surface oscillations are observed inside the tank,including the longest natural period(i.e.,74 s),though the incident waves are monochromatic.A possible generation mechanism for the long-period mode is explained on the basis of liquid sloshing and harbor oscillations.Moreover,a long-period component with a period close to the natural mode of well dock is observed in the ship motions,which is generated by the interaction between the waves and ship. 展开更多

The haematopoietic stem cell transplantation(HSCT)ward serves as a temporary residence for patients following their surgical procedures,necessitating adherence to rigorous aseptic standards.However,the current atmosphere within these wards frequently contributes to feelings of depression among patients.Research indicates that a restorative environment has the potential to alleviate negative emotional states in individuals.This study utilized the HSCT ward of Peking University First Hospital as a case study to examine the decorative preferences.This investigation was conducted through a questionnaire that was informed by the patients’inherent preferences and insights derived from research on restorative environments.The results indicated that the incorporation of floral decorations,particularly those resembling sunflowers,in ward corridors,communal activity areas,and walls can significantly enhance patients’sense of hope.Additionally,it is essential to improve the environmental visual experience in the nurses’lounge and demonstration rooms for medical staff. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Restrictive practices(RPs)are defined by measures linked to physical and chemical restraints to reduce the movement or control behaviours during any emergency.Seclusion is an equal part of RPs intended to isolate and reduce the sensory stimulation to safeguard the patient and those within the vicinity.Using interventions by way of virtual reality(VR)could assist with reducing the need for RPs as it could help reduce anxiety or agitation by way of placing users into realistic and immersive environments.This could also aid staff to and change current RPs.AIM To assess the feasibility and effectiveness of using a VR platform to provide reduction in RP training.METHODS A randomised controlled feasibility study,accompanied by evaluations at 1 month and 6 months,was conducted within inpatient psychiatric wards at Southern Health National Health Service Foundation Trust,United Kingdom.Virti VR scenarios were used on VR headsets to provide training on reducing RPs in 3 inpatient psychiatric wards.Outcome measures included general self-efficacy scale,generalised anxiety disorder assessment 7(GAD-7),Burnout Assessment Tool 12,the Everyday Discrimination Scale,and the Compassionate Engagement and Action Scale.RESULTS Findings revealed statistically significant differences between the VR and treatment as usual groups,in the Everyday Discrimination Scale items Q8 and Q9:P=0.023 and P=0.040 respectively,indicating higher levels of perceived discrimination in the VR group.There were no significant differences between groups in terms of general self-efficacy,generalised anxiety disorder assessment 9,and Burnout Assessment Tool 12 scores.A significant difference was observed within the VR group for compassionate engagement from others(P=0.005)over time.Most respondents recorded System Usability Scale scores above 70,with an average score of 71.79.There was a significant reduction in rates of RPs in the VR group vs treatment as usual group with a fluctuating variability observed in the VR group likely due to external factors not captured in the study.CONCLUSION Ongoing advancement of VR technology enables the possibility of creating scenarios and simulations tailored to healthcare environments that empower staff by providing more comprehensive and effective training for handling situations. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the application effect of humanized nursing management in pediatric rehabilitation wards.Methods:82 pediatric patients admitted to our hospital between January 2023 and January 2024 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.Among them,the control group was given routine care,while the observation group received humanized nursing management,and the clinical nursing effects and situations of the two groups of children were compared and analyzed.Results:After nursing,the observation group showed significantly better performance in intelligent Developmental Quotient(DQ)values(P<0.05).The clinical nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(χ^(2)=11.710,P<0.05).Conclusion:Humanized nursing management for patients in pediatric rehabilitation wards not only improves their recovery but also significantly enhances parental satisfaction,which is worth learning from and promoting in clinical settings. 展开更多

Heteroatom-doped meso/micro-porous carbon materials are conventionally produced by harsh carbonization under an inert atmosphere involving specific precursors,hard/soft templates,and heteroatom-containing agents.Herein,we report a facile synthesis of N and O co-doped meso/micro-porous carbon(NOMC)by template-free carbonization of a small-molecule precursor in a semi-closed system.The semi-closed carbonizaiton process yields hydrophilic NOMCs with large surface area in a high yield.The porous structure as well as the elemental composition of NOMCs can be modulated by changing the holding time at a particular temperature.NOMCs as metal-free heterogeneous catalysts can selectively oxidize benzyl alcohol and its derivatives into aldehydes/ketones with>85%conversion in aqueous solution,which is much higher than that of the control sample obtained in tube furnace(21%conversion),mainly due to their high N content,high percentage of pyridinic N,and large surface area.The presence of O-containing moieties also helps to improve the hydrophilicity and dispersion ability of catalysts and thus facilitates the mass transfer process during aqueous oxidation.The NOMC catalysts also dispayed excellent activity for a wide range of substrates with a selectivity of>99%. 展开更多

