Expression of ceramide galactosy transferase in sciatic nerve of rats with diabetic peripheral neuropathy after electroacupuncture at Zusanli and Shenshu points

BACKGROUND: Ceramide galactosyltransferase (CGT) protein and mRNA expression defect can cause the abnormal morphology and slowing conduction velocity of peripheral nerve. Morphologic change and functional disorder of myelin sheath and axon appear when diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) occurs. Whether electroacupuncture at Zusanfi(ST 36) and Shenshu(BL 32) points can enhance the expression of CGT protein and mRNA in the DPN tissue? OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of electroacupuncture at Zusanfi and Shenshu points on motor, sensory conduction velocity and CGT mRNA and its protein expression of sciatic nerve in rats with DPN. DESIGN: A randomized and controlled animal experiment SETTING : Department of Neurology and Central Laboratory, Yueyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese & Western Medicine, Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. MATERIALS : Totally 60 healthy male Wistar rats of clean grade, aged 4 month, with body mass of 200 to 220 g, were enrolled in this study. Streptozotocin (STZ, Sigma Company of USA, Batch No. S-0130). METHODS: This study was carried out in the Animal Experimental Center and Central Laboratory, Yueyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese & Western Medicine during February 2005 to March 2006. (1) Fifteen rats were randomly chosen,serving as normal group.AU the other rats were intraperitoneally injected once with STZ to develop experimental diabetic rat models. If fasting blood glucose was ≥ 15 mmol/L,sensory nerve and motor nerve conduction velocity of sciatic nerve was obviously slowed, tail-swaying temperature threshold was increased and myelinated nerve fiber of sciatic nerve changed, DPN models were successful. The successful model rats were randomly assigned into 3 groups: model group, control group(electroacupuncture at non-meridian-non-acupoint)and electroacupuncture group [electroacupuncture at Zusan/i and Shenshu points], with 15 rats each. The rats in the normal group and model group were untouched. In the electroacupuncture group (electroacupuncture at Zusanfi and Shenshu points), Shenshu point (double) and Zusanfi point (double) were chosen referencing to The Atlas of the Rat's Acupoints. G6805- Ⅱ electric acupuncture apparatus was used, and current intensity was controlled at 20 min/time, once every other day, 12 times within 24 days. In the control group, the tip of rat-tail was stimulated, and the concrete procedures were the same as in the electroacupuncture at Zusanfi and Shenshu points. (2) Motor nerve conduction velocity and sensory nerve conduction velocity of rats were detected with neuroelectrophysiology detector in the end of the treatment, and the expressions of CGT protein and mRNA of sciatic nerve were detected with immunohistochemical method and fluorescent quantitative PCR technique. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: (1) Motor and sensory nerve conduction velocity. (2) The expression of CGT protein and its mRNA. RESULTS: All the 60 rats entered the stage of result analysis. (1) Comparison of motor and sensory nerve conduction velocity of rats after electroacupuncture: Motor nerve conduction velocity of rats in the model group[(31.37±3.69) m/s], control group [(32.74±5.42) m/s] and electroacupuncture group [(41.30 ±1.15) m/s] was significantly lower than that in the normal group [(41.30±1.15) m/s, P 〈 0.01]; The sensory nerve conduction velocity of rats in the model group[(18.17±9.54) m/s], control group [(21.39±5.61) m/s]and electroacupuncture group [(35.81 ±4.59) m/s] was significantly lower than that in the normal group [(46.38± 6.32) m/s,P 〈 0.01]; The motor and sensory nerve conduction velocity of electroacupuncture group was significantly higher than that in the model group [(38.04±2.01) m/s vs. (32.74±5.42) m/s,(35.81±4.59) m/s vs. (21.39±5.61) m/s,P 〈 0.01]. (2) Comparison of the expression of CGT protein of sciatic nerve of rats: The number of CGT positive cells of sciatic nerve in model group, control group or electroacupuncture group was significantly smaller than that in normal group [(9 770.33±1 461.73), (10 588.13±1119.52), (27 518.27± 9 078.29), (37 769.67±4 021.81)/μm^2,P 〈 0.01]; The number of CGT positive cells of the sciatic nerve in the electroacupuncture group was significantly larger than that in the model group and control group (P 〈 0.01). The number of CGT positive cells of sciatic nerve was close between control group and electroacupuncture group (P 〉 0.05). (3) Comparison of CGT mRNA expression of sciatic nerve of rats: Ct value of CGT mRNA of sciatic nerve of rats in the model group,control group and electroacupuncture group was significantly higher than that in the normal group (13.75±2.60,14.81±2.80,11.67±1.75,9.30±0.98, P 〈 0.01 ); Ct value of CGT mRNA of sciatic nerve of rats in the electroacupuncture group was significantly lower than that in the model group and control group (P 〈 0.01), and that was close between electroacupuncture group and control group (P 〉 0.05). CONCLUSION : Electroacupuncture at Zusanfi and Shenshu points can increase motor and sensory nerve conduction velocity of rats with DPN. It might be associated with up-regulating the expression of CGT mRNA and its protein. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE:To assess the effectivess of Shenshu Guanxin recipe granules(参术冠心方颗粒,SGR)in improving exercise tolerance and the quality of life in patients with Stable Angina Pectoris(SAP).METHODS:A total of 189 patients were consecutively enrolled between December 2012 and December 2014.The included patients were randomly assigned to SGR and placebo groups.The primary endpoints included mainly the results of treadmill exercise test and Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ)during 12 weeks of treatment.RESULTS:After 12 weeks of treatment,SGR extended the time of exercise-induced ST-segment depression of 0.1 MV,lowered the maximum ST-segment depression,and shortened the duration of ST-segment depression in patients with SAP in southern China.Besides,the study also proved that SGR could improve the quality of life and functional status of patients with SAP.CONCLUSIONS:SGR showed a positive effect on exercise tolerance compared with the placebo besides optimal medical therapy.Also,the study proved that SGR could improve the SAQ score of the patients. 展开更多

