The mesoporous alumina shell has a wormhole-like structure with large mesopores. The prepared catalytic cracking catalyst using this composite has exhibited excellent catalytic performance for heavy oil cracking thanks to its favorable physicochemical properties, such as high surface area, large pore volume and outstanding acid sites accessibility for large molecules provided by the composite. In comparison with the reference catalyst using pure Y zeolite, the oil conversion achieved by the above-mentioned catalyst increased by 2.73 percentage points, while the heavy oil yield and coke yield decreased by 2.23 percentage points and 1.28 percentage points, respectively, with the light oil yield increasing by 2.27 percentage points.展开更多

The formulation is processed by matrix condensation without the involvement of special treatment. This method can deal with various singularity problems and it also presents excellent results to crack problems for cylindrical shell. Especially, the knowledge of the kind of singular order is not necessary in super element generation; it is very economical in terms of computer memory and programming. This method also exhibits versatility to solve the problem of kinked crack at cylindrical shell.展开更多

One contains two external longitudinal semi-elliptic defects of different dimensions realized diametrically opposed. The other contains the same defects but is circumferential. These defects are carried out by elect-erosion. Strain gauges are placed in the neighborhood of the defects of which the purpose is to obtain the strain distribution. This work also allows the comparison between two defects of different dimensions, which are of the same shape or different shapes. These defects are longitudinal and circumferential semi-elliptical. The position of these defects relative to the inner radius of a cylindrical pressure vessel is considered. The deformations results are discussed.展开更多
