The Mao Zedong Zao Qi Wen Gao[Early Manuscripts of Mao Zedong]is a collection of young Mao Zedong’s manuscripts from 1912 to 1920 and is a record of his growth during his youth.It is worth mentioning that the views of women’s liberation and progress have a place in Mao Zedong’s early manuscripts.This study focuses on reviewing and discussing the motivation behind young Mao Zedong’s attention to women’s liberation and progress issues,his relevant views in these manuscripts,and how these views played a role in his growth into a Marxist.This study aims to explore,from the perspective of women’s studies,the thought basis and virtues that led young Mao Zedong to become a Marxist.

The Human Rights Legislation Practices of the Communist Party of China During the War of Liberation

During the War of Liberation,the liberated areas,under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,kept deepening and developing the concepts and ideas of protecting human rights,promulgated a series of human rights laws and related administrative programs,and put them into practice.The contents included not only the political rights of citizens but also their economic,social,and cultural rights,with emphasis on the protection of the rights to subsistence and development.The human rights legislation in the liberated areas has a wartime and class-based nature due to its social environment.It reflects the transition of the Communist Party of China from a revolutionary party to a ruling party on the historical stage.It played an important role in directing,advancing,and promoting the progress of democracy and the rule of law at that time and accumulated experience for the human rights legislation after the founding of the People’s Republic of China.History proves that the Communist Party of China has always been a political party dedicated to fighting for the human rights of the Chinese people,and only the Communist Party of China can lead China’s human rights development to a deeper level.

Tibet's Peaceful Liberation Is a Just Cause of the Chinese People

The State Council Information Office released the document ＂Sixty Years Since Tibet＇s Peaceful Liberation＂ on July11, 2011 to mark the event. It is the ninth white paper on Tibet the Chinese government has issued. The white pa- per reviews the 60 years of history since Tibet was peacefully liberated in 1951, highlighting the extraordinary achieve- ments that Tibet has scored thanks to democratic reform, establishment of the autonomous region, socialist devel- opment and the economic reform and opening-up policies.

陕西省猪流行性腹泻病毒S基因克隆与生物学信息分析

【目的】分析2014-2021年陕西省猪群猪流行性腹泻病毒(PEDV)主要毒力基因的生物学信息特征,揭示陕西省PEDV流行毒株基因变异情况,为防控猪流行性腹泻提供理论参考。【方法】参考PEDV全基因序列设计4对引物,采用RT-PCR方法分段扩增10株陕西省PEDV流行毒株S基因。利用生物信息分析软件,将获得的PEDV流行毒株S基因与GenBank中公开的57株PEDV序列进行比对分析。【结果】获得了10株陕西省PEDV流行毒株S基因全序列,长度为4149~4167 bp。将序列上传GenBank,获得相应的登录号为OL855978~OL855987。系统进化树分析显示,67个PEDV毒株分为G1a、G1b、G2a和G2b 4个亚群,10株PEDV流行毒株均属于G2b亚群,且遗传距离较近,与我国多个省区近年流行毒株亲缘关系较近。同源性分析结果表明,10株流行毒株之间S基因核苷酸序列同源性为95.4%~98.3%,氨基酸同源性为91.0%~98.1%;10株流行毒株与疫苗毒株S基因核苷酸序列同源性为91.7%~98.5%,氨基酸同源性为87.8%~98.5%。与G1a亚群的SD-M、CV777疫苗毒株核苷酸、氨基酸相比同源性均较低,而与G2b亚群的AJ1102、LNCT2、LW/L、XJ-DB2疫苗毒株核苷酸、氨基酸相比同源性均较高。与CV777 S蛋白相比较,共有88个氨基酸位点出现变异,变异位点占总位点数的6.36%(88/1383),其中在59~62位氨基酸有7株毒株出现了QGVN插入,在140位氨基酸有8株毒株出现N插入,在160~161位氨基酸有7株毒株出现DG缺失。S蛋白主要的中和表位、抗原表位和单抗识别表位出现多个变异位点。二级结构预测发现,与CV777相比较,多数流行毒株S蛋白的α螺旋、无规则卷曲占比稍有增加,β转角、延伸占比有所下降。S蛋白糖基化位点预测结果表明,与CV777株相比,流行毒株有多个引入或缺失的糖基化位点。【结论】陕西省PEDV流行毒株S蛋白抗原性发生了较大变化,推测疫苗免疫保护效果下降与此密切相关。

