Provincial agricultural research institutes are local agricultural research institutions.They are familiar with local agricultural and ru-ral conditions,and have advantages in scientific and technological achievements,technical reserves and the construction of scientific and tech-nological talent support systems.In the process of promoting the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,all the responsibilities and obligations of the agricultural research institute are to identify the focus of scientific and technological support and talent support in rural revital-ization,and break the bottleneck and constraints of rural revitalization.By sorting out the current situation of agricultural science and technolo-gy experts serving the grassroots in the problem of talent support for rural revitalization,this paper analyzed the existing problems and put for-ward countermeasures and recommendations.

Reliability Indices Evaluation of LV Distribution System and Inclusion of Protective Devices for Reliability Improvement

This paper analyzes the reliability of low voltage(LV)distribution system of the Sri Lankan power system.Performance of LV distribution systems where mainly domestic consumers depend on the individual components of the system.Failure rates of elements of the system are calculated based on the historical data of the LV distribution system in a semi-urban area.Load point reliability indices are calculated using the analytical method.Consumer-oriented reliability parameters and energy not served,and its cost are determined.As a method of improvement of reliability,inclusion of fuses to the lateral feeders of the main feeder is proposed.Load point reliability indices,consumer-oriented reliability indices,and energy not served are calculated for the distribution system with fuses in lateral feeders.The results are compared with the reliability indices of the present system and analyzed.

The mechanisms for the regulation of synaptic dopamine （DA） include its release from presynaptic vesicles, its interaction with post-synaptic and pre-synaptic DA receptors, the reuptake of DA, via dopamine transporter （DAT）, the diffusion of DA and its metabolism by mono-amine oxidase （MAO） and cate- chol-O-methyl transferase （COMT）. DA controls complex and specialized functions including, movements, behavior, mood, perception, reward, and more recently, neurogenesis （Popolo et al., 2004; Reimer et al., 2013） and neuroregeneration （Hoglinger et al., 2004; Yang et al., 2008）. These functions are varied and of high fidelity. Movement, as an example, requires regulatory mechanisms for initiating, stopping, slowing-down speed- ing-up, changing directions, for governing the relentless urges to move in the young and sedentariness in the old as well as in motor-freezing, catalepsy, tremor and stereotypy.

中国进口天然气运输脆弱性分析

随着“双碳”战略的推进,中国对天然气的需求与日俱增,天然气对外依存度逐渐升高,为保证中国进口天然气的稳定供应,对其运输进行脆弱性分析极为必要。基于VSD评估框架,从暴露度、敏感性、适应能力3个维度建立脆弱性评价指标体系,结合SERV模型构建改进后的计算方程,定量分析中国进口天然气运输脆弱性,并建立因子贡献度模型识别主要影响因子。研究结果表明:中国进口天然气运输脆弱性大致经历了高速增长、小幅下降、小幅上升和波动下降4个阶段;脆弱性的3个维度随时间变化呈现不同的变化趋势;从指标体系中识别出10项指标对中国进口天然气运输脆弱性影响较大。为降低中国进口天然气运输脆弱性,应加强管网建设,做好海运航线规划;加快储气调峰设施建设;深化合作,优化天然气进口来源结构;加速能源结构调整,提升应对进口价格波动能力。

基于WebGIS的公路养护管理系统设计研究

高速公路被誉为一个国家走向现代化的桥梁,随着我国经济的快速发展,其规模日益扩大。面对日趋复杂和庞大的交通网络,对公路养护工作自动化、现代化也具有迫切的需求。针对此种情况,本文采用主要系统建设模式为WebGIS作为开发平台,ArcGIS Server作为发布平台,SQL Server和Geodatabase作为数据库、在Visual Studio 2019.net环境下,利用ArcSDE中间插件技术开发了公路养护管理系统,形成了一套公路养护管理系统设计方案。

Correlation between psychological traits and the use of smart medical services in young and middle-aged adults: An observational study

BACKGROUND Psychological problems affect economic development.However,there is a huge gap between mental health service resources and mental health service needs.Existing mental health service technology and platforms cannot meet all the diverse mental health needs of people.Smart medicine is a new medical system based online that can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of medical services and make mental health services accessible.AIM To explore the level of intelligent medical use among young and middle-aged people and its correlation with psychological factors.METHODS Convenience sampling was used to select 200 young and middle-aged patients with medical experience at the Third People's Hospital of Chengdu between January 2022 and January 2023 as the research subjects.The general condition Questionnaire,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire,Symptom Checklist-90,General Health Questionnaire,and Smart Medical Service Use Intention Questionnaire were used to collect data.Pearson’s correlation was used to analyze the correlation between the participants’willingness to use smart medical services and their personality characteristics,psychological symptoms,and mental health.RESULTS The results revealed that the mental health of young and middle-aged people was poor,and some had psycho-logical problems such as anxiety,depression,and physical discomfort.Familiarity,acceptance,and usage of smart healthcare in this population are at a medium level,and these levels correlate with psychological characteristics.Acceptance was positively correlated with E,and negatively correlated with P,anxiety,fear,anxiety/insomnia,and social dysfunction.The degree of use was negatively correlated with P,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,depression,anxiety,hostility,paranoia,and somatic symptoms.CONCLUSION The familiarity,acceptance,and usage of smart medical services among the middle-aged and young groups are related to various psychological characteristics.