电针肾俞穴对肾阳虚近视豚鼠视网膜M1受体表达的影响

目的:观察电针肾俞穴对肾阳虚近视豚鼠生长发育、视力及视网膜毒蕈碱样乙酰胆碱(mAChR)M1受体表达的影响,为肾阳虚近视的治疗提供依据。方法:将60只豚鼠随机分为正常对照(NC)组、透镜诱导近视(LIM)组、肾阳虚近视假穴(KYDM+SHAM)组、肾... 目的:观察电针肾俞穴对肾阳虚近视豚鼠生长发育、视力及视网膜毒蕈碱样乙酰胆碱(mAChR)M1受体表达的影响,为肾阳虚近视的治疗提供依据。方法:将60只豚鼠随机分为正常对照(NC)组、透镜诱导近视(LIM)组、肾阳虚近视假穴(KYDM+SHAM)组、肾阳虚近视电针(KYDM+EA)组,每组15只。NC组不采取干预措施;LIM组豚鼠右眼配戴-6.00 D透镜构建近视模型;其余两组在戴镜基础上连续2周腹腔注射氢化可的松(剂量10 mg/kg)构建肾阳虚近视模型,造模2周后,KYDM+EA组电针豚鼠双侧肾俞穴,KYDM+SHAM组电针豚鼠臀部假穴,共4周。观察造模不同时间各组豚鼠一般情况,测量体质量和肛温,检测双眼屈光度和眼轴长度,检测血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E_(2)),并在造模结束后采用定量聚合酶链反应(Q-PCR)、免疫组织化学和蛋白质印迹法检测视网膜M1受体mRNA和蛋白表达水平。结果:造模2周后,KYDM+SHAM组和KYDM+EA组豚鼠出现毛发枯槁、无光泽及消瘦、拱背眯眼、倦怠懒动、畏寒肢冷等肾阳虚症状,血清FT3、FT4、T水平低于LIM组,E_(2)高于LIM组,体质量、肛温以及右眼屈光度均低于LIM组,眼轴长度长于LIM组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。电针4周后,KYDM+EA组豚鼠肾阳虚症状有效改善,血清激素水平趋于正常,与KYDM+SHAM组相比,体质量、肛温、右眼屈光度均明显升高,右眼眼轴长度缩短,视网膜M1受体mRNA和蛋白表达水平降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与LIM组相比,KYDM+EA组豚鼠体质量增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肛温、右眼屈光度和眼轴长度、视网膜M1受体mRNA和蛋白表达水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:电针肾俞穴有利于促进肾阳虚近视豚鼠生长发育恢复及视力改善,机制可能与降低视网膜中M1受体表达有关。 展开更多