Factors Controlling Precipitation of Barite and Witherite and Genesis of the Ankang-Xunyang Barium Deposits,Shaanxi,China

The barium deposits in Ankang and Xunyang counties,Shaanxi Province,China,occur in the northernmost part of the world-class barium metallogenic belt in south Qinling.The deposits are hosted by the Lower Silurian carbonaceous siliceous rocks,with a unique combination of barite and witherite.The homogenization temperatures of fluid inclusions in the barite are mainly concentrated between 135 and 155 ℃,whereas those from the witherite have two peaks of 165-175 ℃,and 215-225℃,respectively.Laser Raman analysis of fluid inclusions indicates that the vapor phase of fluid inclusions in barite is dominated by H_2O,although some contains N_2,H_2S,and CH_4.The compositions of the vapor and liquid phases of fluid inclusions in witherite can be divided into two end-members,one dominated by H_2O without other volatiles,and the other containing CH_4,C_2H_6,C_3H_8,C_2H_4,and C_6H_6 in addition to H_2O.CO_2,H_2S,and some CH_4 are interpreted as products of chemical reactions during mineralization.Organic gases（CH_4,C_2H_6,C_3H_8,C_2H_4,and C_6H_6） in the fluids were critical in the formation of barium sulfate versus carbonate.The δ^（34）S values of barite range from 38.26‰ to54.23‰（CDT）,the δ^（34）S values of sulfides coexisting with barium minerals vary from 22.44‰ to25.11‰（CDT）,and those in the wall rock from 11.60‰ to 19.06‰（CDT）.We propose that the SO_4^（2-）generally experienced bacterial sulfate reduction in seawater before mineralization,and some SO_4^（2-）also experienced thermochemical sulfate reduction in hydrothermal system during mineralization.The δ^（13）C values of witherite range from-27.30‰ to-11.80‰（PDB）,suggesting that carbon was sourced from organic substances（like CH_4,C_2H_4,and C_2H_6）.The formation of witherite was possibly associated with thermochemical sulfate reduction,which caused the consumption of the organic gases and SO_4^（2-） in the hydrothermal solutions,consequently inhibiting barite formation.The important conditions for forming witherite include high fluid temperatures,high Ba^（2＋） concentrations,CO_2 in the fluids,low HS^- concentrations,and the subsequent rapid diffusion of H_2S during thermochemical sulfate reduction of the fluids.

The Liberal Hawks and the China Strategy of the Biden Administration

Since the Biden administration came to power, the liberal hawks who uphold the liberal internationalist strategy have regained a significant influence on foreign affairs and national security, prioritized the repair of U.S. hegemony, and maintained strategic competition with China initiated by the Trump administration. When compared with the paradigm of competition of the Trump administration, the liberal hawks of the Biden administration have improved the strategic logic of competition with China and refined the relevant policy layout to render it compatible with the overall agenda of the Democratic Party. Enhancing strategic competition with China under the leadership of the liberal hawks has not been in the interests of China, the United States(U.S.), or the entire world. The healthy and stable development of China–U.S. relations requires additional rational and pragmatic policies from the side of the U.S.

Pursuit for Women's Equality in American Liberalistic Literary Thought

Analyzed from the viewpoint of women's equality,as key factors,equality of thought,equality of rights and equality of personal dignity are also the core directions pursued by American liberalistic literature. The prominence of intrinsic meaning and value exerted by equality of thought and equality of personal dignity on free development goals of American society can ensure further enhancement of the equality of women's social rights and an increasingly rising new- level of social democratic development,expressing the features of the society and times embodied by American literalistic literary thought.
