Isolation and diagnosis of Helicobacter pylori by a new method: Microcapillary culture

AIM:To investigate the performance of the microcapillary culture method(MCM) in Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori) isolation and diagnosis.METHODS:Microcapillary culture(MC),classical culture(CC),rapid urease(CLO) test,and histopathologic examination(HE) were performed with biopsy samples.Homogenized biopsy samples were loaded into capillary tubes and incubated for 48 h at 37 ℃ without providing a microaerophilic environment.Additionally,three or four loops of the homogenized sample were inoculated in a ready-to-use selective medium(Becton Dickinson,Helicobacter Agar,Modified) specific for the isolation of H.pylori and incubated at 37 ℃ in a microaerophilic atmosphere provided by Campy Gen(Becton Dickinson,Gas Pack).Bacteria reproducing in microcapillary tubes were evaluated in an inverted microscope and also were evaluated after performing a CC with the content.Results obtained by CC,CLO test,and HE were compared with those of MC.The diagnostic performances of the methods used in this study were evaluated for specificity,sensitivity,positive predictive value(PPV),negative predictive value(NPV),and CI.RESULTS:H.pylori was found positive by CLO test +HE and/or CC culture in 26 patient antrum and corpus biopsy samples.In 25(25/26) patient biopsy samples,H.pylori was isolated by MCM,whereas in only 14(14/26) patient biopsy samples,H.pylori was isolatedby CC.CLO test and HE were found positive in 17(17/26) patient biopsy samples.Comparing the results of the isolation of H.pylori by MCM,CC,CLO test,and HE,the sensitivity of the MCM was found as 96%,the specificity as 80%,the PPV as 83%,the NPV as 95%,and the 95%CI as 0.76(χ2 =31.51,P < 0.01) whereas the sensitivity of the CC was found as 54%(χ2 =19.15,P < 0.01),and the sensitivity of the CLO test and HE were found as 65%(χ2 =25.26,P < 0.01).CONCLUSION:This new microcapillary cultivation method for H.pylori has high diagnostic sensitivity compared with CC,HE,and CLO tests.

Re-examination of the Two-Body Problem Using Our New General System Theory

It is well-known that philosophical conflicts exist among classical mechanics,quantum mechanics and relativistic mechanics.In order to use the framework of general system theory to unify these three mechanics subjects,a new general system theory is developed based on a new ontology of ether and minds as the fundamental existences in the world.The two-body problem is the simplest model in mechanics and in this paper,it is re-examined by using our new general system theory.It is found that the current description of the classical full two-body problem is inappropriate since the observer and the measurement apparatus have not been explicitly considered.After considering these,it is actually a three-body problem while only the special case of the Kepler problem is the two-body problem.By introducing the concepts of psychic force and psychic field,all the possible movement states in the two-body problem can be explained within the framework of classical mechanics.There is no need to change the meanings of many fundamental concepts,such as time,space,matter,mass,and energy as done in quantum mechanics and relativity theory.This points out a new direction for the unification of different theories.

The Travelling Muse Cathay and the Influence of Chinese Classical Poems on Ezra Pound＇s Poetics＊

This paper intends to study Ezra Pound＇s early poetics and his modemist poetry through a close research of the Eastern elements in the shaping process of his poetics and the significance and influence of his poetic thoughts on the American New Poetry Movement. In order to clarify the essence of Pound＇s early poetics under the influence of Chinese classical poems, the paper starts from the discussion of the influence of Cathay （1915） and his translation of Cathay; then it provides a detailed analysis of the relationship between Chinese classical poems and Pound＇s creation; and finally it has given an analysis of ＂In a Station of the Metro＂. Pound absorbed different poetic concepts from all of them and transformed his poetry from the conventional Romanticism to the innovative Modemism. What Pound innovated in the poetry composition is of great importance if the new era wishes to shake off the banality and out-of-date tradition in literature. Pound changed a whole generation of poets and set a good example for those who desire to write in a new way

On the Trajectory Prediction of a Throwing Object Using New General System Theory

Trajectory prediction for the movement of a given object is one of the main tasks for the classical mechanics but in orthodox quantum mechanics,this task was announced to be an impossibility for the(sub-)atomic particles by famous Heisenberg’s uncertainty principle.Of course,such an epistemology is against the philosophical beliefs of many scientists and currently another version of trajectory quantum mechanics known as Bohmian mechanics also exists.In order to unify the conflicts among classical mechanics,quantum mechanics,and relativity theory,a new general system theory(NGST)was proposed by the present author and his colleagues.The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate that it is not the scale that matters but the living nature whether the object is lifeless or living.By using the psychic force concept introduced in NGST,Newton’s second law is applied to analyze five different types of objects.They are a stone,a coin,a cat,a person,and an electron.It is found that the classical mechanics has provided adequate room to explain the various newly observed phenomena for orthodox quantum mechanics and relativity theory and for human beings various parapsychological phenomena can also be explained by classical mechanics.Therefore,it is concluded that generalization of classical mechanics is adequate and no need to develop revolutionary quantum mechanics and relativity theory.