OBJECTIVE:To examine whether specific stimulation of Shenshu(BL23)affects sympathetic nervous activity(SNA)-associated plasma renin concentration(PRC).METHODS:Eight healthy volunteers participated in three pattern conditions in random order:control(Cont),stimulation of Shenshu(BL23),and stimulation of sham point(Sham).All participants were initially in the supine position for>60 min,and then remained in the standing position during the experimental procedure to increase SNA.An electrocardiogram was used to calculate low frequency/high frequency(LF/HF)ratio;blood was collected to analyze PRC.RESULTS:The LF/HF ratio was significantly increased in the standing position when compared with the supine position(P<0.01).There was no difference in LF/HF ratio during or after stimulation of Shenshu(BL23)in the standing position when compared with before the stimulation in the supine position;however,the LF/HF ratio was significantly increased in Cont and Sham conditions(P<0.01).There was no difference in PRC after stimulation of Shenshu(BL23)in the standing position when compared with before the stimulation in the supine position;however,there was a significant increase in PRC in the Cont and Sham conditions(Cont P<0.05,Sham P<0.01).CONCLUSION:Our results demonstrated that specific acupuncture stimulation of Shenshu(BL23)in the standing position decreased SNA-associated PRC,which was not observed during acupuncture stimulation of the sham point. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE: It is unknown whether the psoas major muscle, thought to be a key muscle for treatment of lower back pain, can be punctured at Shenshu(BL23).METHODS: Twelve dissected specimens were used for studying the needling pathway of BL23 by perpendicularly inserting the depth-measuring blade of a vernier caliper at BL23. Dimensions of psoas muscle were measured. Correlation studies were conducted. In addition, our samples were grouped by gender and underlying medical conditions for analysis.RESULTS: Half(50%) of the needle insertions successfully punctured psoas muscle. The mean depth of needle insertion to puncture psoas muscle(D_(min)) in the group with short-term underlying medical conditions was 38.0 mm(interquartile range 29.0–51.8 mm), approximately 6 mm deeper than 32.0(29.3–42.5) mm in the group with long-term health problems(P = 0.041). The cross-sectional area(CSA) of psoas muscle in the former group was on average approximately 1.5 times that of the latter group(P = 0.04). When the data were analysed by gender, the thickness of psoas muscle in the male group was 19.0(6.5–24.0) mm compared to 19.5(5.8–34.8) mm in the female group(P = 0.02). The age in the female group(P = 0.04) and the body length of the total group(P = 0.04) negatively correlated to D_(min).CONCLUSION: Needle insertion at BL23 might be able to puncture psoas muscle. Differences in the CSA of psoas muscle and D_(min) were observed in groups with short-term and long-term underlying medical conditions. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of acupuncture at acupoint of Shenshu(BL 23) in ovariectomized rats and sham-operated rats.METHODS: Female Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into the following four groups(n = 12 each):sham operation only(Sham), sham operation with acupuncture(Sham + ACP), ovariectomy only(OVX), and ovariectomy with acupuncture(OVX +ACP). Operations were performed at the 9 th week of age. Acupuncture of Shenshu(BL 23) was started at the 11 th week of age and conducted 3 times per week until the 26 th week of age.RESULTS: Among ovariectomized rats, the acupuncture-treated rats had significantly lower bodyweights and cross-linked N-telopeptide of type 1 collagen levels in the urine after 3 weeks of acupuncture treatment, higher bone mineral density of the lumbar vertebra after 7 weeks, and smaller trabecular separation of the sixth lumbar vertebra,measured by micro-computed tomography, after17 weeks than control rats. These effects were not observed in sham-operated rats. Blood concentrations of estradiol were significantly higher in the OVX + ACP group than in the untreated group. Acupuncture treatment increased plasma testosterone levels in sham-operated rats, while this increase was not observed in OVX rats.CONCLUSION: Acupuncture of Shenshu(BL 23)prevents bone loss and structural changes by suppressing bone resorption. 展开更多

