However, emergent event is dynamic which makes it difficult to use fixed search word or word combinations. This paper proposes an event situation monitoring model(ESMM) event detection model, which realizes heuristic query word vector dynamic expanding by adopting emergency fuzzy scenario reasoning ontology cluster. Disaster event facet information automatic searching is discussed as an example in this paper. The experimental results show that the proposed method can increase accuracy and extra clues not supplied by commercial search engines, which can be used as a supplement information source for government and individuals.展开更多

It offers flexible, efficient, inexpensive, and quality services. This paper proposes an on-demand service system using the cloud computing architecture and analyzes important issues such as organization, management, and monitoring of distributed service resources; context-aware on-demand service modeling, on-demand automated service composition in large-scale networks, and service system analysis based on complex system theory. Continuous Operating Reference Station (CORS) of a geo-spatial information system is taken as an example, and its architecture is analyzed from the perspective of cloud computing. Some fundamental questions are raised about its service.展开更多

Through the development and demonstration of design, students are allowed to build and enhance their capacity for integration in addition to fulfilling university social responsibility (USR). The study found that students used different methods in each phase to continuously absorb knowledge and discover problems and then propose creative solutions based on facts. By creating a mental map, students pondered promoting local tourism via digital value-added design and came up with a strategy of hot spring + primary industry (agriculture + aquaculture) tours, which integrated local gourmet, hot springs, religion, and the hot spring museum. Three routes are designed, namely Route 1: Hot Spring Park + Aquaculture, Route 2: Tangweigou Hot Spring Park, and Route 3: Jiaoxi Old Street to make up the gap in the unilateral marketing of Jiaoxi Hot Spring. The study will further promote location-based services of the APP to fulfill the technology and applications of mobile services and augmented reality for local tourism.展开更多

Sometimes because of human errors in extreme situations, it increases the potential risk for life of large groups of people and of the operators. This requires continuous improvement of the systems for psycho-physiological assessment by developing the new efficient methods involving known and new indicators of psycho-physiological state of the individual. The complex BeOn-1 is a new computer-based experimental and applied system for examination of situational vigilance and behavior of aviation specialists-pilots, navigators, operators of unmanned aerial vehicles in a complex operating environment with extreme impact factors. In the up-to-date systems for evaluating the operators, the test results are compared and analyzed together with a number of physiological parameters that are used as indicators of psycho-physiological status of the investigated subjects. In the "BeOn-1" they are indicators about the efficiency of individual stress coping strategy. BeOn-I allows us to study the individual skills of perception and the ability to act under extreme conditions of the operational environment and is a comfortable working methodology for daily needs in the selection, periodic monitoring of the operational staff and support to flight safety.展开更多