A Comparison of New General System Theory Philosophy With Einstein and Bohr

The New General System theory was developed to be a theory of everything for complex systems within the world we can observe.This theory was constructed by supplementing a new mind-ether ontology into Bertalanffy’s general system theory framework.This theory is basically a generalization of classical mechanics rather than a revolution to it taken both by Einstein and Bohr in developing their relativity theory and quantum mechanics.The purpose of this paper is to reveal the reasons why Einstein and many others fail to unify relativity theory with quantum mechanics through comparing the main differences in philosophical opinions among NGST,Einstein,and Bohr.It is the hope of the authors that this clarification could speed up the unification process.

并非“扩音器”——重评钱玄同在五四新文化运动中的作用

钱玄同在新文化运动中借用与转化中国传统的经学与小学资源,将中国传统学问融入五四思想革命、文学革命、汉字革命之中。首先,钱玄同转化章太炎与康有为的经学资源,将“经”贬黜为毫无价值的“史料”,颠覆所有经书,从传统经学内部获得反叛传统的可能性,使五四思想革命具有“飓风”般的爆发力;其次,钱玄同作为小学大家,在进行文学革命时,用文字学、音韵学、训诂学的学理来证明五四白话文理念有其建立的可行性;再次,他在推行五四汉字革命时,仍以传统小学资源来论证“改用拼音”的学理性与时代必然性,用极端的方式推动了中国汉字的现代变革。钱玄同从中国自身的学术主体内部促进新文化运动的发展,让五四获得了一种新的方法论,这使他有自己独立、独特的“声音”。

五四时期白话与文言关系论

汉语构成在中国古代是白话与文言并存,文言是主体,白话是补充。五四新文化运动提倡白话,但并不否定文言文,“废除”的不是文言文,而是文言文的主体地位,无论是在理论上,还是在实践上,文言文在当时都不可能被禁止和弃用,也不应该被禁止和弃用。文言与白话在五四时期经历了巨大的地位变化:白话文最初是争合法地位,后来是争主体地位,维持主体地位;文言文最初是保主体地位,后来是争合法地位,保应用上的“一席之地”。五四时期语言“保守派”从来不否认白话文,他们只是反对用白话文取代文言文,“激进派”从来不否定文言文,他们只是提倡在白话文的基础上建立新的“国语”,他们反对的是文言文的汉语主体地位。无论在过去,还是现在,白话与文言都不是互相排斥、“你死我活”的关系,而是主次分明、相辅相成、并存竞争关系。

“形式的反作用”与“时代折光”——论贺敬之的新古体诗

新古体诗是贺敬之在新的历史阶段的又一艺术创新。面对社会语境的变化,立足自身承担的文艺工作使命,贺敬之创建新的抒情方式,以“形式的反作用”传达出面向丰富的“时代的折光”。贺敬之一方面清楚旧体诗具有形式束缚内容的一面;另一方面也敏锐意识到,旧体诗在表现某些特定题材的时候有其优长所在。通过对旧体诗取其便利、去其束缚,贺敬之打造出“新古体诗”这一兼具传统特色与当代品格的艺术形式。结合贺敬之对创作观念的阐述,分析其诗作可以看出,新古体诗兼具形式再造和内容重塑的双重意义。贺敬之一方面改造“古体”,激发今日之诗情,抒写当代之感思;另一方面依托古代典故等历史内容翻陈出新,其诗作折射出时代的光影流变。如同新歌剧、政治抒情诗一样,新古体诗是贺敬之辩证地理解诗心、诗思、诗情与“形式的反作用”之间的关系,循时代之脉搏、发人民之心声、创艺术新形制的实践成果。

古籍文化的大众传播新方式研究——以《典籍里的中国》为例

近年来,随着文化类综艺受欢迎程度的进一步提高,古籍题材也渐渐被引入综艺作品,并逐渐成为古籍文化大众传播最具潜力的方式之一。节目制作团队致力于在主题选择、内容制作、叙事结构及宣传方面寻找最具传播力的策略,以提高传播效果,促进古籍融入大众生活。文章以《典籍里的中国》为例,从古籍文化大众传播的目标出发,探寻以新媒体为媒介传播时,传播者通过深入理解古籍文化,精选多领域的大众化符号,采用古今对话的戏剧形式、多线并行的平行时空叙述结构和平民化、多元化的叙述视角,同时借助硬件设施加持和全平台多元化宣传输出,实现古籍文化的有效传播。