目的探究长蛇灸结合肾俞穴混元灸治疗产后腰痛的临床效果。方法选择2018年8月至2022年8月南昌市洪都中医院针灸科收治的60例产后腰痛患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为针灸组(30例)及长蛇灸+肾俞穴混元灸组(30例)。针灸组采用单纯... 目的探究长蛇灸结合肾俞穴混元灸治疗产后腰痛的临床效果。方法选择2018年8月至2022年8月南昌市洪都中医院针灸科收治的60例产后腰痛患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为针灸组(30例)及长蛇灸+肾俞穴混元灸组(30例)。针灸组采用单纯的针灸治疗,长蛇灸+肾俞穴混元灸组在针灸组方法的基础上联合长蛇灸+肾俞穴混元灸。两组均治疗1个月。比较两组的临床疗效、疼痛评分[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]、疼痛强度(PPI)评分、功能障碍指数[Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)]评分。结果长蛇灸+肾俞穴混元灸组的总有效率为93.33%,高于针灸组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前的VAS、PPI及ODI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);长蛇灸+肾俞穴混元灸组治疗后的VAS、PPI及ODI评分均低于针灸组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长蛇灸结合肾俞穴混元灸治疗产后腰痛获得较好的临床效果,能够有效缓解腰部疼痛,减轻腰部疼痛程度,改善腰部功能障碍,对促进患者预后恢复具有重要作用,值得推广应用。 展开更多

目的探究温针灸脾俞、肾俞对2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢及氧化应激的影响。方法选择2020年10月—2021年6月在医院就诊的236例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将2型糖尿病患者分为两组:观察组(118例)和对照组(118例)。两组均给... 目的探究温针灸脾俞、肾俞对2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢及氧化应激的影响。方法选择2020年10月—2021年6月在医院就诊的236例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将2型糖尿病患者分为两组:观察组(118例)和对照组(118例)。两组均给予针刺治疗,对照组在此基础上联合二甲双胍,观察组在对照组基础上温针灸脾俞、肾俞穴。治疗2个月后比较两组空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h postprandial blood glucose,PBG)、糖化血红蛋白(glycosylated hemoglobin,HbA1c)、甘油三酯(triglycerides,TG)、总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)、超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(glutathione peroxidase,GSH-PX)和丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)水平。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组[89.83%(106/118)vs 76.27%(90/118)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组FBG、PBG、HbA1c、TC、TG、LDL-C和MDA水平均低于对照组,HDL-C和SOD水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合温针灸脾俞、肾俞治疗2型糖尿病,疗效显著,可有效改善糖脂代谢和氧化应激。 展开更多