A preliminary study on the distribution of sediment transport and siltation within a semi-closed harbour as well as the factors affecting the siltation has been made with a suspended sediment model, in which the Lianyungang port is used as the prototype. Based on the work, this paper describes a tubid water experiment within a typical excavated harbour basin. According to the experimental results some expressions for predicting the average siltation amount for semi-closed harbour basins by means of dimensional analysis have been proposed, with tidal features, harbour geometry and properties of sediment taken into account. Through comparing the calculated results with the laboratory and field measured data, it has been shown that the expressions presented in this paper are reasonable. 展开更多

某三级医院鲍曼不动杆菌临床分布及耐药性变迁

目的:分析川北医学院附属医院分离的鲍曼不动杆菌(AB)的临床分布及耐药情况,了解其变化趋势。方法:分析川北医学院附属医院分离的764株AB的临床分布及药敏试验结果,并与课题组前期研究结果进行对比分析。结果:本次检出的AB在各标本中及... 目的:分析川北医学院附属医院分离的鲍曼不动杆菌(AB)的临床分布及耐药情况,了解其变化趋势。方法:分析川北医学院附属医院分离的764株AB的临床分布及药敏试验结果,并与课题组前期研究结果进行对比分析。结果:本次检出的AB在各标本中及在临床科室的占比与川北医学院附属医院2004~2008年和2011~2014年报告数据存在统计学差异(P<0.05),三个时期均以痰标本检出率最高(73.1%~84.2%),ICU和神经外科占比位列前两位;近年急诊科的AB分离率高达17.3%。三个时期12种抗菌药的合计耐药率分别为69.2%、79.6%和58.1%(P<0.05)。2020~2021年,AB对所试13/16种抗菌药的耐药率均>50%。2020~2021年神经外科和ICU分离菌株对所试12种抗菌药的合计耐药率分别为66.5%和75.4%,较2011~2014年的耐药率(分别为79.7%和84.1%)降低(P<0.05)。结论:川北医学院附属医院AB主要见于呼吸道感染,以ICU、神经外科和急诊科较为常见。AB(尤其在ICU和神经外科病房)多重耐药现象较为严重。规范抗菌药物使用和加强细菌耐药性实时监测具有重要意义。 展开更多

“针灸科嵌入式查房”管理模式提升临床医疗效能:以上海某二级医院糖尿病周围神经病变病种为例

目的 构建“针灸科嵌入式查房”模式,研究其对于提升糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)诊治及预后的应用效果。方法 医院于2021年10月引入并实施“针灸科嵌入式查房”,开始改革针灸诊疗模式。实施前收集2019年10月至2021年10月我院内分泌科收治的... 目的 构建“针灸科嵌入式查房”模式,研究其对于提升糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)诊治及预后的应用效果。方法 医院于2021年10月引入并实施“针灸科嵌入式查房”,开始改革针灸诊疗模式。实施前收集2019年10月至2021年10月我院内分泌科收治的DPN患者85例,实施后收集2021年10月至2023年6月我院内分泌科收治的DPN患者96例,共181例患者。对比改实施前后DPN患者医疗服务能力(平均住院日、平均住院费用、中医非药物治疗费用、中医非药物治疗率)、患者就医感受度(7 d满意度、30 d满意度)等相关质量安全指标。结果 与实施前相比,实施后平均住院日缩短,平均住院费用减少,平均中医非药物治疗费用增加,中医非药物治疗率提高(P <0.05)。实施后,内分泌科、针灸科的7 d满意度、30 d满意度均比实施前上升(P <0.05)。结论 实施“针灸科嵌入式查房”模式能够对该病种增强医疗服务能力,提升临床医疗效能,缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,提升患者就医感受。 展开更多

目的科学合理设置病房布局和规模,实现床位效能最优化。方法选取医院2022年住院统计报表及DRG相关数据,包括出院人次、实际占用床日数、床位使用率、病床周转次数等。运用指数分布图将全院病区分为四类,建立床位工作效率模型和病床产出... 目的科学合理设置病房布局和规模,实现床位效能最优化。方法选取医院2022年住院统计报表及DRG相关数据,包括出院人次、实际占用床日数、床位使用率、病床周转次数等。运用指数分布图将全院病区分为四类,建立床位工作效率模型和病床产出效率模型,并引入CMI指标进行调整。结果医院有40%的病区位于“效率型”象限,5.3%位于“压床型”象限,28%位于“周转型”象限,26.7%位于“空置型”象限。经CMI调整后的病床产出效率、病区布局显著改善,实现了资源的优化配置。结论通过床位工作效率和病床产出效率进行床位合理区间估算,结合实际情况进行适时床位调整和人员调配,有效提升了医院运营效率。 展开更多