《唐音》“不录乐府”辨——兼论《唐音》乐府诗对朝鲜汉诗的影响

杨士弘《唐音》收录大量乐府诗,从文学角度构建“乐府唐音”,体现了元、明、清乐府观念的分化。其《凡例》言不收乐府,乐府将“类编续刊”,但与实际选诗不符。明初魏氏仁实堂刊本删掉此条凡例,解决文本失序的问题;但也有可能杨士弘受到当时重视礼乐和讽喻的乐府观念的影响,区分汉魏晋南北朝乐府与唐乐府,认为唐代不入乐、用近体且偏于抒情的拟歌辞并非正宗“乐府”。《唐音》所收唐体乐府并非元、明、清拟古乐府的主要对象,但在东亚汉文化圈的朝鲜半岛却因为《唐音》的广泛影响,唐体乐府被视为唐诗代表和汉诗典范,尤其在中期宗唐思潮中大量拟效,甚至因此对乐府概念产生“误读”。

整体观视域下中医经典教育与新时代融通路径浅析

经典指有永恒意义、堪为后世典范的著作。中医经典是中医学的根源与精髓,也是中医教育的核心。整体观把生命活动作为一个整体运动变化过程来认识,以普遍联系、相互制约的观点看待事物。顺应时代需求,提升医学生进入社会后的岗位胜任力,融通中医经典与新时代之新,是新时代对中医院校医学生教育的要求。中医经典的课程设置、理论教学、临床教学的整体观是中医经典和新时代融通的路径。在整体观视域下,中医经典教育与新时代融通需将整体观贯穿教学系统运动全过程。

基于数字原生代的“山海经”神话新文创角色情感感知研究

目的以《英雄联盟》“山海绘卷”新文创IP角色为个案研究,探讨数字原生代对于以传统文化为背景,具有现代审美旨趣的新文创IP角色的情感感知影响因素,以及年轻群体的审美意趣、文化认同与价值趋向特征。方法运用Python软件收集在线评论数据,采用Nvivo2.0分析工具进行3级编码,以扎根理论的叙述逻辑,构建用户情感感知模型。结果归纳出审美造型、沉浸体验、文化特征3个类属是影响数字原生代对于传统文化情感感知认同的核心因素。结论通过把握数字原生代的审美特征,强调数字赋能下的沉浸式体验感受,实现以文化认同下的情感共鸣,对于加强数字新文创IP角色设计情感体验具有深刻意义。

论“歌诗”作为一种古典诗传统的再发现与重构

“歌诗”本为中国古代诗歌的一脉重要传统,但在新诗中,由于诗与歌分离的态势成为主导倾向,因而“歌诗”传统长期处于被冷落或被遮蔽的尴尬境地,导致新诗缺乏音乐性而危机频仍。21世纪以来的一批诗人和学者在回望古典诗词时重新意识到歌诗传统的重要性,因而重新发掘歌诗传统,对其进行重新阐释与界定,在重认歌诗传统的重要性、歌诗范畴的重新认知、歌诗对新诗建设的启示三方面构成了对古代歌诗传统的再发现。然而,“歌诗”作为一种古代诗歌传统,其口耳相传的歌诗形式已难以为继,因而新诗无法照搬古代歌诗形式,而应在新诗创作的文本策略上构建诗的节奏和韵,以此重构诗的“歌性”质素;在传播路径上将诗、歌、舞相结合进行跨界演绎,张扬诗的“歌性”;在诗与歌的体式上,让新诗与歌词之间通过跨体创作凸显“歌性”,由此建构新诗自身的歌诗传统。

新精神活性物质是近几年开始流行的新型滥用物质,比起传统毒品来说其种类更丰富、化学结构更复杂。新精神活性物质按照药理学作用可分为七大类,除了效果未知的类别,其余的兴奋剂类、合成大麻素受体激动剂类、经典致幻剂类、合成阿片类、身心分离剂类和镇静催眠类都可通过与特异性受体结合从而发挥作用。该文对新精神活性物质的药理作用及其机制进行综述,以期为新精神活性物质的研究提供参考。

从“杂文”到“古文”——宋代总集编选与新体论说文的文体独立

唐宋古文运动中兴起的原、解、辩、说等新体论说文,在内容上以立意为宗,着眼于思想的论辩与义理的阐释,在命篇与表达上师法经、子、史,呈现重要新变。这种新变既是以韩、柳为代表的古文家的创造与主动选择,也是时代思想嬗变的文体表征。这些新体论说文在进入集部时遭遇如何归类的尴尬处境。宋初总集《文苑英华》以“杂文”一目容纳这些作品,至姚铉编《唐文粹》,特设“古文”一目,将其突显于其他文体之外。从北宋到南宋,各种古文选本的编定,使这些新体论说文从“杂文”中剥离出来,成为古文经典,获得了独立的文体地位。