目的探讨温针灸肾俞穴治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的疗效观察。方法选择2020年1月-2022年6月同济大学附属上海市第四人民医院针灸推拿科门诊收治60例绝经后骨质疏松症患者,采用简单数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组采用温针灸肾俞... 目的探讨温针灸肾俞穴治疗绝经后骨质疏松症的疗效观察。方法选择2020年1月-2022年6月同济大学附属上海市第四人民医院针灸推拿科门诊收治60例绝经后骨质疏松症患者,采用简单数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组采用温针灸肾俞穴加钙尔奇碳酸钙D3片治疗,对照组仅采用钙尔奇碳酸钙D3片治疗。比较两组临床效果、视觉模拟疼痛(Visual analog pain,VAS)评分、骨密度T值、中医症状评分、性激素[促卵泡素(Follicle stimulating hormone,FSH)、促黄体素(Luteinizing hormone,LH)、雌二醇(Estradiol,E2)]、血清炎性因子[肿瘤坏死因子α(Tumor necrosis factor,TNF-α)、胰岛素样生长因子-1(Insulin like growth factor-1,IGF-1)、白细胞介素6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)]水平。结果治疗组总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(73.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2、4、8周后,治疗组的骨密度T值均高于对照组,VAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.001)。治疗8周后,治疗组腰背疼痛、下肢疼痛、酸软少力、纳差腹胀评分和TNF-α、IL-6水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),FSH、LH、E2、IGF-1水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温针灸肾俞穴联合钙剂较单纯钙剂治疗绝经后骨质疏松症效果更明显,具有临床推广价值。 展开更多

目的观察和比较不同疗程隔姜灸对活动期类风湿关节炎(RA)临床疗效的影响,探讨艾灸治疗的量效关系,为进一步研究不同灸法的效应规律奠定基础。方法 100例RA患者随机分成两组,治疗组50例用隔姜灸,对照组50例口服雷公藤多苷片,每组各随机分... 目的观察和比较不同疗程隔姜灸对活动期类风湿关节炎(RA)临床疗效的影响,探讨艾灸治疗的量效关系,为进一步研究不同灸法的效应规律奠定基础。方法 100例RA患者随机分成两组,治疗组50例用隔姜灸,对照组50例口服雷公藤多苷片,每组各随机分为30d/疗程和60d/疗程,共治疗两个疗程,观察临床指标及RBC、HGB、HCT、PLT、PCT、RF、CRP等指标的变化。结果隔姜灸在关节疼痛、肿胀、压痛的个数与程度均明显降低,晨僵时间明显缩短,且在改善程度上优于雷公藤多苷片。在实验室指标上,经隔姜灸治疗后,RBC、HGB明显高于治疗前,PLT、RF、ESR、CRP指数较治疗前有明显降低。在不同疗程疗效的比较中,隔姜灸60 d后对临床症状体征的改善明显优于治疗30 d,实验室指标的改善上亦优于治疗30 d。结论隔姜灸对活动期类风湿关节炎疗效肯定,能显著控制并改善患者临床体征和实验室相关指标。隔姜灸治疗类风湿关节炎较长疗程(60 d)的治疗效果明显优于较短疗程(30 d)。 展开更多

目的探讨针刺肾俞穴治疗骨质疏松的机制。方法采用放免法测定快速老化小鼠P6(senes- cence accelerated mouse prone 6,SAMP6)及其正常对照抗快速老化小鼠R1(senescence accelerated mouse re- sistant 1,SAMR1)血清睾酮(T)、骨钙素(BGP... 目的探讨针刺肾俞穴治疗骨质疏松的机制。方法采用放免法测定快速老化小鼠P6(senes- cence accelerated mouse prone 6,SAMP6)及其正常对照抗快速老化小鼠R1(senescence accelerated mouse re- sistant 1,SAMR1)血清睾酮(T)、骨钙素(BGP)水平;三点弯曲试验法测定其股骨生物力学性能,观察针刺对SAMP6小鼠股骨力学性能、骨矿含量等的影响。结果与SAMR1[T(20.91±3.41)nmol/L,BGP(6.71±2.07)μg/L]比较,SAMP6小鼠血清T[(11.09±1.48)nmol/,L]水平下降(P<0.01),BGP[(12.29±2.29)μg/L]水平上升(P<0.01);股骨弯曲强度下降,脆性增加。针刺肾俞穴后,上述指标均有不同程度改善,并趋于正常,血清T(15.05±2.63)nmol/L、BGP(8.88±1.85)μg/L,与SAMP6组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论针刺肾俞穴可有效阻止SAMP6小鼠骨丢失,增强其骨强度。其治疗作用部分是通过促进性激素分泌,改善骨代谢,降低骨转换率,增加骨量等达到的。 展开更多

目的:观察电针对大脑中动脉梗塞模型(MCAO)大鼠促红细胞生成素产生肝细胞配体-B2(erythropoietin-producing hepatocyte receptor interacting protein-B2,Ephrin B2)/受体-B2(erythropoietin-producing hepatocyte receptor-B2,Eph B2... 目的:观察电针对大脑中动脉梗塞模型(MCAO)大鼠促红细胞生成素产生肝细胞配体-B2(erythropoietin-producing hepatocyte receptor interacting protein-B2,Ephrin B2)/受体-B2(erythropoietin-producing hepatocyte receptor-B2,Eph B2)信号通路上突触重塑相关因子表达的影响,以期揭示针刺治疗脑缺血的可能机制。方法:120只雄性SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、穴位组、非穴位组(n=30);各组再分为术后3d,14d及21d三个亚组(n=10)。除假手术组外,其余各组大鼠用Zea-longa线栓法制备MCAO模型;穴位组和非穴组电针治疗,其余两组只绑不针。对大鼠行神经功能评分,采用免疫组化、免疫荧光和蛋白质印迹法行相应指标检测。结果:模型组术后3d梗死灶周Ephrin B2/Eph B2表达明显减少,但随时间呈递增趋势,21d恢复到假手术水平。穴位组较模型组和非穴组增加更明显,术后21d表达高于假手术组(P<0.05)。Ras相关的C3肉毒毒素底物1(ras-related C3 botulinum toxin substrate-1,Rac-1)和微管相关蛋白-2(microtubule-associated protein-2,MAP-2)的表达随时间逐渐递增,且均与神经功能改善相吻合;其中穴位组增加最明显,术后21d超假手术组水平(P<0.05)。结论:Ephrin B2/Eph B2信号通路参与了MCAO大鼠突触重塑,电针肝俞、肾俞穴可能通过激活Ephrin B2/Eph B2信号通路,促进MCAO大鼠神经功能的康复。 展开更多

【目的】通过观察穴位埋线对更年期大鼠下丘脑去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)等单胺类神经递质的影响,探讨其对更年期综合征防治作用的机理。【方法】选用60只SD雌性大鼠,随机分为治疗组、模型组... 【目的】通过观察穴位埋线对更年期大鼠下丘脑去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)等单胺类神经递质的影响,探讨其对更年期综合征防治作用的机理。【方法】选用60只SD雌性大鼠,随机分为治疗组、模型组和假手术组各20只;除假手术组外,其他组均采用手术摘除大鼠双侧卵巢复制去势更年期大鼠模型,治疗组选取肾俞、三阴交、子宫穴进行穴位埋线,1次/周,连续4周;采用放射免疫法检测下丘脑组织NE、DA、5-HT、5-HIAA含量。【结果】模型组较假手术组的NE、DA水平显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),5-HT、5-HIAA水平显著上升(P<0.01或P<0.001),5-HT/NE比值显著升高(P<0.001);穴位埋线组与模型组比较,可显著升高衰退的NE水平(P<0.05),降低5-HT、5-HIAA水平(P<0.05或P<0.01),且埋线组的5-HT/NE比值亦较模型组显著降低(P<0.01)。【结论】穴位埋线治疗更年期综合征的作用可能与其能调整去势雌性大鼠下丘脑单胺类神经递质,纠正下丘脑紊乱的植物神经功能有关。 展开更多
